My brother who was terrible sick with severe neuropathy of both hands and feet, problem with expelling Carbon Dioxide requiring a mask forsleeping, sores on his feet that required partial amputation, diabetics, &unable to walk. When he asked to be pushed to the dinning room, he wastold by a staff member to do it yourself. He was attempting to do it yourself, when another staff member came by and helped him. Hewas moved from one room to another where his night machine wasnot connected up. His wife asked one of the staff members ifshe knew how to hook it up and she said she did not. His wifethan asked if she could find someone to do it or to tell her howto do it and the staff member replied in a irritated voice justsomething else for me to do!Would you want a loved one to be in such a caring place?
