Staff is nice but this is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Expect to wait at least 40 minutes for your vaccines when you come. We showed up and there were 2 people waiting before us, now we are next and there is at least 10 people waiting behind us now.

They now have delivery options and text and calling which is very convenient.

The one lady with long hair is the best. Wow, she deserves the best of pay. She was glorious in helping my mom find ways to save on her meds. Thank you and hugs to you.

I’m really starting to hate HEB pharmacies I have no luck at any location. I have been a customer for years an everytime I come my insurance that doesn’t change is never on file we always have to go thru this prior authorization stuff even when they call the day before they fill it saying they require the prior authorization to fill it . This has been a repeat cycle of time wasting I will be moving on to another pharmacy

Terrible! When you get the automated phone calls that your prescription is ready I recommend calling to make sure you drive up here. I have now been 3 times in a row and it either wasnt ready or they couldnt find it. Then had to wait 30 min for it to be refilled

Have issues multiple times with getting medicationsSeems like a management issue, when I lived in round rock the heb on gattis was awesome used them for years . I guess this store doesn’t care or just don’t care . Laziness is not a excuse it is truly the disease.

Worst pharmacy ever. First they gave me someone elses med. So I had to come back the lady the lady saw me in line and asked me if she gave me the wrong med I said yes. I waited in line then when I got up to her she said I had to wait because they were filling the people in front of me stuff. So I waited! Then she said I didnt have insurance so I had to pay for my meds... after telling her i do have insurance for 20 mins she found me in the system. No Im sorry or anything.

Two times ive shown up 10mins before the posted closing times and theyve closed early. I dont think a pharmacy should even have the option to close before theyre supposed to considering they deal in peoples important medications.
