Would give zero stars if possibleCommunication with hospice team members was awful and non existent. They have nurses who try to act as therapists but do more damage/harm than good because they are not trained. Access to supplies was limited and family had to purchase independently (not because of delays from covid; delays were due to nurse’s lack of communication with providers). The nurse also provided zero training to family members on how to provide care (wound care, changing undergarments, all around care) and did not inform that there was access available to alternate, more regular care.During this time of a person’s life, hospice care should be more meaningful, compassionate, and knowledgable.

Hospice is such a gift! Great company and the staff are a blessing!

Pathetic excuse for help . You give schedule times you will arrive. No one shows up or calls.

The Ladies that work there treat the person and family as if it were their family. It was the first time dealing with hospice and I really dont know what I would have dont without Ms. Aless.Thank yall so much
