Was there for lab blood draw & had to schedule an appointment for that . It a small rural city clinic most dont have you schedule an appointment for what should only take a cpl minutes to do . Its usually just drop by for that at your convenience.

Horrible place I scheduled appt for a full check up and I’m a new patient from California. Last time I got checked in California they said I needed a colonapy done and my liver was inflamed And bleeding in my bowl movements and I came in for back pain I mention my other symptoms I needed attention too . And they did nothing about it the drs avoid my worries completely avoided it didn’t even respond back to me about it at all after I brought it up to the nurses and the dr when they came in or to even talk about it and only gave me medcine for back pain . I will be looking for another dr somewhere else .

They billed me for a clinic visit that I never made.....scammers

Staff is awesome the problem lies with BSW thinking its not important that I be able to call the clinic. A call center answers and has only 1 answer... I will send another message to the nurse and have them call you but it may take 24 to 72 hours for them to get back to you. It is the 21st and we all have telephones... It appears if I want to talk to them I need to get in the car and drive to the clinic. Thats such a modern convenience. Wow. Unbelievable thats how they answer a patients needs.

Appointment for TB testing was at 09:20 its 09:51 now still havent been seen for the 60 seconds it takes to do this lab... Poor time management skills, and poor customer service. Go anywhere else.

Love Dr Obregon. However it is of little use to live your doctor if you cant get an appt for months. Im nearing out of my diabetes meds...pharmacy wont renew without new order...cant get new order without office visit...none available for 3 months...catch 22. Ill be going elsewhere, but not by choice.

My 2 year olds dr doesnt have flu shots available tell Nov when I called this clinic which me and my husband both use to see if they would they proceed to tell me I would have to change my daughters primary dr on her insurance to one of theirs! Just for a SHOT! Then when I offered to pay out of pocket they said thats insurance Freud which to me doesnt sound right heck its one less thing they have to pay for why would they not allow that... other clinics outside of town will do it and bill the insurance just fine! I called my insurance and they told me for a flu shot there is NO need to change the dr on our insurance!

Always had a great experience with doctors and the nurses. Most times can get same day appointment. New location by Wal-Mart is nice.

Great experience here. All the staff were very nice and helpful.

My doctor was courteous as usual, but do not like every 6 month prescription thing, I am not a criminal nor in the armed forces. Crazy stuff but what can we do.

Absolutely ridiculous. Doctor I saw for a prescription refill was combative and downright insulting (Dr. Walker, btw). Took them seven weeks and STILL could not get my previous medical records, so they had us sit out front & wait; we had to call the old doctor ourselves to get it done, THEN THESE JERKS BILLED US FOR THE TIME WE SAT WAITING! These people will kill you. 100% INCOMPETANT. So angry I posted this twice!

All I can say is NO!!!!Go somewhere else!!!!
