I was supposed to have a clinician bring the medication to my house last week and no one ever showed up. I then called to see what had happened and was told that the medication never arrived, and I was supposed to receive a call back from a manager. I then called back the next day and was told that a manager would contact me by 12pm and no one contacted me again. I then called back and called back to see what was going on and was told that it should arrive that day and or the next day. I called the following day and was told to wait till Wednesday next week.I called on Tuesday to confirm that the medication was going to be delivered by the clinician on Wednesday and was told that they were going to arrive between 12-2PM. Once again no one showed up so I called to see what had happened. I was then told by a manager that the nurse that was supposed to deliver the medication, is not picking up, but I should receive the medication this week. The manager had informed me that he would contact me later on Wednesday to schedule the appointment and he never called back.I called today’s 10AM to see what was going on and was told that a manager would contact me again.Seems like these people do not know what they are doing and do not care about their clients.

Terrible service. My husband went for a Covid test 6 days ago. They said 48 hours he will have answers. he is calling every day they have no results. It has been 6 days. No one even called once. Never again i will use that place.

We have been waiting over 2 weeks to receive a very important medication. They keep saying that it will be delivered tomorrow, then that the snow delayed delivery, then that they had a power outage. I just called again to get information and was told that there’s nobody to help me. I asked for a manager and there were none available. This is a very poorly run business.

I was left without important medication which I have to inject twice a month. I scheduled delivery a full week in advance. On the day it was set to arrive, they called me and advised they will not make it because they didnt order it... Its unacceptable! Also previous order was delivered one day late. When I called the pharmacy they said the driver is running late and by 8pm Ill have it. I got it the next day... I dont recommend Golden Healthcare Pharmacy. This place is a joke..

For some reason the only competent person there is Aj. They make him do everything and he always solves our problems. It’s not a bad thing but you’d think the rest of the team would help.

Not much to complain about for a small pharmacy. Quick service, friendly staff, availability of urgently needed medicine for child. Only con is that the parking lot is tiny.

This pharmacy is amazing, the people that work there really cared and were very knowledgeable. Also my medication was 3 times cheaper than Walgreens pharmacy. I would Highly recommend. I forgot the best part was that they delivered my medication straight to my front door so I didnt even have to leave my house. 2 Thumbs up for me.
