She, the owner or manager, claimed that we did not mop and refused to give deposit. She slammed the door on my mothers face when she returned the key. She also wouldnt respond to phone calls. Only reason she had called back was because there was an error on the check. Also this place is very outdated on the inside. The tap water is questionable, bad smell. Only reason we had rented from this place is because of location and affordability.

The place is ok but the manager is ridiculous and kept the deposit just like other reviews. Left the place cleaner than when we got there. Walked in to it being dusty with dead bugs all over the floor. They went in to look the place over before we said we were ready and saw some trash that needed to be taken out which we knew needed to be taken out. Had had to leave to pick up the key for the dumpster then come back and take care of it. There wasn’t even toilet paper in the restrooms when we got there. We left some to leave it better for the next person. Just rent somewhere else so you don’t have to deal with petty people.

Good place to have a family get together

We cleaned the place like it should be, and I know that for a fact cause we have rented it out two other times and got our deposit back. I feel as if they just base it on whether they need the money at the moment or not. Because everything was done on the list, and the reasoning for not getting our deposit back was ridiculous. The pricing is also ridiculous cause even if you want to do a half day they make you pay for a whole day. An extra hundred thrown down the drain.

If I could give it a 0 I wouldWe rented the Mountain Community Center for our reunion and when we got there there was cobwebs everywhere dirt on the floor so we had to clean it all up before we could even set up anything. when we where done we made sure all of the building was cleaner then when we got there so I took the key back to the owner of the building and she said she would go check it tomorrow and get our deposit back to the family. I had not heard from her since that day so I called her 9/24/19 and asked about the deposit and she said she was not going to give our deposit back because the building was not cleaned and that the chairs where not like she had them. But We all cleaned and put all the tables and chairs like they where. So I am warning everyone please be very careful with this lady she is not doing this family right and she probably wont do your family right also. Please Beware!!!!!!

We had a huge family gathering here. They were very accommodating, the kitchen was stocked with way more than I expected. It was clean and easy to decorate. Pleanty of parking. Large back area to set up different activities, and they allowed our water slides. There were also no stickers so the kids ran around without shoes no problem. Overall great place! No complaints.
