Delightful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Patient and informative staff. Ive always been nervous of dentist this one made me feel right at home.

Im very satisfied with my experience, i had 9 teeth removed. I chose the new denture wearers package ( custom ) and got my healing dentures the same day! Three weeks ago. Went back yesterday 8/7/2021 and got my first soft liner! Ive had very little pain and the staff there has been great. Dr Ashe is kind and takes time to answer all your questions. I will get my permanent set of dentures in a few more months. All for one price. Very Affordable, i highly recommend Affordable Dentures and Implants in Garner NC.

First off they have improved my quality of life 10 fold! I had the full service of top and bottom full Implant supported Dentures. I came in the first time and was greeted by Ms. Wanda. She is the best Office Administrator I have every seen. See is always juggling many things but keeps everyone moving while being kind. Then Ms. Brittany takes you back to get X-Rays and settled in. Next you meet the full of life and energy Dr. Tanya Ashe! She is amazing. While this was a incredibly scary moment for me, she eased my worries and laid out all options available to me. We created a plan of action. I had been wearing top and bottom partial denture plates for 13 years. So we had to remove my teeth that were left, level out the bones, install implants, and then spend weeks designing what my teeth would look like. This decision was not easy because the process would take 10 months. I am going to let you know it was a long and painful journey. It was beyond worth it. My quality of life has improved vastly since the process was completed. She also was about half the price of the others. Can not thank this crew enough for how they have changed my life. My dental problems began when I was 19 and my wisdom teeth basically ruined my other teeth. Being just 43 and having this procedure ensures many years of a beautiful smile! I had not smiled showing my teeth for over 20 years, Now I smile all the time!!Update: I bought the Dentures with the 7 year warranty. I am so glad I did. I broke my bottom plate and with a day that repaired it at no cost!! I love this place!

Dr. Tanya Ashe and the entire staff at the Garner Affordable Dentures location are awesome!! They made the entire process from check in to check out an experience. Unlike previous dental appointments, I’m looking forward to my next appointment. On a scale of 1-10, I give them a 10+.

As always everyone was thoughtful and caring. I really like these people for their patience and. Attentiveness. When I go there I feel like a person not just another blank face.

Took a family member for a consultation. Had the same experience as another reviewer. Waited 55 minutes after appointment time and then got rushed through picking a package. Needed more information to understand and they just pointed to the chart. We were also.told they could do extractions under sedation there but then were given a referral to another dentist for that.

Would have given them a 5 but we had to wait almost 2 hours with no explanation. Once we got to the exam room, they quickly told us they could repair the denture. We left it & came back in less than 2 hours to a repaired denture. My grandmothers dentures were not purchased from them but they repaired them for a low cost.

My surgery, 9 extractions ad immediate denture placement, was yesterday. I have had very little pain and only mild discomfort since the procedure. Dr. Ashe made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. Dr. Ashe and her staff are amazing and I highly recommend the Garner office. Thanks for giving me my smile and confidence back!

I cannot recommend this office enough. I know I speak for a lot of people when I say they put off going in for years out of fear and embarrassment/judgement. Let me tell you- stop everything you’re doing and go. Dr. Ashe made you feel like you’re there for a new hair cut and spoke to you like a friend. She makes a plan right away and made sure to tell me “this is about to be life changing for you!” That alone made my fear turn into excitement. They absolutely have my business and most of all, my trust.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The doctor was prompt, thorough and honest about my not being in critical need of implants at this time. That made me feel she was trustworthy . I highly recommend this office

So far, I am not happy with the services provided.I am unable to wear my lower denture because the pain caused bythe poor fit.I would like to have someone check and adjust the fit, as well as teachme how to properly insert the dentures.

She recommended another dentist who could help me. She forwarded my information to him and gave me the paperwork that I would need to contact him. Very disappointed with this place. I got there early like i.do.for any appointment. 10:35 for an 11:00 oclock appointment. 12:00 still have not been seen yet. That is just unacceptable. I understand running a little behind. Now I have to find another place and make another appointment, and who knows how long it will take to get one. This one was 3 week out.

Called back 35 mins after my appt time. Then I was rushed to pick a plan and get out. No explaination of anything. Implants never even discussed. I told the girl I didnt understand the differences. She says wel it tell you right there and points to a chart . I said we it says pick a color??? Are they not all white?? I went for information, not xrays, not an assesment. Ive been told I might not have enough bone for dentures or implants due to cancer and chemo. Never even got to discuss that. It was a big waste of time.

I had an appointment at 8:00 didnt get seen for an hour and a half seen the doctor for maybe 15 minutes then I had to wait 30 to 45 minutes to do the impression thing and that was supposed to have been 30 to 45 minutes that went into an hour and something they shouldnt schedule people for the same time

I had my first appointment at Affordable Dentures yesterday. Due to health conditions and family history I have found myself needing Dentures at the age of 49. I have been completely mortified by this and became emotional as soon as I started talking to doctor Tanya. She was so supportive and so encouraging and seemed genuinely excited to help me get my beautiful smile back. My consultation and x-rays yesterday were free and they gave me a printed copy of my plan to get started so I know how much money I need. I had done the same thing a couple of years ago at my primary dentist and just for upper dentures was quoted about $5,000. Affordable Dentures quoted $2,300 for my uppers. This was the price for custom fit Dentures which was what my primary dentist was quoting. Now I have a plan to be able to get the money to do this hopefully within the next month and I came out of there feeling hopeful and understood. Everyone was so very nice and encouraging and seemed so very happy to be there to help. I am so excited to start this process with Doctor Tanya. If you are thinking about checking them out I highly recommend going here for all of your denture and implant needs. If you are avoiding the dentist right now due to the Coronavirus I was very impressed with how they made sure everyone was socially distance and took all of the necessary precautions to protect their patients and their employees.

I received all of the information that I needed to make a well informed decision. It was a very thorough and pleasant visit. I highly recommend ADI to anyone needing this type of service.

My mother broke her dentures, and we brought them here for repair. Two days later they broke again and of course they are refusing to offer a refund of some sort. I paid $140 for them to only clue them together. I don’t recommend their services at all. Save your money and go someplace else.

Had a horrible experience with this place. We are not properly taken care of from our first visit. The office did not seem organized at all. We wasted 6 plus weeks to get our appointment because they cancelled on us twice, then we had to put it off due to an infection that set in. No one ever botthered to call us back to reset the appointment, which we were told they would do. When i called to reschedule they wouldnt set us an appointment as soon a they could they wanted us to wait another 6 weeks. My poor girlfriend wasi in pain for 2 months. These guys are not worth the $400 youll save going to a real dental office.

Every time they schedule you an appointment and you show up just to find out they are closed or someone didnt show up for work so they have to reschedule you. This has happened 3 times in six months. Not very professional.

Nothing affordable about this place. Website says $95 for extraction. They wanted to charge me$190 for each tooth. I dont recommend the Garner location!

My dentist Tanya Ashe and staff were very friendly, informative and professional.Today I went back to Affordable Dentures for my follow up to get fitted for my upper and lower partials and I was very pleased with the results. They did an excellent job, and you can not tell the partials from my real teeth. They look beautiful and I received so many compliments from family and friends on how beautiful they look and what an excellent job Affordable Dentures have done. Also Dr Ashe and Staff are very friendly and professional. And the prices are very reasonable.

12-3-19 was my first time using Affordable Dentures & Implants in Garner, N.C. and i was so glad that i chose to go there. The service was exceptional, The staff greeted you when you came in the door and they were so friendly and welcoming. The office was so clean and also the bathrooms. If you are thinking of implants, dentures or having a tooth pulled, try them. The prices are affordable. My experience was great, a 5 Star all the way.

Upon entering your office a very pleasant lady said “good morning”. Asked if I had an appointment & handed me a clipboard explained the contents of the paperwork. Once I finished with the paperwork I was seen shortly thereafter Dental assistant was very nice & made me feel comfortable the Dentist came in we talked she knew exactly what I wanted (a very sweet understanding young woman) impressions were made cleaned my face asked to wait 30 minutes to make sure impressions were correct asked to come back 2pm to pick up dentures. Very pleased with the dentures & the wonderful staff. I have showed off my teeth & already recommended this office to 3 family members. Thank you for a safe & understanding practice!

Was there yesterday and even tho they feel better I still can’t keep them in my mouth exspecially when I try to get eat. They will come lose and I have to be stuff in them again.
