Lovely facility. I was there for the semi-annual Sun City Garage Sale and it was gorgeous. Lots of shady trees, well maintained, plenty of walking paths. Very nice place.

This Sun City was built leaving many of the native live oaks and open spaces. Opportunities abound from sports (5 swimming pools- 2 indoor), dances, clubs with Special Interest Groups, walking trails and more. Many people entertain in their homes, especially on patios which one will find as after-builds in some of the older homes. As an added bonus, Southwestern University is located in Georgetown and twice a year they sponsor Senior University, six weeks of informative classes ranging from geology to writing memoirs and everything in between.

I love it here..so many activities and great people!

A big and spacious building

Went for COVID 19 first vaccination. A bit crowded but got it done.

Absolutely stunning place. It was so serene and blissful.

I love the Veterans Memorial! We took visitors from Georgia here and they really enjoyed it. While there, my friend experienced a low blood sugar problem. I asked at the Community center desk where a soda machine might be and explained the problem. This gentleman was kind enough to give me a glucose packet for her and she felt better immediately.

Its OK. Service was very good. Food was frankly nothing special. Salad was fair gumbo was tasty but just not enough spice. Salmon was good but not note worthy. Atmosphere is quit and quite beautiful off the golf course.

If you cant find something to do here than nowhere will please you. 5 min from the lake depending on where u live in the sun city. Every kind of club - hobby u can think of. 3 golf courses 3 amenity centers with indoor and outdoor pools plus everything else you can imagine inside.

Its a good safe place! If you cant find something there to do than you must not like to do anything! Its a fun community.

Retired here four years ago and have loved living here from the very beginning. We have far more good friends here than weve ever had in any other place weve lived. We are constantly busy with activities and neighborhood functions.

Beautiful place, great gulf course

Its one of the most fantastic places to live for the 55 and over. Worth it. Great neighbours, great activities. Its like living in a golf club, and yet you can keep your privacy.

Retirement community. They host our car shows there as well as other events and are very good at it. Clean buildings and facilities and a good spot for events. Friendly staff.

Seems to be a very nice senior community. I was there for only a short time but I did enjoy myself there.

Most of the people are friendly...Cakes are delish...but the have a sit down restaurant inside the gas station and its alway packed so the food must be good...Im always in a rush so I grab cake and soda😳

Visiting with my brother. A great place to live.

On this trip we were visiting friends who live there. Easter Sunday most everything was closed, so we drove the country roads enjoying the Bluebonnents and Indian Paintbrush.Usually they have a large variety of classes covering stain glass to pottery, swimming and hot tubbing, Bachi ball, valley ball, a nice size exercise room and so much more.

Best place to live. Every thing to do for a retiree.

Don’t move here. It’s an 80 and over. Lots of people all over on golf carts. Most should not be golfing. Buyer beware.
