I just want to say I have never been more disappointed with a doctors office. Dr. Russell Rowes office to be clear. I have insurance it has never lapsed not once ever let me just make that clear. From day one when I made an appointment I drove out of my way to Hillsboro so that I could be seen the same day before even leaving I made sure to ask if they took my insurance. To which they assured me that they did. Once I arrived I had to give them a copy of my insurance card and Id. So once again they checked. I had a mole that he wanted to remove and test, once Again.... I asked if my insurance would cover that. They left to verify and said it did. Now for over 6 months they have been trying to charge me almost 400 dollars because at the time of my first visit they were not yet taking blue cross blue shield... I have called countless times been told they will contact me and nothing. Dont bother going here. Clearly they dont care about how they treat patients.

With a bad taste in my mouth for Skin Doctors, I was amazed at first the staff and then the Doctor. I am now looking forward to seeing results with my skin problem which is huge. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel important. The Doctor respected my feelings and was totally understanding. I love the fact that I could see him in Marlin.

I had my first visit with Dr. Rowe today. It was a very satisfying experience. I found both him and his staff to be efficient, courteous, and pleasant. The fact that I could see him in our local medical center was reminiscent of the old traveling doctors of the past. Very helpful to our senior citizens.

Dr. Rowe has been my dermatologist for over 2 years and I can highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable. Very professional. I am a retired Professor of Medicine. I know quality when I see it.

The staff was great and so friendly. Dr. Rowe was awesome and made the visit comfortable. I didnt feel anything when he removed my mole and it was just a great experience overall; definitely worth the drive to Gatesville.
