I have read the reviews about the atmosphere surrounding this practice and I feel it is important to share my experience. The physicians, nurses assistants and nurse practitioners deserve and should demand better support staff. The receptionists are detached and rude. They are not welcoming nor do they create a warm and comforting environment. More training is needed or replacing with real human beings who have cheer, warmth and empathy for the people who need it. I will not return to this practice as I feel changes in staff need to be made immediately. I actually had a receptionist accuse me of cutting in front of another patient! This was not the case at all. But that this took place at alltells you the mindset of the people who are the face of this practice.

Ive never had any trouble with this doctors office. Staff is great.

It is really sad that a pregnant woman can no longer have a support person at her appointments with her, much less informed of this in a compassionate manner, & prior to her appointment.

Waiting time sucks, nobody lets you know if you’re going to be waiting an extra long time, the waiting rooms aren’t separated- so I caught the flu when I was healthy last time. Difficult to get any answers or results from this practice. Don’t recommend.

Staff rude and uncaring. And they dont share necessary information. Plus, you never get in at your appointed time.

Slow response and long waiting minutes for phone call. And extremely slow pace in sharing medical record.
