Had a really good experience here. The center is really nice and clean! My technician was Dana and she was a sweetheart through the whole process. And super helpful in answering my questions. It was a joy having her as my tech. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had a great experience here. The staff was very professional and polite. It was nice to feel like professionals were handling me and not rude low pay staff like many businesses have adopted to lately. I would definitely recommend they figure out a way to improve wired set up for sleep study, as that was a little old school feeling, but still very happy.

I was referred to them by a friend. They were accommodating to the fact that I am a teacher and live in West Texas. The experience itself was new to me, but they were very friendly and helpful. I was diagnosed within hours of finishing my sleep study. I would highly recommend them.

The Doctors and staff seem friendly, but you will just be another customer. They do not listen to your concerns. I could not keep the CPAP on because I had a very bad sinus infection.

Poor experience. What went well: the sleep techs were friendly during my visit. The consultation was reassuring. I didnt have any major billing surprises.Didnt go well: All communication is through an online portal where the techs send you generalized messages about how to sleep better. Speaking to a doctor requires appointments, which are months out. Phone calls go unanswered. After spending 20 hours at a place, youd hope your patient profile would be documented, and later referenced - it wasnt. It was like I never did a sleep study with them. They had no idea of my symptoms or how I was responding to their prescription. I was never sure a Dr was involved in any aspect of my treatment. I gave them direct feedback about how I was struggling with their recommendation and communication and they really didnt seem to care.All-in-all, it was expensive sleep torture and a massive waste of time. They billed out a boat load of money so what do they care. Next.

Last Monday I went to my sleep test. Let me start with this first; Jessie is amazing!!! She had a great personality and was completely professional. Her attitude and wonderful personality put me at ease and we had some great conversations and laughs. She is very skilled in her profession and applied the electrical connectors carefully. The facility was clean and comfortable, like a hotel. Let me tell you, I slept like a rock that night and hopefully they have some results for me soon, even tho I know I need a machine.

This place was absolutely outstanding. The rooms were identical to any 5 star hotel around the world. The staff was very client centered and professional.Dr. Curlee read my sleep study and explained everything in detail. I realized what had been keeping me from restful sleep. If you really want help, dont go anywhere else. Theres no comparison!

Grossly overcharge for services and position themselves to go after you if there is an issue with insurance. Things are not that obvious when you first talk with them. I will not be doing business with them again.

Everything takes a long time. I guess they are busy. I first scheduled an appointment back in October and I had the sleep study in December where they would let me know the results in a week and they said it usually takes less than a week. Well now it has been 10 Days and I havent heard anything. I called in yesterday at day 9 and was basically told just keep waiting. From the beginning I was clear that I was working under a high deductible insurance plan (which I already met this year) and I wanted to get everything wrapped up before the years end before the deductible reset. I was very clear about this multiple times and I was assured it wouldnt be a problem. At this point I doubt they will get anything done before the end of the year. Insurance isnt the hold up - Georgetown Sleep Center is. Go anywhere else if you want quicker service.

Dr Curlee is an excellent doctor extremely knowledgeable in the area of sleep and sleep disorders. His facilities are beautiful, well managed and maintained. I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is having issues getting to sleep or staying asleep. I have found him to be very conservative in the use of drugs and to be a caring, concerned physician, He has always taken the time to understand my symptoms and then to explain the treatment options,

These doctors need their license revoked. I suffer from morning migraines upon waking every...single....morning. I had TWO sleep studies done here one in lab and another at home, the first one I only slept a couple hours because the bed was uncomfortable. The second I slept better and was sure they would find apnea that was causing my migraines. Welp they DID NOT and the only thing they suggested was me to lose weight because my apnea was not enough to be called Sleep apnea. Fast forward a month later and I had another sleep study done by a different company and sure enough I have obstructive sleep apnea. AHI of 9 and oxygen dropping to 82 how did y’all miss this?!!

Its all about that money. I could go in and schedule an appointment with their medical supply company & would get supplies with no issues but since I am trying to order supplies online they are requiring me to see a dr. annually. I do not need to see a dr., I need my CPAP supplies. I will not do business with them again.

I have been seeing Dr. Curlee for several years and since receiving my sleep apnea machine I have had a increased quality of life. I am forever grateful for his professional staff and the treatment I receive every visit. Scheduling is easy and the staff regularly call me when I am eligible for more supplies. They really care about my quality of life and I appreciate everything they have done for me. Dr. Curlee Rocks!!

This review specifically has to do with the Sleep Equipment and supplies...Do not go here if you live in Austin. Its a terrible drive their only open from 8- 4:30 and they seem to want you to make an appointment for EVERYTHING.Even warranty repairs... I called about a CPAP I had gotten from them, and they required me to make an appointment and come in so they could tell me what I already knew (it was broken) and then ask me to come back when a new one came in. I work a 9-5 job in Austin & they are only open during business hours. I was able to find some time on Friday, but they didnt have any appointment times. Why I need an appointment when they already verified the original is broken is beyond me.I find it ridiculous that I cant go through the manufacturer for warranty service (like any other product in the world) and instead I have to deal with these yayhoos and their inconvenient hours and policies.

I am writing this review, due to how “RUDELY” the treatment I received over the phone by Lisa: Office Manager on September 11, 2015.On August 12, 2015, I spent the night being observe for Sleep Apnea. The facilities was OUTSTANDING, I felt like I was in a hotel room. The person that performed the study was very nice.Dr. Darnall is an outstanding doctor, very patient and informative I really liked him; this review is not about him.THIS POOR REVIEW IS ON DR. DARNALL’S STAFF.On August 17, 2015, I made an appointment with Dr. Darnall to go over my test. At that time, he informed me of different things that I needed to do and that his staff would help me with it.When I went to the Staff to check out, they gave me many papers and informed me that I needed to see two different doctors. In addition, needed Oxygen and that I would be getting a call from the supplier for an appointment to come to my home. They did not ask me if I knew of any of the kind of doctors that Dr. Darnall wanted me to see.The Staff before the study and during study had treated me very well but after the Study “GOOD TREATMENT OVER,” they did not care what happen to me.On August 19, 2015, I came down with the Shingles, which are painful. I forgot about needing Oxygen.September 11, 2015 I called the Sleep Center and asked why I have not gotten a call for an appointment for the oxygen. They did not know what I was talking about and they were looking at my file. This really made me angry did not know, after telling me someone would be calling me.I asked for a Supervisor to get the reason why this happen. Dr. Darnall stated to me that I needed Oxygen to sleep and his staff would be helping me. First, I spoke to Abbie, because Lisa the Office Manager was not in. I ask Abbie to check and see what happen and please call back. Abbie replied, she would call right back.Bottom line:After 45 minutes of waiting and not receiving a return call, I called the office and Lisa, Office Manager answered the phone. I asked, are you aware of the problem with the oxygen? Right away, she inform me that Aerocare was the one to call me not them. (she quickly knew me) I was so upset by the way I was being treated by Lisa, I told Lisa I didn’t think that Dr. Darnall would appreciate what was happening and that I would like for Dr. Darnall to call me or his Assistant. Lisa informed me that Dr. Darnall does not take calls or call back and he would never call me!Guess what? Lisa, Office Manager hung up the phone on me after stating they had nothing to do with my oxygen.I called Aerocare, they informed me that the Sleep Center just FAX over my order for Oxygen. When never they get an order from a doctor, they do call and make appointments with the patients, but they never received the order until today, which is September 11, 2015.

Doctors are business first $$$, then provider,My mask broke, I needed a new mask. They want you to come in and get checked out (pay $$) before sending a prescription for a new mask....oh and it was a 5 month wait for an appt.I called and spoke with the manager, she hung up on me. I was not confrontational, or loud, i was calmly just trying to get a prescription filled and trying to wrap my head around the reasoning for them not releasing a prescription for a piece of hardware.I only had one outburst with her when she said the next appt time was 5 months out. (more of a shock OMG) reaction. This is the center that diagnosed me with sleep apnia, its not like it suddenly vanished and they need to re-diagnose me, I just needed a new mask. They are NOT my primary care doctor, and said its been a few years since your last appt with our doc, so you need to come in, a lot could change. Im seeing if my primary care doctor can send over a physical exam that i have annually, but I doubt they take it because where is their cut of $.
