If you are up for condescending Dentists that is running a multi layer complex system to be seen, with COVID paranoia you found them. I highly recommend finding a different dentist. They cancelled my appointment when I was 1/2 mile from their place due to the fact I was by some one who identified with COVID ten days prior to my appointment. I have no signs, been fully vaccinated and they have over the top precaution in place( Ill give them that). Anywhoo after calling me everyday prior to the appointment to make sure I was coming to then sending a questionnaire the night before my appointment on covid exposure then the questionnaire ending with we look forward to seeing you and then cancelling right before my arrival is a bit to far. Good luck Mona Lisa, I serve in the military so you can be free to be a caustic organization. Your welcome!! But I wont be going back. You cost to much for this headache.They also had a laundry list of issues that were not previously found by my other dentist, and military dentist. huh sounds similar to other posts I just seen on here. Save your self time and look elsewhere.

Very poorly managed. They turned my wife away and cancelled her appointment after weeks of waiting for it.She scheduled our appointment weeks in advance for a routine cleaning. She showed up early to fill out the new patient information. When it came time for her appointment, they turned her away for not yet being vaccinated. This is the first we had heard of this policy of theirs. I understand why they would choose to require this, youd think they would have the courtesy to notify patients earlier rather than making us wait weeks just to be turned away. Such a waste of time! They werent willing to make any accomodations for her for their failure. Her appointment was cancelled and she was sent home.We will take our business elsewhere and you should too.

I had a deep scale cleaning here and had a lot of pain and sensitivity afterwords, had to wait 24 hours for prescription to be called in after being told it was already called in. Not sure why they werent more proactive calling it in right after I left so I could pick it up on my way home. Maybe its because they are all focused on getting a virus? Separate door handle walking in, forced to wash hands and wear a mask. And when I filled out their questionnaire about COVID19 I was turned away because I decline to get tested for COVID19 or take the vaccine. I refuse to do business with someone that takes such an authoritarian stance. I have an immune system and live in a country where it is my choice to choose what I want to do with my body. I would rather die then be forced to get tested like a guinea pig or change my genetic code by a vaccine that has killed others. This policy of theirs is discriminatory and I wouldnt recommend other people to them.

I rarely leave reviews, but I wish I had been warned about this place. I had gone years ago when they first opened, and had a good experience. After moving away and moving back, I decided to try them again. The dentist told me I had 10+ cavities. I was shocked, since I had seen another dentist 6 months prior and had no issues. But of course I didnt want to leave anything untreated, so I went in for fillings. They did half of them, and these are the worst fillings - they hurt when I bite on them, they feel flat instead of having grooves like teeth, and they made my Invisalign not fit anymore. My teeth have started to shift since I cant wear my aligner anymore. I went back to have them fixed and they drilled a bunch but didnt solve anything. Now, six months later I have gone to a new dentist, who can see the shoddy work that was done and also told me I have no other cavities (even though I only completed half the fillings this place told me I needed). I honestly walked out of this place in WORSE shape than when I went in, and it feels like it was all about money. Ill never be back.

The Staff at Mona Lisa have always been awesome. Front desk are the best! Very accommodating, very sweet. Since I didnt have dental insurance they notified me of a dental discount plan that really helped me to afford the work I needed done...they didnt need to tell me about that. They definitely care!! Dr. V is extremely patient and takes his time until you are comfortable, he will continue making even the smallest of adjustments until it feels right to you.I wouldnt go anywhere else

My husband and I have been going to Mona Lisa for five years. The staff and Dr V are outstanding. Dr V is the most gentle and kind dentist I have ever visited. He is so caring and honest. He makes sure that the procedures performed are explained well. The front desk ladies have excellent customer service skills and patience with scheduling appointments. I would recommend Mona Lisa to anyone.

I HATE dentists. I had a really bad experience as a teenager and refused to go to one ever since. I take really good care of my teeth to avoid them all together. However, my love of pistachios threw me at the mercy of the dentist gods. After googling and researching I came across Mona Lisa Dental. They accepted my insurance so I made an appointment. Since the moment I walked in I was shocked and in disbelief. The staff is so welcoming and caring. And when I was escorted back I was even more amazed. Dr. V was so kind and soft spoken. I explained to him my past experiences he said he go would slow and tell me everything he was doing. And he did, every step he checked in with me to see how I was doing. It was over before I knew it. The one thing I loved most is they dont hound you. I always hear how dentists want to get the most out of you but they were not like that at all. They gave me my options and let me decide what was best for me. I will be coming back for my check ups and cleanings. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist for anyone looking for a dentist in the east valley. Now off to find some pistachio ice cream for the pain.

I used to be a very apprehensive dental patient. But Dr Vallecillo and Dr Menna showed me that it isnt a big deal. I had a few cavities when I first began going, but now with cleanings and exams every 6 months or so, Ive not had any. Im now very comfortable going to to the dentist. If you are fearful of going for dental exams/treatment, go here, you will probably be pleasantly surprised.

Husband and wife partnership as dental providers is a seamless collaboration. It does not matter who gets to take care of the patient. They both do an awesome and caring job. The rest of the staff are very disciplined and attentive to further needs of the patient.

I went to see Dr. Carlos for the first time today. I have not been to the dentist in awhile and he and his staff were very nice and thorough with my teeth and diagnosis. He knew things about my mouth that no other dentist has mentioned when cleaning my teeth. Surgerys I had when I was a little girl he noticed. He was very gentle and best part he was on time! Doctor V is great. He takes his job very seriously and is very detail oriented (and very gentle). He and all the staff are very nice and make you feel welcome. Always easy to schedule and theyre really good reminding you of your appointment. I definitely recommend them!!!!

Never had a bad experience, never had a long wait, flexible with scheduling (thats a biggie for me), the staff is kind and helpful with making it affordable. If you have to go to the dentist, this is the experience I choose!

First off I am very nervous at the dentist and hate going.My daughter and I went to Mona Lisa Dental for the first time. The paper work was very easy, the dentist was great and very informative, he explained everything and made me feel very comfortable and my daughter loved it there also. My children and I were made to feel welcome and comfortable. There was little to no pain and my children are no longer afraid of going to the dentist. Everything was explained and all questions were answered with kindness and patience.

Have been going here for the last 6 years or more. Dr V is just fantastic. Today was a great example. Majorly chipped a tooth at 2pm. Called and they had me in by 3:40. By 4:15 all done and my insurance covered all but $20. I appreciate the fact that hes always checking to make sure you are comfortable.

We love the dentists in this office and the dental staff and front office staff are the best of any dental office I have ever been to. Coming from someone who does not like the DENTIST. Mona Lisa Dental is Absolutely FANTASTIC! For both adults and kiddos. My son and I actually like coming to the dentist now! I saw Dr Menna for a cleaning and exam and she was really nice and said I had a few cavities on the right side and and a few on the left. I scheduled the fillings for the right side shortly after my first visit and it was a horrible experience. She started drilling immediately after she numbed me and I felt everything. I told her I was in a lot of pain and asked if she could wait a few minutes, but she kept going. I never went back for the left side because I was too scared. I went to a different dentist and he said I dont have ANY cavities. Theres no excuse for being dishonest about the treatment your patient needs.
