I have been here a few times, but the last time I went was enough to turn me off from this place. I came in for hip pains, that were so bad I couldnt walk (I am also pregnant). The dr came in, asked me questions, told me what he THOUGHT it was and prescribed me a muscle relaxer. No tests, no scans, just a few questions and I was released. I used the muscle relaxers and they did not work. That pain went away on its own after a week. But now Ill never know what caused it or what was wrong.My husband had to go in yesterday, for what we assume was a hernia, because he was getting to the point he couldnt walk either. The did not run tests, or do any scans. They felt his tummy and prescribed a muscle relaxer. I am disappointed with the care these people are providing, like our pain doesnt matter and they want to get us out as soon as possible. I wish we didnt live so far away from another emergency room, because I hate being forced to go here.

My 19 day old son was transported here by ambulance June 30, 2020 because he wasnt breathing. When my husband and I arrived to the emergency room, we were told he wasnt alive. I dont remember much from that traumatic night but just last month, we were receiving a bill for him. Mind you, he has already been gone for over a year. Why were we barely getting a bill for him?Upon closer observation, we noticed that they had an incorrect address and couldnt even give our son the decency of using his correct name.Mind you, that night I could only think of one thing: my son.I recently called inquiring why they didnt use our insurance and they said that I was supposed to call back with that information. Excuse me?? How on Earth was I going to remember to do that?? Something needs to be put in place to make sure that the families of patients who have deceased are able to take care of this. The lady I spoke to in the business office (Crystal) said that there is nothing like this in place. Okay, how about MAKE IT HAPPEN. Nobody wants to be reminded of their childs death a YEAR LATER that their insurance hasnt been billed because the staff member wasnt able to gather the information due to the parent dealing with the death of her son!!!I need to speak with somebody who can make some changes. I will update this review after speaking to them again.*UPDATE*I spoke with Lauren about having something be put in place so that people can get their information updated. I believe she genuinely wants to help.

Went in cause I couldn’t breathe or talk for them to tell me I’m just fine and they sent me home. They rather you die than help you

My knee was bleeding bad while I was walking to check out and none of the nurses stop me to see what wrong and also did not put stitches in a deep puncture wound. So my trip their was a waste of time and money

The staff at Coryell are phenomenal. They truly care about their patients. The nurses and doctors show a lot of compassion for their patients.

Every single time I go they have no one in waiting room and maybe one person in the back and you still sit in the waiting room for anywhere to 1 hr to 2 hr before even going to bsck. I dont know why when they have at least 5 rooms in the back

Nobody ever wants to go to the er... well a unexpected wrong move with my back sent me there...and I have to say the girls from the minute I arrived before I even got in the door were all wonderful....I didnt get to catch everyones name but Jessica and stone were super great and all the others that assist..thank you all

Takes way to long! My friend went in for abdominal pain (shes pregnant btw!!) And they took 30-40 min to get back and ended up being their for 3 almost 4 hours. And literally the doctor had NO IDEA what he was doing!! He told her she was fine and blah blah blah. She was puking, couldnt hold food down, in excruciating pain!!!
