First I called and was greeted by such a wonderful pleasant lady. I had alot of questions and she took the time to answer every single question. She was very knowledgeable and so sweet. I arrived to my appointment and I was greeted by the receptionist who was wearing a mask and just had sanitized her hands as I was coming in. Which was so nice to see. The front office was so clean and absolutely beautiful. I filled out my paper work and was taken back very quickly no waiting!! I was taken back to my room. Which was so clean and pretty very very pleased. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Samantha. I have to start off by saying she is absolutely amazing. She asked my questions took the time to listen to my concerns and really got to know who I was. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She was so sweet and caring. She did not try to up sell me like other places have. She also was able to tell me what procedures were like because she has had them. Which is was really reassuring. She knew from first hand experience. I had fillers in my lips and botox in my forgead. I was not nervous at all because of how comfortable Samantha made me feel. I ended up joining their membership club because of how much I loved my experience. I can not wait to go back. Please please go check them out you will fall in love. These ladies are amazing. Service was good. Like how everything was told to me before them doing it. They just had a hard time with getting my blood, So I was poked 4 times more then I wanted to be(dnt do good with needles)

We got permanent eye liner and had great results. It is kind of painful but worth it for sure.

I had a consultation with Kathryn which she had said I have lips shes not use to. They are different and odd shaped with a sunken fold. Said shes not sure about them. Then said we will be subtle. I said since you dont appear confident in the injection and havent worked on lips like mine before we can skip the consultation and I can go elsewhere for that (as Im use to Corrina who had been AMAZING before, and recently left to go to another buisness). She said, first of all I have 9 years experience Injecting. She asked if I had the covid shot. Was Insulting, non informative to what I need and invasive on my hippa privacy I feel. Didnt numb with swab before Botox what Im use to. Just the lips she used a gel. Gave me info on advalight and it was in Spanish. I informed her and she said thats all we have but you get the gist by the pictures. I wanted to stick with the medspa because I already signed up for their membership, but after that horrific experience plus my last appointment where I waited 2 hours due to them overbooking, I will be going to the spa that Corrina currently works at. At least then I know that I can expect informative feedback and suggestions and overall care and knowledge on products, procedures for clients. #Insulting#Invasive#Uncomfortable

GREAT PLACE, GREAT PEOPLE!!!! The Manager Kim is the Best. She knows what real Customer Service is all about. Great facials and services at very reasonable pricing. The thing that makes a big difference for me is that they use only the highest quality medical grade products, the most modern techniques, and the latest equipment which all makes a HUGE difference. After finding Drops of Beauty, I wonder why anyone would ever pay a similar price at a strip mall facial shop for low grade products? Drops of Beauty offers amazing value for the same money but not many people know about it. Give them a try, the customer service alone is so good that Im sure you will become a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE like me.

I have been going to Drops of Beauty for three years now. I was just over 40 years old and definitely showing signs of early age and because of my lifestyle choices. I love the sun and smoked for many years; let’s just say,you could see the evidence all over my face. It’s three years later and I look 10 years younger! Finding this Med Spa changed everything because I felt confident. Are true and lasting beauty comes from inside, but it sure feels good when the outside is pulled together too (no pun intended. Lol). I highly recommend that you give it a shot if you are starting to feel self-conscious about the aging process. Save beautiful!

Was supposed to have a consultation this morning. Told to be there at 845am. Got there at the designated time to find the door locked. After a couple minutes of knocking on the door and calling the office, the injector walks up and says unapologetically that the manager is going to be late and she (the injector) doesn’t have a key. Why is it okay for both of these women to be late, but the client needs to be there early? Totally unprofessional and no respect for the clients time. No call to let me know they would be late, no apologies from the injector. I left and decided my money will be better spent at LaVida Med Spa for years to come.P.S. the fact that the injector doesn’t have a key is ridiculous.

Ive been pleased with my experience so far. My first interaction was with the office manager Kim who is incredibly understanding and accommodating. I scheduled a consult during my lunch break and ended up running about 15 minutes late. She let me forgo the paperwork until after the consult since I was on a time crunch (obviously it was completed prior to treatment). I saw Donna for my consult she was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions and come up with a treatment plan to achieve my desired results. I wanted to do a combination of treatments in one visit and Donna was happy to accommodate my request. She preformed lip injections, microneedling with PRP, botox, and a lipo dissolve injection (I cant remember what its called). She provided treatment options that were less involved as well, but I wanted to go big so to speak. Donna is so good at botox injections! I had nearly 30 and only felt maybe 5 pinches, she has a great distraction technique. Im pretty swollen from having so many treatments done, which is to be expected so I dont have a good idea of what my end result will look like just yet. I am happy with the results so far. I definitely plan to go back.

Carlos was amazingly gentle around the delicate lash lines when doing eyeliner, and even paid special detail to the area I pointed out where I no longer grow lashes... and he blended the liner downward into the lash line so you cannot notice that I have no lashes! He’s very talented! I cannot wait to go back to have my eyebrows done here!!!!

I saw a groupon for this spa, called them and they got me scheduled as soon as I wanted to come in. They were very friendly and professional. The esthetican did a dermaplaning facial on me and did a great job 👏 They were not pushy with sales either.

I had permanent eye liner done here, Carlos was my aesthetician and he did an amazing job in spite of me being a horrible patient! Im hypersensitive and I had a difficult time with the tattoo tickling but he still got the job done quick and complete. Kudos to Carlos, I highly recommend him and Drops of Beauty.

Carlos did upper eyeliner yesterday 6/22/19. My appointment was at 1030 and I was in my car leaving by 1115. He put lidocaine on to numb the area and it really only hurt for a minute when it was almost over! Would definitely reccomend.

WORST MICROBLADING EVER!!!! THEY ASK FOR TIPS, NEVER HAD A PLACE LIKE THAT ASK FOR TIPS... THE BLANKET THEY HAVE ON THE TABLE YOU LAY ON SMELLED DIRTY

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Looked at soo many pictures of microblading & I wanted it done so badly because of how small my real eye brows are. I cant say that all of the techs arent experienced but the male I seen made it to where I will never walk outside w just my microbladed eyebrows. Its finally faded to the point where I can get them fixed so Im very happy about that. But my eye brows do not match WHAT SO EVER. I have to fix them and make them even with a pencil every day. He didnt even CLEAN the area before he started just went over my makeup. I wish I did more research about how it was supposed to be done before hand so I knew but I didnt want to scare myself away from doing it. But now that I know its not crazy painful & watched the videos I see how HORRIBLE & LAZY he really was. He never aligned my eye brows, measured what he was going to do or any of that. I had received a groupon for my birthday & left him a very nice tip not realizing how bad they were. When I left & came back the second time I thought oh this time he will fix all the mistakes I came out even WORSE. Please whatever you do, DO NOT get your eyebrows microbladed through them! Im extremely disappointed I cried so much after it was done & didnt even want to show my face I was soooo embarrassed. But next time I will be going somewhere with people a lot more experienced.

Horrible results from botox, went back for followup to show Sassy how swollen and puffy my eyes were.She kept asking what I did for this to happen, I told her Ive had botox at another medspa before with beautiful results, and Ive done nothing different. She told me to GO BACK to to the other medspa!!!WOW! Bad enough I basically paid good money to be disfigured but was treated so badly to top it off!!!!
