Went to get fresh galanga but they did not have it. I found a great deal of almonds.

Love this store. I frequent the Georgetown location. Quality products and the people there are amazing. Helpful and knowledgeable. I phoned first and Chandler checked to see if items were in stock before I made my 15 mile trek.. (amazing, right?) totally worth the drive.The only place I can find these two items.

This store location is still cool with me but management needs to learn some customer service and common sense skills. If I’m only allowed to return 2 items per receipt, why would you think I want the lesser of the 8 returned. When I challenged that and told him what 2 to return..huffing and puffing and still returned the 2 he wanted. I didn’t make a fuss because he gave me store credit for the rest but that doesn’t excuse the facts of his attitude. I even said thank you as I walked out…crickets. Luckily, one man don’t stop a show but I’ll gladly not interact with him ever.

I happened to stop by on a whim as I was intrigued by the building and sign. Love the concept. As I walked in the selective collection of brands appear handcrafted which is evident by a range of products offered. I was pleasantly surprised 😮 by the quality. Just grateful that they had cilantro which was used for a crockpot soup 🍲

This place is amazing. If you eat a while food plant based diet or want more organic options and want to eat healthy this is a great place to start. They have a lot of healthy alternative foods and supplements including bean nacho chips and soy ice cream. Its great having a farmers market alternative during the week.They also have a small book collection of health food books and cook books, as well what looks a list of classes.This is a great location behind Target with pretty decent parking considering its central Georgetown location. Im obviously pretty excited, so go check it out for yourself.

Im a vegetarian/pescatarian 🥦🥑🍆🍣🦑.. so this is right up my alley.... i was just a little disappointed with the selection of inventory.... overall if you looking for healthy way of shopping i definitely recommend.

This location is a godsend because it was right where I needed it to be in rush hour traffic coming from sun City and needing something for my allergies!Friendly staff and easy to understand organization to find what I needed.Also a decent stock of organic vegetables and fruits.Some items are obviously going to be priced higher than what you can find in other places but there are specials to be found and the app or online membership does also give you the ability to get discounts and other items in the store.Also despite the store being small they were very few people in the store so I was able to get in and out quickly.

The entire time I was there an older male employee was very obviously staring at me and followed me around the store everywhere I went, never saying a word to me. He would literally stop in the middle of an isle and just stare. Even when I was checking out he went over to a register pretending to do stuff while watching me. I don’t know if he was a creep or thought I was stealing or what but I felt incredibly uncomfortable and I won’t be coming back.

This store is out of my league. My wife and I went here looking specifically to see what healthier, low carb options were available in tortillas and pasta as part of a keto diet. All we found was a very limited selection of extremely high priced products that were not exactly what we were looking for. Just perusing the store aisles and mentally comparing prices to other local stores we regularly shop at Im not really sure why anyone would shop here except for the truly unique products that HEB, Randalls, Target or even Walmart dont carry or cant special order. I certainly cant justify the vast difference in prices for the exact same items.

Well stocked. Well laid out. Clean. Priced right. Nice check out staff. The check out was a bit crowded with people necessarily having to pass much closer than six feet, but everyone was wearing a mask so I felt okay with it.

They didnt have the snacks I was looking for (raw flax crackers) but definitely had a lot of other stuff that I didnt expect. Lots of supplements etc.

This is a wonderful store. I rate it a 5 star and more. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. The products are excellent. Very similar to Whole Foods Market, Central Market, or Sprouts or Trader Joes. I get supplements and essential oils here, as well as groceries. Highly recommended!

We love shopping here and realizing that the true value is nature is undervalued. We are always treated with respect and dignity and my children love the vibe. I wont be able to find something similar when I move to South Dakota but Ill miss you guys a lot.

My go-to store for non--dairy items, Bobs Red Mill Products, beautiful greens in the fresh produce section. This store is always super clean, employees friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great place to shop!

Its a nice place. Clean. Staff was cool. Its Expensive. Makes Whole Foods prices look like Aldi. But hey, we are in a weather emergency and HEB had a line to get in longer than Space Mountain. Seriously, I thought Slayer mightve gotten backe together, so i paid for the convenience. You do what ya gotta do in these times. 5 starz

If you care about not catching Covid, STAY AWAY. There does not seem to be a mask policy. There were maskless people everywhere. I walked out.

From the excellent selection of healthy and organic foods to the Amazing service staff, Natural Grocers is by far the best place to shop if you are trying to live a healthier life. They offer a pre-bagged bulk section that has a large variety of every day items at a big savings, and Natural Grocers has their own line of foods and products that are exceptional in quality. The team members are extremely kind and helpful, and make it easy to rate this store 5 stars.

One in cedar park is smaller but carries all the items I need. Have shaped there since the store opened up. Georgetown larger better produce.

I was the first person in line today for the special senior citizen hour. I chatted with a couple other folks as we practiced the six foot recommended guidelines. Other shoppers joined the line. They too were following recommended procedures, although the woman behind me and I were the only two wearing masks. Plus, I was wearing gloves. As we entered, an older couple somehow passed by all of us or had already been allowed in. They had two baskets, LOADING THEM WITH EGGS! They had situated themselves to make it nearly impossible to get by, much less honor any recommended guidelines. Soon as I saw an employee stocking produce, I pointed them out to her. She glanced over in their direction but made no move anywhere, not to point out yellow guidelines requesting our purchase limits. Nor did she reach for a phone to call management. I wondered if the couple might not be her parents or other acquaintance, since they obviously had mastered their game plan. After the man had briefly disappeared, I saw the woman gathering multiple bags of dried beans, etc. Then he joined her, donned in an unmistakable cap with the now-familiar saying, Make America Great... only a white cap with red letters! Yes, I did mention the couples behavior to the kind cashier, who called someone over. That person heard what I shared and attempted to notify the store manager, a male, who never responded. Hmm, perhaps the older couple were HIS acquaintances, instead. The kind, considerate cashier apologized again and again. And I continued to reassure her that, as a retired professional with a Masters in Counseling from an R-1 Midwestern University, she had done EVERYTHING correctly. Sad, isnt it? The ONE person in the store who was being considerate and demonstrating a high level of professionalism and maturity was at the time the YOUNGEST PERSON IN THE STORE!Oh, I may return to this store again, someday. They shall NOT see this face any time in the near future, however.

Hello my name is Lenny and the past few times coming in and purchasing products I have been helped by by extremely young girl in her 20s named Carrie at the front register. She seems put off and she feels that she knows all the answers ( which in fact are completely wrong) about certain items that the customer is well aware of. She seems to know everything about nothing and when stating information on certain items her statements are completely false and misleading. Carrie needs to stop false advertising because not only do customers realize her misleading information but other customers listen in on false information. In addition I have noticed that she does the bare minimum possible to help older customers -- about 2 weeks ago I noticed a much older customer was being helped by Carrie at the register and needed boxes for the items and instead of offering assistance to grab the boxes for the customer, the customer literally grabbed the boxes and put the items in it. I watched in disbelief! In the service customer service industry its not very professional or ethical....at the least try to help customers because thats what the employee is paid to do: to perform the job his/her job duties. Im an older gentleman in my late 70s and I have noticed Carrier tends to this to older generational people. Most people I know who shop there often try to avoid her and have heard numerous complaints from Carrie.... so the word spreads around Sun City and how Carrie treats people especially the older generation. She literally picks and chooses who she wants to treat a certain way. Natural Grocers is a nationwide store and being a new business in Georgetown it would be wise to treat paying customers with some sort of dignity and respect at minimum. I hardly ever post any negative reviews about anyone but I have to post this in hopes that other customers notice and have future customers address/prevent this from happening to others.

The staff here is wonderful! The manager on duty literally helped me Shop every step of the way! She was amazing! This location is only about a year old and is right in the middle of new shopping and options in Georgetown. I was impressed to say the least!

I like this Grocer better than the one closer to me. This one is always fully stocked and very clean.

Yet another grocer in Georgetown, but my other really likes this place. The food is fresh, natural and free of chemicals. They have frequent and very good sales.

I lost as could be being in this store and had two wonder people help me out. They not only helped me when my item wasnt there, they offered a similar brand and it only got better at check out. Extremely wide array of options. Went to go get a big ol bottle of water, and they didnt charge anything extra for it. Obviously they shouldnt, but it still stands to reason that people that do a good job should be rewarded.

When checking out Rebecca the cashier threw my receipt towards the door saying I was rude for not conversing with her. As a black man in this climate and her demeanor said much more. I will not return to this store and I will express my experience with many others

Nice to see they are trying to keep things sanitized, wiping down the checkout counter after customers. However, I did see a young man (a customer) at the other checkout counter not wearing a mask.

Staff is knowledgeable and if they dont know the answer they go and find someone that does. They carry almost all the Vegan items I buy. Also great personal care items like shampoo, makeup, perfume and its all natural.

Good store for quality fresh produce and ethically raised meats (at very reasonable prices) as well as a much larger range if gluten/lactose free, vegetarian/vegan food, paleo. Great range of speciality flours for baking special diets above, and treats too. The do sometimes run out of some items and some basic things are more expensive, e.g. milk, but overall good range of speciality foods and soaps/toiletries as well as vast vitamin/nutritional supplements if that is what you are looking for!

All the organic produce Ive purchased the last 2 weeks went squishy in less than a week. Not good. You can purchase produce at Sprouts and it last 2 weeks in your fridge. Natural Grocers in Cedar Park has better quality produce. This Georgetown location will need to improve their produce quality or everyone will simply drive down the street and just shop at HEB. Please improve your produce; we want you to be successful!

The size of this store makes it easy to pop in quickly for a few things. The prices and inventory are comparable to Spouts and WF, but the store is more manageable, and the service is better. Great selection and ambience.

Very expensive compared to getting the same items at Target (next door) or HEB. Also put out with the young cashier who just stood there and rolled her eyes to “shame me” when I didn’t realize (as she pointed out with a little contempt) “We’re a BAGLESS store!” She huffed and grabbed a couple of boxes from a pile that seemed to be there anyway for social clods like myself. I won’t waste my time here again.

Love their almond flour, coconut flour, their chipotle bitchin sauce is the best. The manager just recommended advacado ranch dip made by Hope. Its delicious. This is a great place for me to shop.

While I agree with most postive reviews on the store, I have to complain about lack of produce available at opening times on weekend mornings. Good organic and seasonable produce is hard to come by outside of Farmers Markets, and Nat Grocers should be stocked for opening to honor morning customers.

Not very much variety and expensive. It would be cheaper to go to sprouts and you have way more to choose from. They didnt even have half the things i needed (which I get from sprouts) They dont even have meat other than a few overpriced bags of chicken. They also dont have bags so if you go better bring your own.

Difficult to safely get in the parking lot if you are coming from Target.Much of the food can be purchased elsewhere for a lot less money. For what they charge and with an older clientele you would think they could have help to assist you to carry your very expensive purchases to your car, No one to help you pack your groceries. The checkout lady just watched me struggle to lift my purchases in boxes they had available.I did not know they were open so did not take my own containers.I appreciate that it is not a health food store, but there must be somewhere to find low salt and low sugar items. What does it matter if their food is raised healthy if the final products tho organic if it is like most other food you can buy- loaded with salt and sugar?

I went in to find a few items I needed such as oat and millet flours. I also hoped to pick up some of the shampoo that I usually drive down to Sprouts to get. I was very disappointed and saw at Natural grocers once. They had none of the flour I needed, none of my shampoo and the prices were outrageous.

High priced. Lots of spoiled items. Gave em a chance. Three times got rancid or spoiled food. One time, the product burnt me and my families tongues! Their bottled, mixed coffee beverages have sat there so long that TWICE found product solidified on bottom of container! Wouldnt even mix. Many of their products have no best by date. What is the manager busy managing, if not the quality of the food? Sure can raise those prices tho. Will do my best to not go back.

When they run out of certain items it seems to take weeks before they restock it.

Prices are outrageous! Found many of the same items there at HEB and wayyy cheaper! No need to try and rip people off. Were all doing our best to get by.

Great place for natural items like a variety of vegetables, nuts, spices, crackers, cookies, chips, chocolates, vitamins, supplement, etc. You need to bring your own grocery bag.

I’m excited for the Natural Grocers that recently opened up near me because they have a lot of specialty items that I have trouble finding elsewhere. Lots of great vegan alternatives. (Cheese, yogurt, shakes, frozen meals) Buckwheat that I can’t seem to find anywhere else. Lots of plant based cruelty free options in personal care and cleaning. Reduce and reuse produce bags. I gave 4 stars because their regular stuff that can be bought anywhere tend to be priced a bit higher. I’ll be shopping here for my specialty items, not my everyday grocery’s.
