If i could give negative stars i would. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.i made an appointment on 8/21/21 for a COVID quick test to be done today 8/22 at 3pm. I drove from Paris Ky to get the test done only to be told they don’t have any more quick tests that they ran out 8/21. They called me after i had already drove to Georgetown 15 minutes before i got there. They knew they were out yesterday so why did they wait until my appointment time to tell me? Poor customer service.

This place is worthless. The website wouldnt let me schedule online and no one would answer the phone this morning, so I brought my child in to be tested for sore throat. The doors to both rooms were open with no patients, yet the woman told me they were booked and to try some place else. She further said shed just given the last appointment out. If they had bothered to answer the phone he couldve been seen. Thanks for nothing.

The red head who gave me my COVID-19 test was insanely attractive. Made getting a stick up nose to touch my brain a way better experience. Would definitely recommend 11/10.

I was very impressed with the care and attention given the day I visited. I was feeling so sick and was in & out without much wait. The practitioner on staff was very knowledgeable and quick to assess my medical needs. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have been there many times. They have always been very nice and they listen to what is really bothering you. They are also the only place that you can sign in and come back. Sick people dont need to wait for 2 hours! I recommend them highly.

The receptionist is extremely rude. I went in today a little before 7 and there was an elderly lady and a small child signing in at the sign in station that blocks the entrance to the receptionists desk. The receptionist who had been gone for quite some time came up yelling MOVE MOVE and shewing for the lady and child to get out of her way. She then asked me if I had an appointment, to which I said no. She rolled her eyes, huffed and then told me it was going to be an hour. I was not about to wait around and watch her be rude to people who already dont feel well. Terrible person to be in health service!

Went to get looked at earlier this week and waited an hour and a half to get looked at. Had one appointment before me but then they just kept taking walk ins before me too. Then after taking their prescribed medicine for a week and not getting any better (week two of being sick), I called for a refill or to get a different prescription. Didn’t answer my first call, called again and the doctor was busy but said when they were done with the current patient I would get a call back. 5 hours later they called to tell me that the doctor doesn’t have time to talk to me today. This place is a joke.

This is affordable health care and makes so much sense. The ladies are nice, smart, and take good care of you. This is what health care should be for the things they cover and if you need a doc then go to the doc but these ladies are the first stop for me. You can drop in without an appointment and the pharmacy is right there. Kroger is taking care of business!!!!

The receptionist is so hateful and rude. The first words used were yelling. She is giving this whole establishment a black eye and needs some serious training on how to be kind and nice. If I was her supervisor I would be embarrassed by her behavior. Looking at the reviews, Im apparently not the only one with this experience.

Fix your hours on Google Maps to include your lunch breaks. Train your staff to treat potential patients with more dignity and respect.

Barely examined and misdiagnosed twice. The NP focused more on answering a bunch of generic questions on the computer than actually seeing what symptoms I was showing. My advice, go to one of the urgent care places in town. Much better and comprehensive care.

Very condicending and think they are better than! Do not waste your time!!! I was discussed by they way I was treated!!!! Something should be done to that place! They NEVER have a full staff and what they do have should get another job if they hate it so badly there!!!!

After being there signed in for quite a while heres something that I didnt but I hope all will understand...... if you go to the little clinic in Georgetown and you sign in go through all the process of signing in and are sitting there waiting if people go online and sign in they are put ahead of you so we just signed in and just had a few people in front of us. then were told because the girl was telling people to go online and sign in it would be at least 4:30 before they could see us. Yes by the way I had to pick my daughter up from school shes not feeling well and we just wasted 30 minutes at The Little Clinic waiting to be told we had another hour and a half. Not happy. had a very sick kid sitting there for nothing while other people were being slid in front of her and I had no clue, being signed in should count as being signed in except for those that have true appointments. Luckily her doctors office went on standby to get her in if needed but it wasnt necessary because we were able to get in within 15 minutes at the Georgetown Family Physicians Express Care.

Took my little sister to be seen for possible strep. We signed in and waited no one was at the desk. After waiting for a little over an hour the receptionist finally came out to get our insurance card just to then be told “I’m so sorry we don’t take your insurance. “Im sorry you had to wait so long.” So i had to take her to urgent care by walmart. Makes no sense why they wouldn’t have someone up front getting your insurance once you check in.. Would not recommended this place at all.

I visited this location to get a prescription for my thyroid medicine. I was from out of town and just had the prescription filled at home but left it thinking I would have enough on hand till we got home. I ask the receptionist several times could they do this for me, she even went and ask the nurse practitioner and said yes but I would have to wait 2 hours to be seen. So I waited my 2 hours was called back to get vitals and was told after that they wouldnt be able to give me but a 2 day supply. Come on Im 5 hours from home and Im not asking for a controlled substance. Why didnt they tell me this before I wasted 2 hours of my time, I could of almost been home.

Shouldnt take appointments if youre going to take walk ins first. Especially after the scheduled appointment has been waiting 45 minutes past their appointment time.

Where to start! I went there last weekend for an awful headache and a sore throat. They tested me for strep, and then weren’t entirely sure of it was positive or not. So rather then take a second test, they decided to treat me for strep. I told them to send my prescription to the pharmacy at Walmart, so I go there, and Walmart never received my prescription. So I wait for an hour waiting on Kroger to send my prescription. After an hour, I think maybe it’s my fault and I told them the other pharmacy I go to. So I drive to the Toyota pharmacy and they say they never got a call either. At this point I’m a little annoyed, so I call Krogers and ask when my prescription will be sent to my pharmacy. They lady on the phone was very rude, told me it had already been sent and hung up. So I go back to Walmart, seeing as according to the lady on the phone, it had been sent. It wasn’t at Walmart. The manager there told me that my insurance wouldn’t let them refill a prescription on the same day. This basically means, my prescription had already been filled somewhere else. So Walmart calls Kroger and Kroger leaves them on hold for 20 minutes, trying to figure out where this prescription was sent. The person at Kroger’s tells the Walmart guy it was sent to Toyota, but since I had already been there, I knew this wasn’t true. Walmart even called Toyota Pharmacy to confirm this. So we decided to call my insurance company to find out where my prescription was sent. It was at Walgreens. Why did the Kroger person tell us it was at Toyota Pharmacy if it was at Walgreens this entire time? Why were they so short with us the entire time? Why did I have to wait 3 hours for my medicine? I had to do all this while incredibly sick. And you know the worst part? I don’t have strep, and I’m still sick a week later. I will never come back to this clinic and I will tell everyone I know to never go there. Id leave zero stars if I could.
