I just went there to have glasses made. The first pair of glasses they made were awful. They didn’t fit right so I couldn’t even see through the progressive lens. They made a second pair. These were so big they fell off my face. I went back to have them sized but after two days they were falling off my face again. I ended up having to buy another pair of glasses somewhere else. Those glasses were two sizes smaller.

My appointment was at 2pm I was on time and took off work. After waiting 15 minutes I asked how much longer as I have another appointment after this. I was told all the exam rooms are full. But another patient came in after me and was taken almost right away. It was obvious this patient was known to the staff so she got preferential treatment. My time is worth the same as their time. Also it takes months to get an appointment so Sussex Eye doesnt need your business

Excellent visit, professional staff. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the visit in Georgetown. The equipment is VERY up to date, the staff knowledgeable and courteous, smooth flow, and the Doctor extremely communicate - active listening and personable. Best visit Ive ever had.

They are very friendly throught out the whole process. Very professional place to go. They are wonderful with children as well. My son gets the nervous laughs so it took a little longer for his eye exam but they were fantastic with him. The only recommendation I could give this place would to have childrens glasses available to look at.Will be a returning customer as long as this place stays open 😀

We had a wonderful experience!! Dr. Vincent was great with my son. Everyone was very helpful and we feel so fortunate that he was able to get the prescription that he needed; he sees much better now!

Excellent place! The friendliest staff and doctors and they are wonderful with kids! They are also very quick to get you in! My daughters eye was scratched by our cat and I called and they were able to get us in within 30 minutes of me calling and they handled my 6 month old so well! The doctor was patient and careful and we made it out tear free! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Sussex eye. I have been going to them for a while now and I have always had a great experience with the whole staff. The girls are always so helpful and Dr Nguyen is absolutely amazing. I feel as if i am being treated like family every time i go. My whole family now sees Dr Nguyen and her staff.

Took my 6yr old twins to their first appointments this week and Dr Vincent was amazing! The receptionist was friendly and helpful, our nurse (didn’t catch her name)was so good with the kids and Carrie in the lens department was beyond kind. Thank you guys for all you do!

When I called about an emergency appointment, the older lady who answered the phone said that me not having my glasses and being unable to see to drive is not an emergency. Only medical eye issues are an emergency. They also dont have doctors in the office for two days. Huge thumbs down!

Excellent establishment and i have the best experience every time i go. Through the whole process from the waiting room to the exam, to picking out your glasses, you get the best service and guidance you could ask for. (Shout out to Ron who always has the best taste in frames and helps me pick the best ones to compliment my face! When i dont listen to his input on which frames i should get- i usually regret it! Go Ron!)

My experience at Sussex Eye Center was very pleasant. My latest visit was a follow up after having cataract surgery at Peninsula Cataract & Laser Center. However, I always have my eye examinations at Sussex Eye Center, Georgetown Office with Dr. Aimee Parker. All employees in this office are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this office. I am sure all branches are equally as nice but Georgetown is more convenient for me.

Wonderful staff who treat everyone with kindness and respect. Prompt and efficient appointments that are full of kindness and caring, especially for those of us who are fearful of eye drops and anything near our eyes. Highly recommended!!! Thank you .

Our family loves Sussex Eye!! We usually go to the Georgetown location.....but have had appts at 3 of their Sussex Eye locations. And I can tell you that all of the staff have been wonderful. I cant recommend them enough!!

Our family has been with Sussex Eye Center since moving to Millsboro in the late 70s. Our three sons have gone from glasses to contact lenses; my wife and I have had regular examinations and both wear glasses. We have always been very satisfied with the care the doctors have given us. In fact, one of our sons is an optometrist and did his internship with Dr. Maschauer. As my wife and I age, our eyes are needing more monitoring and the doctors at Sussex Eye are always available to work with us.

No good ! $120.00 4 visits of co-pymts and eyes are no better actually worse !!! ...contact tore at one point in my relatives eye and to get an appt. At the Lewes office was received reluctantly after some attitude ...SERIOUSLY

Recently, I visited a 24 hour medical service in Seaford and was diagnosed with a corneal abrasion. I continued to suffer for a week having been told complete recovery in 2 to 3 days.Much discouraged I contacted the Sussex Eye Center and received an appointment the same day. Within minutes of examination the SEC Doctor located a piece of metal in my eye and removed it during her 1st attempt.I cant believe all my suffering over the past 7 days due to a wrong diagnosis. I cant thank SEC enough for their much professional and most courteous care. Thank you Doctor Amy & supporting staff.Bet you I will not use Seaford 24 hour care again. Im going to SEC no guestions asked.UPDATE:January of 2021... Scheduled an eye appointment and after receiving glasses encountered problems. Much to my satisfaction eye Doctor Nguyen quickly completed a 2nd exam and with supporting friendly staff resolved the problem within minutes.SECs dedication to complete customer satisfaction is the reason I will return while encouraging potential customers to give SEC a try.

When Dr Carl retired I was afraid I would not be happy with a new dr. Dr. Rebarchik conquered my fears. He and his techs are awesome. And my eyes couldnt be in better hands.
