Very poor Communication. The only reason for 2 stars is the one person that my mother loves a lot. The facility leader that controls the schedule doesn’t communicate with the patient to inform them that a nurse want be coming, not only for that night, but also for the whole weekend. The facility want admit that they don’t have enough workers, but keeps adding patients.
