I can only report conditions as of two years ago. Kirishna the lady in charge of the place was a horrible manager. I was hired as a robotics instructor for summer 2019 and she let me go after one week. Then she lied about paying me for two whole months. I had to threaten to report her to the fair wage authority before she would agree to pay me. And I was underpaid. I ended up getting less than $100 for my week there which was almost as much money I spent on gas getting to the location. I hear shes out of the place now though so all I can say is good riddance!

My son loved their summer camps last year. At the end of the week he showed his friends what he had created and they were all absorbed with it. He also made a friend from the camp which makes me really happy.

Excellent staff and really fun activities. My son had a blast at their summer camps, and cant wait to sign up again.

My son is learning a lot and has so much fun at Code Ninja. He is learning programs that will give him a good foundation in computers in the future. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone!

My 9 yr old son has been enrolled at Code Ninjas ever since they opened. We reviewed their curriculum and teaching methods before joining. He gets really confused sometimes when he gets stuck with the code, and i have seen several times the instructors take him to the board and teach him one on one. Me and my husband take turns bringing him to Code Ninjas, and my husband also is really impressed with the management, teachers and the curriculum. We will enroll our daughter when she turns 7 this year. Great facility with wonderful staff.

Our son started with Code Ninjas last November, he loves it there. Also joined their Robotics & Drones camps. He says he had a blast learning how to code in several different languages. Staff and their Management are phenomenal. Weve had issues with our parent portal & couldnt see his progress in his regular drop-in program, Krishna helped us resolve immediately. I am there almost 2 times every week since last year, and always saw the staff work closely with the kids, and i love how we also can see my sons progress in our own portal on Code Ninjas. Great Job guys, keep it up.

We have 2 kids (11 and 8) who have been coming for 8 months. They love it. They get so excited about what they are learning and are excited to share their newfound knowledge with anyone who will listen. Its nice to watch their confidence grow when they succeed after debugging code.

We had a wonderful experience during our free discovery session. Krishna was very welcoming and helpful, and her center is immaculate and inspiring. The kids have so many cool things to learn and play with, from making games to programming robots and drones. Code Ninjas offers things that they just dont do in schools, and its very exciting.Thanks.

My 6 year old has been going here for the past 2 months. She loves it here. The staff are amazing and are great at teaching concepts. My daughter learned concepts that are beyond her grade level. The management in this center is also great. They discuss kids progress every other week and are flexible with schedule.

My 10 year old son has attended Code Ninjas since it opened in September. He loves it and is learning a lot of new skills. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the activities and materials are excellent. They also have special coding events. Would highly recommend for kids of all ages with interest in technology.

We enrolled our kids in Code Ninjas last year when they opened. Both my kids learned a lot and now they talk in terms of how to improve the video games they play at home and the platform they are working on when they build their own game at Code Ninjas. Thats amazing. At the end of each and every session, they get a card filled out by the code sensei and what they worked on and their focus level. I love the fact that i can talk to any instructor about my kid and they can pull out information about them and give a progress report right then and there. It is apparent that the staff and management are committed to help my kids reach their potential.

This was the first time my son attending a camp at Code Ninjas. He loved it! Each day he was ready early to leave our house and go to the camp.Two thumbs up for Code Ninjas!

I have seen my sons confidence in math improve dramatically in past 2 months, and his teacher at school was amazed and told us what ever we are doing after school, keep doing it. My daughter has been enrolled since the center opened. She loves everything about code ninjas from the cool, funny senseis to the challenge of the different coding tasks. I appreciate the warm, friendly staff and the fact that the owner is invested in the childrens success.

I originally gave this location 5 stars however, after several weeks, their hours have become more difficult as they seem to change with little warning. When I signed up I was told their student hours. I even SCHEDULED them in my calendar. I feel like Im being gaslighted. 3 times now Ive been turned away or found the business unopened. Its like trying to hit a bulls-eye on a moving dart board. Already my son has missed getting his 2 hours per week and I estimate that Ive missed 5 sessions out of the 8 a month that Ive been allotted.Im investigating other centers and found that I could actually cross the river and get my son to a center IN VIRGINIA easier than dealing with the revolving hours.2 weeks ago, I was turned away because I got there too late and I was told their saturday hours were 11 to 3. Today, I planned to get him his second hour this week today (Saturday and scheduled to get him to the center by 1:20pm. Nope. Found out that the hours are now 10 to 2 *SURPRISE*

My kids both are advanced in coding and robotics. I was not very sure if they would loke the robotics camps Code Ninjas offered, but we did enroll them for the Robotics camp in July. They rave about the camp even to this day. I just enrolled them for the Minecraft & Roblox camps and also both of them are going back to their after school drop in program in September. I spoke with the owner & the instructors several times and i can see that the management cares about my kids progress and the instructors are phenomenal. They make the learning effortless and fun. We love Code Ninjas.

I usually do not write any reviews, but I am compelled here. Long story short, we registered our son for the summer camp, and because of a mistake on their website, we were charged a fraction of the actual camp fees. The Camp Director reached out and explained the issue, and told us we shouldnt be worried about the registration, as it is their mistake, they will fix it at their end. This is all fine, she also offered us another camp at 50% off, since it was an unnecessary hassle for us. I know the tech camps in Moco are at least 2 times the price Code Ninjas offers, and on top of that, the customer service is excellent. We will signup for multiple camps.Great Service Code Ninjas.

Germontown code ninja directer Krishna is drama queen infront of parents. the reason i took my daughter out because they were not teaching the way that told me during registration. They hired high school students who were not teaching but just go around a group of 8 student to show the parents they are taking care of them. And when i decided to take my daughter out they still charge me account for the next month in advance. When I asked her, she lied to me that the refund of the money already returned back to my account. Even after 6 weeks I didnt see my money so I called and then she was hiding from me till I confront her and then she told me that the money cannot be refunded as per HQ. She was even unwilling to give me HQ contact. I dont know about others, but the Germantown Code Ninja is a FRAUD.

Great place, my 5th grader loves it, he loves his teachers and very enthusiastic about his classes every week.

Hey guys i m sharing my personal experience. code ninja in germontown is fraud. if you really want to invest some money on your child there is plunty institute. they show off when you drop off r pick up the child. money is not worth for it at all. plz plz plz dont be fool from code ninja germontown branch. worse worse worse bad bad bad …….
