2nd experiance I went back because I had very limited options. I raised the review to three stars because my second intake specialist did here job well and was very patient. I appricated Shannons work but the guy who was previously there should be undergoing anger managment therapy. So I cant give the 5 stars I would like to. I am thankful I am not an angry person like I was when I was younger or that incident would have lead to a physical altercation. I really do hope they take more time when considering the staff they hire.1st experiance All of the staff were very nice at first. Then I had a medical intake evaluation. The guy responsible for the intake seemed very stressed. I was curious if he was a phycitrist so I asked. He replied no. Then he asked me if I was aggravated. I explained I had answered allot of questions today that brought back very stressful situations, but none of that stress was ment to be directed towards him. Then I apologized for anything I may have done to offend him. He never responded to my apology and went into the questions. I decide to try and cut the tension in the room and I complemented him on his computer. His reply: its note mine the company gave it to me to do work. So I sat there as he treated me as if I was a moron.Until he asked me what I do for funds. I explained how I build websites and use affilate linking and repair software and hardware his response was a laugh as if I was lieing or to dumb to do this and replied you must do that under the table. I could feel the lack of enthusiasm and asked if I offended him in anyway previously.his reply: my personal opinion is not relevant. After all that I made a decision for the first time in my life to walk out of a doctors office after waiting for 2 hours and filling out 45mins worth of paper work. Not because I couldnt handle a stressful situation, but because I didnt want to go to someone thats supposed to encourage positive solutions and was responsible for making a psychiatric evaluation as well as providing psychiatric support. Who have hired someone that suffered from severe anger issues. or just allowed someone to work that had been under that amount if stress. I would like to know my phyicitrist would see that and be able to escalate the situation or at the very least put his patients first and send the man home.Anyways I hope they do better in the future.

I wouldnt recommend going there, they have no idea what HIPPA is!!

The staff was great and caring. Just wanted to let them know Im in another state and doing great. I got 18 months of sober. Thank you for all your help.
