Really bad doctor. In a very friendly manner and with a smile in his face sends you off in 5 minutes without asking questions or allowing me to express my health concerns.Seemed upset because I asked a referral to a specialist he does not know and did not want to do my anual check up, he literally tell me to reschedule for the physical. His nurse Debbie and all the clerk staff was great but him is a horrible doctor with a smily face.

I wish I could give a better review, but I had several incidents that caused me to make the decision to change doctors. I noticed the unfriendly atmosphere in his office and staff changes several months ago. The last time I saw Debbie, his nurse, she seemed irritable and spent little time with me.The next time I came in to see Dr. Willis, Debbie was not there and a new nurse was taking my blood pressure and vital signs. I was having trouble regulating my blood pressure with the new medications as my blood pressure medication had been recalled. I came in because I was worried about how high my blood pressure was reading on my home blood pressure monitor. The new nurse took my pressure and told me it was high. She said I want you to sit here in the examining room for five minutes and I will retake it to see if perhaps you are stressed coming to see the doctor. She made me feel like I was imagining my high blood pressure! Five minutes later she comes back and takes my pressure again. It was still high. I was stunned when she said, What did you do? Sit here and think about your blood pressure the whole time? Dr. Willis came in to see me a few minutes later and seemed unconcerned about how high my blood pressure was reading, although he did change my medication. I also tried to see him one day when I was extremely ill from a urinary infection and I could not get in to see him. The appointment desk told me to go to the emergency room if I was that sick. My husband had to come home from work and take me to the closest ER to our house which is in Leander. I was shaking so bad that I could not hold anything in my hands. The ER doctor said I had rigors from the infection and they had to give me antibiotics by IV. I was told to follow up with my primary care doctor. I made an appointment to see Dr. Willis for the follow up and Dr. Willis appeared upset when I told him I went to the hospital in Leander instead of Georgetown. At this point, I felt that if you are more concerned about the hospital than my care it was time to change doctors! I loved Dr. Willis and Debbie, but things have drastically changed in this practice. On a last note, I called their office today to get my shot record and the person that answered the phone could barely speak English! My new doctor has yet to receive my records that we requested several months ago.
