Delivery man, Dean, called as we were leaving rehab facility to confirm delivery! I had barely brought my mother and her things in the house before he arrived and quickly completed the setup! Thank you for speedy, friendly service!

Have used Adapt health for several years now. Have had no issues with service and when I need supplies or technical help they are quick to fulfill my needs and fix the problem. The reps that come to my home and the customer service reps over the phone are always very nice professional and knowledgeable and are very caring. I recommend Adapt Health for any medical home needs.

I am very happy with the service I received. The worker was very nice and showed me how to use and change the equipment correctly and was very thorough. He also have me a number to call if I have any problems.

Hand delivered my fathers script, and still have not received his medical supplies. When we do receive medical supplies, they are not what was ordered. Then we have to go back and forth with them with Advance Home Health, because they claim they can no longer order supplies, that we have to go through his regular doctor. Which we have done as well. Im really disappointed, because this used to be a good company, but I have seen it has really gone downhill.

This is supposed to be a place that sell medical supplies. Be AWARE, they wont sell you anything unless you have a prescription for it. This includes most items there.Cant even get a replacement part, head gear for a cpap without a prescription!! WTH? We already have the entire machine, but wont sell you a simple head piece. We do NOT recommend this place at all.

I was a patient of theirs for several years and never had a problem until a little over a year ago. I never know who is coming to make a visit BC they constantly had people leaving. My problem isnt with the nurses who came out for the visit, they were very nice and helpful, my problem is with the people in the office. Anytime I would call I would get the run around or told someone would call me back and I would never hear back from them. I would basically have to annoy them with phone calls before I could get anyone to talk. When I finally got someone to talk to me at the Gastonia office she ( her name is Bobbie) was very rude and today hung up on me in the middle of telling her what supplies I ran out of. She also put the blame on me at my doctors office and said I wasnt letting them come make visits, which if I want to end up in the ER BC of an infection I would do, of course that was not the case, they just didnt have me scheduled. Then come to find out after 3 days of hounding phone calls they discharged me. According to them it was back in April but someone came after that and did my recertification and Ive even had a home visit after. They ordered supplies for me 2 weeks ago, which makes it the month of May, no one at that time said I was discharged. When I told my doctors office this they made a phone call and got told lies. When I called they told me to find someone else. Which is fine I did. It is a good thing that I have people around me who are able to help me. I hate that I have to find a different agency because the nurses who did the home visits were great; too bad they have someone who helps in the office was rude.

I needed a nebulizer. It was not covered under my prescription plan but is 100% covered under my medical insurance. I called them and asked if I brought my insurance card and RX over would this be something I could pick up in the same day. The lady on the phone (in a call center apparently) told me yes it would be a 30 minuet process. So I proceeded to the Gastonia store and was told there they needed my medical note from the doctor then they could proceed with processing. Once they had the doctors information then it would take 30 minuets to process. So being proactive I called my doctor and let know to look for the fax and process it ASAP. This all took place around 2:00. I did not hear back from them so at 4 I called again. This time spoke to Trey in the call center and he said the process takes 24-48 hours and there is no way it would be done today. I explained that the guy in the store told me if he got everything he would have it processed in 30 minuets. So he placed me on hold and supposedly check with the Gastonia store and they told him they had it approved through insurance and was just checking to ensure they had everything they needed from the medical notes. He assured me they had the records from the doctor. My husband went to the store at 4:50pm (hours posted on the door 8-5) he knocked the guy came to the door and told him they never received anything from the doctor. To sum up he got my RX we just paid out of pocket for it $32.48 at our pharmacy and they wanted us to purchase it there for $40. Apparently staff has not been trained well enough in customer service or how long it takes to get a nebulizer. WHICH IS IT? 30 minuets, 24 hours, 48 hours who knows they sure don’t. GOOD THING IT WASN’T OXYGEN I NEEDED.

My wife and I were waiting for over an hour before even being taken to the room where the doctor would see us. Then it was another half hour until we saw the doctor. 😡
