Empowerment definition the process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling ones life and claiming ones rights.political steps for the empowerment of womenIs this the type of empowerment you speak of? So may I ask you a question? Have you ever forced therapy on any individual? Have you ever aided or abedded in the distruction of the family unit? Do you protect women from situation s leading to domestic violence? Do you work with the department of children and family services to ensure proper protocol is followed as it relates to the removal of children? Do you have current safety precautions put in place during this pandemic period that will ensure older and younger individuals who are at higher risk for Covid-19 is properly protected and prepared ?

I feel that the difference between Outreach and the other treatment centers is the integrity and knowledge of the staff. The PH progt has helped me through a very difficult time.

Didnt want to help me, after she was late to call for my appt. Offered ativan and klonopin then changed her mind and tried to put me back on medication Ive taken before that didnt help me at all. Then proceeds to ask if that was all cause she had other patients to get to.

They diagnose patients with whatever is convenient for pharmaceutical testing, constantly violate patient privacy rights, extract DNA sampling without proper warrants, and also diagnose patients with physical medical conditions without testing (guesswork) despite what they are told by patients. Whomever they work for, it is not in the best interests of the patient, or the patients family. Also, their record keeping ability is horrendous, at best.

No regard for your time. Appointments are late, as much as 30-60 mins waiting. Front desk staff doesnt know when you will be seen as the Specialist just tell them to send folks back to be seen. Also the Specialist quits and new person comes in every 3-5 months. So there is no continuity of care. If you have a CRISIS though Ive heard you get Quick service. Medicaid providers are all pretty bad so good luck out there.

I think that they do the best that they can with the funding that they receiving. In my opinion, the greatest improvement they could make is getting new secretarial staff or training the ones that they have better.
