I’ve been seeing Dr. Chrissy for almost three years now. She’s very patient, thorough, and listens to her patients. I originally had an issue with pain in my left foot when standing and walking, which I had been experiencing for years, and about 6 months into my chiropractic treatment the pain disappeared and has yet to return. Dillon #1 was so kind and patient with me to make an emergency appt. the front girls are welcoming and the aromatherapy calming in the lobby (it’s hard for a nurse to be a patient). From Dr. O to the FNP Dunn, and Dillon #2, all staff have treated me with empathy and candor in their explanations and plan to get my back back to normal for me. I have been going to Dr. Scott and Dr. Chrissy since about 2014 for headaches and neck stiffness due to my occupation as an ultrasound tech! All of the staff is very friendly, and Lexi is always welcoming with a smile when you walk in the door. Whether I receive a manual adjustment or the adjustment on the adjustpro system, I always leave feeling better and my adjustments help get me through my work week!

This Dr is the 1st chiropractor Ive ever been to. I was quite skeptical at 1st. I have a pinched nerve. But I was amazed at how much they were able to help me. They gave me an X-ray and saw exactly what was wrong, and started treatment to help my headaches go away. For the first time in years I have been headache free. The Pro-Adjuster process is such a comfort in feeling and seeing results instantly. The Detox foot bath is a wonderful process as well. Overall this office is one of the best I have visited and had the pleasure of utilizing their services and I feel great all around.

I’ve never tried chiropractic care for overall well being. I always assumed it was people who were enduring chronic pain. Dr. Chrissy did a detailed analysis of areas I expressed stiffness (my neck). After two treatments I already feel and see a difference. I’ll continue monthly treatments to improve my overall well being.

I needed help with my skeletal pain and Dr Chrissy Hatzenbeler and her husband have been available to help me get the healing treatments I have needed. I have neck injury that is 15yrs old and cannot have my neck manually adjusted. Dr. Chrissy used her Pro Adjuster to help release the vertebrae without affecting the structural integrity of my cervical vertebrae.Another profound example ....my son had hugged me to tightly and threw out my back, using the same technique she was able to give me the full relief, even after massage and stretching had alleviated 80% of the pain. She helped me reach 100% recovery. I will always recommend Dr. Chrissy and advanced Physical Medicine to everyone in need of that extra care and pain relief.

I have been visiting this office routinely since 2013, and while some aspects of the office have changed through the years, the level of care one receives as a patient has never diminished. The doctors and staff ensure that your visit’s treatment has improved your wellness, and will not let you out the door if you are unsatisfied. My chaotic work week has often required me to reschedule visits, and the staff has always been flexible with me in finding a new date & time.

Ive been going to Dr. Scott for adjustments since he and Dr. Chrissy first came to Gilbert. Ive learned a lot from him because he is so knowledgeable and loves to talk about what he does.

They are wonderful people that really love to help you feel better. I can walk in with hip pain and walk out feeling great. The pain is gone. Amazing! I love the fact that they have the pro adjuster so that means no old-fashioned cracking. It is amazing advancements in chiropractic. Dr. Chrissy has done a lot for the well-being of our family, most dramatically was when we brought our nephew to her. He had constant ear infections as a baby, and ALWAYS had a runny, yucky nose and cough. His MD wanted to do surgery to put tubes in his ears, but his mother agreed to let us try chiropractic first. Within two weeks, his cough and runny nose were gone, and soon he was given the all-clear - no tubes needed!! Thank you, Dr. Chrissy!

My 12 year old son was having some consistant back pain. I had previously taken him to a chiropractor that would jerk him in all directions. I wanted to find my son a chiropractor that would treat the problem and not just give immediate relief. I found it here with Dr Scott! From the moment we walked in the first day and was greeted by his wonderful, friendly, professional office staff my son and I have felt so comfortable. I have had back pain since 1990 and have had 3 surgeries and every other treatment known to man. I went to Advanced Physical Medicine in October of 2018 and they worked up a plan of care. Their treatment plan has helped me more than any other procedure I have had done. Dr Chrissy and Dr Scott have lessened my pain from 6 or7 to 1or 2 on a scale of 1 to10. Their office staff is the best, 2nd to none, I would highly recommend Advanced Physical Medicine to anyone who has severe back issues or wants to avoid them.
