This is literally the best foot doctor I have been a patient of Dr. Eubanks for many years and she is always helpful and caring and friendly and professional. She will go out of her way to help you and Casey, the office manager is just the sweetest most helpful person. She will work with you on when is a good time for you to come. She is so helpful and they are just warm and friendly and treat you like a real person. They are just awesome! I love them to pieces and I highly recommend.

I was scheduled to come in the office to be fitted for inserts at 10:45am. After 11:15, I asked how much longer would I be waiting. At 11:30 am, one of the assistants called me to the desk to tell me they made a mistake. The only thing they could say was, Im sorry. That is unacceptable. That is poor communication and scheduling on their behalf. How could that type of mistake be made and no one in the office catch until 30 min after my appointment. The staff did not try to offer a solution for me wasting my time. There were 2 other women sitting in the lobby who had also been waiting for 30 minutes on their appointments. On my first visit, they were also behind schedule but only 15min. Once I get my inserts, I will no longer be using this office. If I had facebook, I would post a negative review.
