I’m am really happy I found this place! The staff is super friendly and Doctor Hoffman is super attentive with his patients. His staff definitely makes the atmosphere fun and energetic. It definitely helps keep you distracted when they’re performing the procedures you’re there for. This is the best place on earth to receive dental work! Not only will you get exceptional dental service, but the women in the front are the cherries on top of the most perfect sundae. Every employee I’ve met has been friendly, outgoing and always great to talk to. I moved away and am terribly sad I can’t stay with them, but am so grateful for the fun conversations. :)

This dentist office is the best around. You are greeted the moment you walk in with smiling happy office workers every time. You are offered the office WiFi to browse while waiting as well as coffee and water. Back in the dental offices you are able to watch your favorite Netflix show while having your dental work completed to put you at ease. Dr. Hoffman is always wanting to put your mind at ease by answering all questions before beginning his work. He does excellent work and is very professional. Go see them and you won’t ever go to another dentist office.

Im new to the area & am extremely happy I found Dr. Hoffman and his staff! They are all so kind and friendly. I love they use new equipment & materials. Dental work is very uncomfortable for me but the way Dr. Hoffman explained what was happening & how long things would take was so reassuring. The hygenist & office staff made me feel very comfortable & had me smiling & laughing often. Not having to wait a week plus for a crown to be made was a huge benefit.

I love Family Dental of Teravista. It has a great friendly feel. I always feel welcomed there, great customer service. Dr. Hoffman and staff are amazing and very personable. I didn’t really like my dentists in the past but I enjoy Family Dental if He is kind, gentle, and thorough. Excellent!Dr. Hoffman always asks about my family when I visit and he actually listens and cares about my my response. It’s the small things that makes lasting impressions. The only negative thing I’d say is he no longer gives out the mint lip balm. Let me tell you it was AMAZING!!! My husband and I used to fight over it, that’s how much we loved it! (It’s really not a negative this is my ploy to get him to bring the lip balm back). Dr. Hoffman and his staff are 5 star. I’d 100% recommend visiting them.

While moving to a new home in a new town can be exciting, leaving your beloved family dental practice behind can be a severe downside to the move. In Maryland I had the same dentist for 35 years until we downsized and moved to San Diego where we found another great family dentist for our five years there.In June 2019 we moved to Sun City Texas and began our search for a new dental practice. We feel as though we hit the jackpot when we located Dr. Brandon Hoffman and his Family Dental of Teravista team of Toni, Lindsay 1, Lindsay 2, Jen and Tiffani. Their beautiful smiles and friendly demeanor are contagious; whether you have just walked in the office door or are speaking with one of them on the phone.In addition to all of the friendliness, Dr. Hoffman is technically up-to-date. With 3D scanning equipment he can make a new crown that fits like the original tooth and have you out the door in a couple of hours. The miniature cameras will show you the condition of your teeth and gums just the way the doctor sees them. I could go on but as you have probably determined by now, Im not a dentist but I do know a good one when I see one. So, if you need a great dentist visit Dr. Hoffman and his team and I dont believe that anyone who does will be disappointed.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Hoffman and his team for approximately three years. They are great! We are treated exceptionally well.Dr. Hoffman stands behind his work, such as when my crown broke months after it was placed. Dr. Hoffman replaced the crown with a stronger material at no cost to me and was truly sorry for my inconvenience.

Dr. Hoffman and his entire staff are truly amazing from the moment you enter the door until you leave the office. The entire staff is extremely professional and polite.The follow-ups are amazing. I texted the office after hours, which I did not expect a reply until the next day, and receive two responses back within minutes apart. I’m a nervous Nelly, dental treatment scares me to the point of tears. Dr. Hoffman talked me through my entire appointment, kindly suggested nitrous and was so gentle, he ensured I was numb. I needed noise canceling headphones, too. I‘m so thankful he has a kind chair side manner, not heavy handed and doesn’t make me feel guilty for treatment that I need. I had a dental bridge break on a Saturday and had a hard time finding an office that was open. The office wasnt officially open, but someone was nice enough to answer. I made an early appt for a consultation, and the process went so smoothly from there. Everyone in the office is so friendly and professional. I had the permanent bridge installed yesterday. No one can tell that the bridge is not part of my original teeth. Thank you Dr. Hoffman and staff.

After 15 years with one dental clinic in northwest Austin, it was necessary for me to change dentists because the Austin dental clinic no longer accepted my dental insurance. The Austin clinic was exceptional in their professionalism. After purchasing a new Chevy at Hewlett Chevrolet in Georgetown, I just happened to drive easterly on Westinghouse Rd. and there was Family Dental of Teravista.. I did not read any reviews, but instead chose to visit the office and as a result of my visit, I made an appointment for a crown. Dr. Hoffman and crew were exceptional in their skills and professionalism. Therefore, I have now found another dental clinic that exceeds the skills of my former dental clinic in Austin.

I love this place! Everyone is so incredibly friendly!! Dr. Hoffman tells you everything that is going to happen before he does anything. I really dislike dentists, but I feel so comfortable here! Tiffani has been so helpful getting my through my treatments. Forever a patient!Pt 2.I have had to go to this dentists office 3+ times now (I was not taking care of my teeth) and I have never met a more friendly office to get dental work at. Dr. Brandon Hoffman and his staff are exceptional. My first appointmentwith them was about a year ago. The hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and earlier this year I had a scheduled dental procedure done. Since then I have meant to take the time to write a review and let others know how good they are at what they do and how very nice everyone is. I am finally taking the time now because over the last 2 weeks or so Ive had to visit Dr. Hoffman for 2 dental emergency procedures. One of the procedures was cosmetic and very stressful, my 2 top front teeth. Dr. Hoffman put on 2 veneers and they are beautiful and as good or better than my natural teeth. He understood how important it was to me and he rush ordered the veneers. I am now able to smile again with confidence and thankfully...no more stress. The office is also impeccably modern and clean. I started seeing Dr. Hoffman because he was on my way to work in Georgetown from Austin. I have been transferred to Austin for work but I still drive to Georgetown for my appointments with Dr. Hoffman because he and his staff are extremely caring and they do awesome work. You will not find a better dental team. Thank you Dr. Hoffman and staff!!!

I called with a small dental emergency and was absolutely amazed at how quickly they were able to get me in. The wait time in the waiting room was brief. Every staff member was attentive and sincere in the time they took. Dental emergencies aren’t ever fun, but they certainly made the whole thing easier. They were able to get my treatment done quickly and I’m very happy with the whole experience. Would happily recommend to friends and will be returning again for routine visits.

Most comfortable dentist appointment Ive ever been to! The whole staff was super friendly and helpful! They were able to schedule me and my husband the next day and made our appointments back to back so we only had to make one trip for the 2 of us. There was no paperwork at sign in, but rather a tablet with all our info to be filled out electronically. The atmosphere was bright and homey and the team made sure I was accommodated throughout the entire visit. They worked together diligently to see that my husband and I werent having to wait around and we both finished around the same time. Overall, the entire experience was much better than I could have ever expected!

Best dentist in town for sure. From the moment you walk in the girls up front always have a smile and ready to help. The doctor always makes sure you are not in pain and takes care of your needs and I can always count on Jen to leave my teeth extra clean.

As someone who does not enjoy going to the dentist, I had put off going since moving to Georgetown. When I finally decided to bite the bullet (no pun intended) I’m so glad I found Dr Hoffman and the team here. EVERYONE here is super friendly, positive and helpful. I had some work needed due to my procrastination and after my second visit now, I can easily recommend them. From getting all my questions answered beforehand to the surprising ease of the procedures themselves, they were great from start to finish.

Upon my 1st visit to Family Dental of Teravista, I spent nearly 4 hours getting to know (most of) the amazing staff- Dr. Hoffman, Jen, Liz, Sarah-Claire Eileen Sheffield & Lindsay #1. The staff is very professional and made me feel comfortable, even when discomfort was certain due to the work I needed done. The facility, equipment and staff are unmatched. I cant say enough about the positive experience I had while there.Follow up... I had a few more teeth worked on and a new crown installed by Dr. Hoffman and staff. The crown was made in-house while I was in the chair, no temporary, no return visit, and much less hassle overall. The 3-D camera that took the photo of that tooth and surrounding teeth was really awesome. All of the technology in the office is top-notch. Crowns arent cheap, even with insurance, but they offer Care Credit, and I opted for 6 months same as cash, which helps during the holidays. Stopped by today for periodontal treatment, which I very much dislike, and was impressed once again. Jen the hygienist was not in, Carolina, whom I hadnt met, said she would be my hygienist today. I was instantly concerned, as I hadnt met her, and did I mention I hate periodontal cleanings? Carolina blew me away with her consideration for my sensitivity and exhibited a level of expertise of her trade and kindness that every hygienist should be required to possess.As long as Dr. Hoffman and his next-level staff are open for business, Ill be there.

If y’all are looking for a family dentist, look no further!! Dr. Hoffman and his team are extremely kind, knowledgeable and far exceeded my expectations! I’ve had good and not so great dental experiences in the past and EVERYONE at Teravista Family Dental are exceptional!

This dental office is the best office Ive ever been too. Being new to Texas area, its a difficult trial and error process when choosing the right one. Dr. Hoffman and staff are by far the exception to the rule when it comes to family friendly, state of the art, and extremely professional. Each appointment is personalized care by each member of the staff. Would recommend them to anyone in Austin.

I HATE having dental work done. However this place is amazing. The local was no big deal and was not over dosed- only the area that needed anesthesia was affected. Other dentist use so much novacaine that half your face and tongue are numb for hours. So if you need dental work done this is where you need to go!

Very pleased with Dr. Hoffman and his staff. I took my 13 yr old son as a new patient. He felt very comfortable with Dr. Hoffman and his staff. All procedures were explained throughly and I felt comfortable knowing my sons experience was a good one.

I just went in for a cleaning. They refused to clean my teeth unless I allowed them to take x-rays. They stated that they are legally obligated to take them. Lies. This place only cares about two things... Money and not getting sued. Neither have anything to do with patient care, otherwise they would have done the cleaning rather than allowing a patient to walk out the door.
