My first impression of Dr. Folks wasn’t a good one. She lacked empathy and the ability to connect. When I told her my concerns, she didn’t seem remotely interested. As a patient, I want to make sure my needs are heard. Her demeanor is cold and even condescending at times. She makes no effort to build a rapport. Very disappointed.

I recently moved here from Cincinnati. I called this office in April because a friend recommended her. From my first time speaking the office staff was very rude. I couldn’t get a new patient appt until July 17th. I scheduled the appointment and got a call confirming my appointment July 15th. Then on July 16th the office called and said Dr. Folks was going to be out of the office tomorrow and wanted to move my appointment until November, would that be something I was interested in. I hope they don’t treat every new patient like this or her office will be closing. I will contact Caromont and complain.

She is friendly and she takes time with you. I have never felt rushed. She listens.

Not very impressed. My mother has been going to her since her dr retired. My mother tries to explain her ailments and Dr. Folks hardly acknowleges her. Basically takes her vitals, next please. Elderly deserve better. We all deserve better, especially for what Dr.s charge.

Very hard to get through on the phone line. The staff are very rude over the phone. I was on hold for 12 minutes trying to get my mom an appointment and then got hung up on. Instead of apologizing the receptionist said she clicked over and I wasnt there .

They never answer the phone or call back
