I came in for a scheduled hair cut today only to have problems start right away. The girl I was given to was unprofessional and disorganized. She couldn’t find her tools at her station and after I told her I only wanted a trim she wouldn’t talk with me. I wanted 2 inches off the bottom, she took 6. She sprayed only the ends of my hair NOT WETTING IT THROUGH then proceeded to chop it apart. She didn’t even bother to put it up in clips just hacked the whole thing at once! I asked for two inches off, one length. It is ALL lengths with the top coat two inches shorter then the bottom! She didn’t even cut the front third, it’s the same length as when I went in. When she “finished” she asked me if liked how it looked but she didn’t turn me around or use a second mirror. I told her I couldn’t see it and she just walked away. The entire cut is also slanted to the right. She couldn’t even cut a straight line. I have to make second trip to have the mess fixed.

Never really thought Id ever give a Walmart salon 4 stars, but Ive got to say that they did a fantastic job today. Barbara loves to cut short hair and it shows ... she allowed a creativity between the two of us, stopping to show me each part she did to make sure I liked it. She even worked my cowlicks into the style. And we decided together when it was time to stop and call it done. Awesome job! Definitely recommend them - just make sure you call ahead for an appointment on weekends ... they are busy. Only reason its not 5 stars is ... well, its not a fancy spa. ;)

Showed up for an appointment, they already had a family of 5 in for cuts ahead of us, and refused to get us in between even though i had an appointment, lady took over an hour to get me in, so ended up being late for work and a social event, because i had to wait for MY appointment, place is a complete joke and will never return and would not recommend goin. People that work there are nice but just for there job no extra effort put into there jobs, just do the bare minimum to be there.

All the stylists are awesome but I only see Barbara. She makes my hair move and look great. She is also super nice!

They are honest with how hairstyles would look on me which is a god send cause some would tell you want you want to hear not what you need. And they actually know what they are talking about. (I have curly hair and they work magic with it.

Got a same day appointment and Angel did a great job cutting my hair the way I asked.

Great shop, not overpriced. Go see Lauren for a clean, sharp cut, and she does an amazing job on beards too guys.
