Laurel was great! This was my first lymphatic massage experience. She made me feel comfortable and was able to explain and breakdown a lot of what she was doing and gave me advice to help me with healing process. I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. I felt so much better after as well. I will definitely be returning.

I had my first ever lymphatic massage yesterday. I feel lucky my first experience was with Laurel. I had no idea what results to truly expect from 1 visit but Im ecstatic to say it was beyond my expectations. I suffer from lower back pain on & off for a few years with sciatic nerve pain at times too. An MRI 5 months ago revealed bulging discs and I have had constant pain since. Hours after my massage I was pain free and have remained over 48 hours later. I finally slept well! Ive been dealing with abdominal bloat and uncomfortable full feeling that nothing relieved. Laurels magic touch released all that and I feel normal again! Im making lymphatic massages a part of caring for myself from now on! In my one visit I can tell Laurel has a wealth of knowledge about natural approaches to caring for ourselves.

Laurel West is amazing at Lymphatic massages. I have felt changes in my mood, mind, and all over well being. The heated crushed stone mat she uses helps me relax almost immediately into a cozy kitten naplike state, and its definitely the best part of my week. I have more energy and feel like I leave with a lot less stress bearing down on me. As someone who struggles with intense anxiety and inflammation I have noticed a difference in those areas as well and have less nerve pain because of it.I see her weekly, and look forward to continuing my treatment plan. Everything about earth and fire was a 5 star experience. Laurel’s welcome is delightful and kind. The scent of the room is so relaxing, the temperature of the room was perfect, the cot is temperature adjustable and finally the massage was worth every penny. After a few sessions, I feel comfortable stating the experience was fabulous. I’m feeling my best! Someone mentioned these kind of massages were suppose to be painful, nothing about these sessions was painful. Enjoyable and relaxing.

Just wow. I was so swollen from a tummy tuck/lipo and miserable. I could barely fit in my faja. After ONE session I was probably half the size I went in there at. The next day not only could I fit in my faja I was able to get 3 foams in there also. Shes the best.
