My first visit to blue dot dental was amazing. Amber took time to get to know me. She listened to my concerns and took great care to make sure I was comfortable before cleaning my teeth. She and the dentist each did a thorough dental exam and we’re very kind, gentle and friendly. All the staff from the front office lady to the dental tech who helped set up the nitrous oxide for my procedure were wonderful. I highly recommend blue dot dental. The front office staff is amazing. I love my dentist Dr. J. He is very personable and wants to do whats best for the patient.. I love him. And the other male dentist is so good especially with my 10 year old daughter, hes great with kids. And I have been to all their locations I have a favorite at each location.. they all rock. My first appointment and I was gladly impressed. They are extremely knowledgeable, so friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Special thanks to the girl that took care of me, unfortunately I cant remember her name but she was so sweet and fun to talk to. Ill be back soon for my treatment and feeling comfortable about a periodontal treatment. Something I cant say from other places I have been to.

They made me feel comfortable from the first visit. I went in on a Saturday with an emergency tooth ache, they got me in and were so kind and informative. I felt they really were looking out for my best interest. I need a lot of dental work and dont love going to the dentist. Amy made me feel like shed known me for years, she was so kind. Im not a fan of the dentist but the staff made.me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They did a great job of explaining my treatment plan. I was also able to get an appointment the same day to take care of an immediate need. I have finally found my new dentist!

Great experience. I was referred by a friend when my dentist was not able to get me in for a painful tooth, Blue Dot offered me an appointment in 1-2 days. I opted for a Saturday appointment. The entire staff from the Receptionist to the Dentist were incredibly friendly, down to earth, caring and professional. They explained everything to me, was calm and patient and most of all answered all my questions. Chris was my Dental hygienist /Dental Assistant: he was AMAZING ! The staff works as a team and it really shows through in the care they deliver. I highly recommend them. :)

After several bad experiences in IL, I moved to AZ and had a crown break, which meant it was time to see the dreaded dentist. I came to BlueDot dental and they let me know that before any procedure, they would make sure I was numbed up and the area was relaxing. The Experience was pretty good a lot better than I thought it was going to be. I had to get a tooth pulled among other things. But I was in and out in an hour.

This was by far the best experience I have had at the dentist! I needed an emergency appointment due to horrific pain and they got me in next morning! The staff are incredible! So friendly and understanding! The office was clean and felt personable. They sent me a questionnaire before my appointment to check for Covid symptoms and when I got there, they took my temp and everyone was wearing masks and being cautious. I only planned on getting my pain addressed and going back to my normal dentist. Nope! This will be my families normal dentist now.

The doctor was nice and good, but the lady at the front desk she took $100 cash from me, I was under anesthesia and a lot of pain I wasn’t focus, when I gave her $300 cash she said I don’t have exchange I offered her my debit card and asked her to take $73 so she did that and keep the $300, so I ended up paying $373 instead of $273, when I released she didn’t give me back my $100 she denied that. I will not go there anymore.

They have a great staff that is very helpful in scheduling the appointments as well. We now have our whole family going to BlueDot Dental. They are amazing with kids and Dr Jacobson is great! Blue dot dental got me in on same-day service. The necessary things were performed quickly and as painlessly as could be, treatment plan outlined, and very clear payment plan arranged with the added bonus that they spoke to the insurance so that they could give me exact figures. Another great appointment. I think what I like the most about blue dot dental is that they understand the financial difficulty people are going thru right now and they do not pressure you to get excessive work done. My appointment was for a routine cleaning and I almost canceled because I did not need any pressure to spend a lot of money. I went to the appointment and everything went very well. No pressure. Dentist and hygienist were both friendly.

Bluedot Dental is the best dentist Ive ever been to . They have all the latest technology. They gave me a cat-scan which I had never had at a dentist office before. When I went there yesterday I was in so much pain. I had 2 teeth that had to have the crowns removed and Cavities removed and then fit for a new crowns . They did an excellent job, so much better than my last dentist. I will be a Bluedot Dental patient for life. And all of the people there are so nice and so accommodating. The dentist who worked on me was extremely professional and very knowledgeable as was the dental hygentist who worked on me today. Im from out of town and I chipped a tooth and within one hour I was sitting in the dental chair being sized for a crown. The dentist was excellent and the hygienist couldnt have been better. They did a great job and Im very pleased that I selected them to do the work.Came back a year later and had my teeth cleaned and X rays. Once again, very pleased. Everyone in the office is nice and they do a great job. Highly recommend.

Dr. J is without a doubt the best dentist I and my family of 7 have ever been to. His staff are well trained, competent and very courteous making it without hesitation, a 5 star dental experience. The overall atmosphere in the office is warm and relaxing. The hours are are great and they are really quick too! I came in on a Sat morning at 8 am to get myself, my husband and all 5 of our kids in for cleanings. They had all of us done and out the door by 10 am. Dr J has done quite a bit of work on my teeth from crowns to fillings. He is the most gentle, non painful dentist I have ever had.

Patient focused Dentist!I contacted Bluedot Dental at 7am one morning because a tooth was hurting so bad it woke me up. So I called their office first thing Im the morning when I woke up.Great Staff/Front Desk:When I called their office, they picked up the phone. I explained I was in pain and the staff member understood my concern. She made me a priority and was able to schedule me to come in 2 hours later.Dental Assistant:I wish I knew her name but the dental assistant that assisted with my root canal was awesome, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to go out of her way to explain what a root canal is and how they were going to fix my tooth.Root Canal:During the root canal, the Dentist made sure to listen to me if I was uncomfortable or experiencing any pain. After they numbed me up, he asked if there was any discomfort or pain and gave me more numbing injections. He constantly checked in on me as a great doctor should. He was patient, took his time, and ensured everything was done correctly the first time.Cost:Since Im self employed, I do not carry dental insurance because of the cost. I only see the dentist 1 time every 3 or 4 years so when I do visit the dental office, Im a cash payer. I kindly asked the billing lady if theres anything they could possibly do to help with the cost and she did.Im very grateful, blessed, and humbled by the staff here and the dentist.

I typically don’t do reviews but I feel like I need to give credit where it’s due. Experience from start to finish was incredible. I got greeted by name when I walked in the door. Since I filled out and signed all paperwork online, I had less than a 1 minute wait before I was brought into the exam room. My hygienist was friendly and really listened to my history and we had great dialogue throughout the X-ray, cleaning and polishing. I felt at ease the entire time while he expertly performed his work; no pain or jarring movement. The dentist was great too. He spent time discussing my teeth and did some work to correct my bite, something other dentists in the past either failed to notice or cared to fix. Didn’t feel rushed as I typically do seeing a Dr. Really impressed with the whole experience. Dr, hygienist, and front office personnel work great together and with their clients to make going to the dentist a great experience.

I had a dental emergency, my crown came off on a Friday evening. I looked up this dental office, BlueDot Dental, they were open on Saturday and did emergency work.The staff was friendly, Angie and Dr Garcia, were thorough, I have had lots of dental work and I was comfortable with them, they explained what was needed and did an excellent job.I plan to make this my dental office and would recommend it to anyone else, it was especially important to have a dentist on Saturday, especially since its difficult to be seen on the weekend.

I went to this dentist today for the first time for a basic cleaning and exam. To say that they are thorough is an understatement. The exam itself took about an hour and was completely covered by insurance. The entire staff was upbeat and caring, but the hygienist that worked on my made me feel completely taken care of. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I have never had so much fun during a dental appointment as I did today while they gave me four fillings. I laughed and had a great time with the staff and Dr. J....They are great in personality, skill, and ethics and they go the extra mile for patients, especially Dr. J! The original quote for work included a couple of items that did not actually need to be done and instead of letting me pay for something that didn’t need to be Dr. Jay was upfront and honest and explained why it was on the quote as a precaution but that upon further assessment it was not a necessary procedure and he not only saved me money but enabled me to have a good time filled with laughter and fun and I didn’t even get nitrous LOL, these people are great and I highly recommend coming here for all of your dental needs!

Best dental experience ever! I read the reviews before I went in for an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth. I didnt think a dental office could be that great, but they really, truly are! They got me in right away, the staff were ALL super friendly and helpful and the dentist was exceptional. I felt so comfortable there, like Ive been going there for years after just one visit. They have hi-tech equipment, take payments if you cant afford the bill and every staff member I met seems to love their job. I wont be going anywhere else for my dental needs because I found the perfect dentist AND staff.

I had not been to the dentist in 30 years! (Take a minute to get over the shock of just reading that..) That being said.... You can imagine the fear behind starting this long process of recovery. Dr. Ngo and his staff have gone above and beyond to make sure that all of my procedures are painless and without trauma. They are very considerate and patient, taking time to map out all procedures and what to expect. Little things like asking what temperature I would like my water to putting a warm blanket over me shows the character of everyone that works at BlueDot Dental. This experience could have scared me away from the dentist for another 30 years, but I now know that the future of my smile can be painless and rewarding. I have zero regrets in choosing this place. Everybody there is professional and soothing. I initially went to get an extraction but Im keeping them as my dentist office because I had a very good experience there.

Friendly staff. Nice clean office. Dentist very professional and matter of fact. My only complaint is I set my appointment because I had tooth pain and needed a tooth removed. Dentist found the problem got me all geared up for extraction and the scheduler stopped him. I had to make another appointment and now have to endure another week of pain that could have been dealt with in 20 minutes or less.

I absolutely love this place! You walk into a lovey warm environment, taken into the back to be greeted by friendly hygienists and an awesome dentist who LISTENS to me! And the best part is that this place is CLEAN! Thank you!
