I own a local moving company and we frequently go to this facility multiple times a month to move people in and out. So, we work with the staff and are in and out of the rooms moving people in or out. Their staff is very inviting and very friendly. They go above and beyond for their customers and the facility is always very clean and we enjoy going there because of how great the facility is. The customers that we move in and out say nothing but positive things about the facility and how helpful the staff is.

I regret placing my mom at Enclave at Gilbert. The care us poor, food is terrible. Do not place a loved one at this faciliy.

Enclave of Gilbert is a wonder community. It is very beautiful, clean and well maintained but delivers compassionate care!! The Staff is amazing and truly cares! Highly Recommended!

It was really difficult to place my mother in memory care but our family felt it was the only option a few years ago. She has sadly lost her memory and can no longer walk. We researched places and believed this memory care would be ideal and she would have the care she needed. When we were able to visit it appeared to be a nice environment and she appeared to be happy with the staff and activities. She was isolated to her room in bed because of various staff and COVID concerns on/off for months.I had no idea what was going on and a really nice caregiver at night did a FaceTime chat and I saw that she was doing horrible, very depressed, room was filthy and she had a bed sore! I took her out and placed her in a better place where she is getting the care she needs. This community looks great on the outside but has some major issues with neglect and cleanliness. Please be aware and don’t place any of your loved ones in the memory care.

When COVID is under control, being able to ride the bus to Walmart. Get back to the horse racing and Bingo activity, Be able to have themed dinners again with entertainment. Would like to see more opportunities to use equipment in the Wellness Center.

My Grandmother was treated very poorly there. I would highly advise you to look elsewhere should you be in need of care for your loved one. This place was a huge disappointment and therefore, couldn’t get her out soon enough.If you choose to send your loved one there I highly recommend you do frequent visits to be an advocate for your person.

I spent the last week at The Enclave at Gilbert, and this is a beautiful community! The residents here are engaged, vibrant, and excited about what the community has to offer. The Executive Director, Mindy, as well as their Director of Nursing, Vanessa, were so welcoming. It is a pleasure to be in this community. I highly recommend the services that are offered at the Enclave.

I have worked for Spectrum Retirement for 3 years now and as a current employee I can stay that they care about the residents and their staff as for the leadership here at the Enclave at GILBERT I can say they are the best I have ever worked for I have worked at other senior companies and Spectrum has been the best one I have worked for not only do they respect the Decision of the resident and family but they care about their staff as well. I have never worked with a team we’re their Directors are willing to work along their team I am blessed to have and outstanding supervisors Rose and Daniela are always going the extra mile for the Assisted Living Team Thank you Ladies for being such an inspiration to all of us it’s an honor to work besides you.

Its an honor to work besides two hard working ladies Daniela & Rose are always working the floor with their Team going above and beyond for our residents. We are lucky to to have them here at The Enclave at Gilbert. Its a grate place to work at where you feel like family also has grate benefits.

My wife Mary-Lou and I have lived at the Enclave for a year and have seen great improvement in the food area, especially the last 2 months. The attitude of the kitchen staff must be credited for this. Actually the attitude of the staff in all areas of the community should be commended and is a direct reflection of our Directress Diana. The number of activities and quality of activities is almost overwhelming at times. You will never say, there is nothing to do. After reviewing all the other similar communities in the area I can honestly say the Enclave offers the most amenities and truly feels like home.

Memory care needs to be more secure, my mom who is also legally blind got out of the facility and into the parking lot before a care giver found her. I also noticed my mom was locked out of her room several times, I had to look for someone to unlock her door. They have had a huge turn over of care givers in the short time my mother was there which was very disconcerting. I am so glad she is no longer at the Enclave

This place has really been run into the ground. As a former worker here I have witnessed first hand how horrible management has turned what used to be a beautiful facility into such an inhospitable environment. Concerns where not taken seriously about care of residents nor the poor conditions in which employees are made to work under. I can’t express enough my disappointment in this company for not taking action in protecting its employees and residents.

The Enclave at Gilbert is a beautiful Community. The staff members were very professional and friendly. The residents busy doing activities and socializing. I highly recommend this Community for my Mother.

The Enclave at Gilbert is a beautiful community with impeccable interior design, but what really matters is how happy the residents and staff seem every time I stop by!

My parents will be moving into The Enclave at Gilbert in August and we couldn’t be more excited! They will have a nice apartment within walking distance to food, friends and fun! They have met some great people who will also be living and working there and our family is so happy that they will be in such a beautiful, comfortable and fun environment to enjoy their golden years. Go take a look for yourself. Ask for Cathy. She is wonderful and she will take great care of you.

My mother in-law moved into an apartment there about 2 months ago. The apartment is very nice. BUT the food is not good. It arrives cold, and the portions are ridiculously small. She is gluten intolerant and was told they would accomodate her allergy. But when pasta was served, she asked for something else and was never brought a substitute. I would not recommemnd the Enclave. They don t even try to fix the problems in the kitchen.

Wonderful facility and extremely helpful staff

My grandmother is a current resident there and I can personally validate the place is awesome. Her apartment was brand new, very clean and move in ready. I had breakfast with her (very minimal cost) and the food was good, nothing fancy but like a Dennys or IHOP. The employees at both the front desk and the restaurant are very polite and friendly. They offer physical therapy on-site which is convenient and the staff professional and experienced. A nurse practioner visits once per week and my grandma has the ability to be seen in the privacy of her own apartment and they bill medicare. She gets both her nails and hair done at a very affordable price at the on-site salon. Although my grandma doesnt participate in many of the on-site/off-site activities, they offer transportation/coordinated trips to the mall, grocery store, churches, etc. They have themed parties and dinners with all the bells and whistles. Each time I visit her, I am continually impressed at how this place is run and maintained. I would highly recommend someone needing senior living to tour The Enclave as it would be a place I would want to live when I reach the age I can no longer live unsupervised and/or want a little extra help with things like house cleaning, meals and transportation.

Ive visited The Enclave at Gilbert several times since their opening. Ive always been impressed with how clean the facility is, how friendly the staff is and Ive never seen an unhappy resident!

My parents are currently residents here. I notice that there is a big staff turnover as well as many residents leaving. The food service and food quality has been in decline for the past two years. There are not as many choices on the menu and there are long waits for food.

Food is horrible, often served cold. Service if very slow. We complain to management but nobody care. Nothing changes. Avoid this place at all cost.....

Got a tour and the place has been wellthought out and of course it’s brand new.Can’t wait for Grand opening. And movingIn.

I very much recommend living here, very friendly staff who enjoy radical activities and are always down for a party.
