I have been coming here for the last month every week for covid tests due to my school policy. I have been dealing with Shelia and she has helped me so much. She has made it so easy for me and she even calls to make sure I received my results. Thank you Shelia and the staff I appreciate all you do to help me out!

They never sent me the results, I called and left voicemail 3 times, they never called back. I was covid positive and they never bother to let me know. Disorganized,lazy and irresponsible.Edit: Wow, not even an hour after I left this review they called to ask when I left the voice mails. The lady said she never got the voicemail, no apologies for not sending me my results, very protective. Did they get or not the voicemail doesn’t change anything. The reason why I left the review today is because I was there to get tested again and while I was waiting in line there was another person who never got the test results. After I saw that I left.

Staff and employees were extremely respectful and kind. The urgent care was spotless, and overall super clean. After looking for the right care that I needed for several months, finding My Doc urgent care was a relief. I got the help that I needed easily, and the staff doesn’t fail to make sure that you are their #1 priority. All in all, this is an OUTSTANDING place and I highly recommend it.

My Husband and I have had occasions where we needed medical care,and our family doctor was not immediately available, but Urgent Carein Garfield NJ was available to take care of us, in a timely manner, no fussor muss. Everyone there from the office staff, doctors, nurses, technicians,all great...took good care of us.

Wish I can give zero stars for the lack of urgency and terrible customer service. We’ve been here before but usually don’t come to this urgent care. I wasn’t 100% sure if my daughter was seen at this clinic but instead of simply looking it up in the computer the receptionist had me fill out the patient paperwork. Second, I went to hand in the paper along with the ID and insurance cards and was told to “Just leave it on the counter”. I watched it sit there untouched for 15 minutes as THREE different employees came and went behind the counter. We left because in all honestly by the time we go to the other clinic we’d probably sign in and be seen faster than we would here.

I feel the registration process could be more streamlined either through electronic means or another way. It was quite the wait in a physical line. The benefit of drive thru testing is taken away by the fact that you still have to come inside and register each time. For that reason, I would not consider it drive thru testing.

I got my COVID-19 test using my insurance and was told by the receptionist that will cost me no out of pocket. After one month, I get a bill for $272.94 after my insurance paid this place $327.06. This place is a rip-off taking advantage of the unfortunate epidemic and charging people $200 per test.Be aware!

What a disgrace, went here Tuesday morning to get a covid test for travel 6am Thursday. Said it would take 24 hrs, well here it is 36 hrs later and still dont have results. My ✈ is at 6am. Now what do I do.Please dont go to this place, if you want your results in a timely manner. they are dumber than rocks, not very helpful when you call about your results. All the say is in process..

This is has been my go to place since the pandemic started in 2020. The staff is quick and professional. They get you in and out as fast as time permits. I have been there while patients are complaining excessively about their wait times and the front desk people keep their professionalism.For COVID testing you go into the office check in and wait about 5-10 minutes while they process you. They ask you to drive around back where they have a drive-thru testing area. That line can be about 20 minutes depending on the testing they have that day. Once you are tested they give you the email address to request your results. I have never had to wait more than two days. Rapid Test take about 5 minutes.

Schedue an appointment using the online service Solv. I was impressed with the automated confirmation and virtual process only to find out when I arrived that we dont use that anymore. How do you allow people to schedule themselves only to then tell them the appointment process is not real. Of course, there was no manager to speak with or so they said. Poor customer service.

Compared to other urgent cares in my area, the wait was not long at all and the staff was super respectful to and considerate of all my needs.I am also very appreciative of their safety measures especially during COVID, everything was sanitary and following protocol.I would and have recommend this center to everyone and anyone in need.

I’ve been going to My Doc for awhile now. I’ve always had a great experience. All the Drs. are great as well as the staff. They answer all my questions and I never feel rushed. My Doc is always my first choice if my personal Dr. is not available and sometimes even if my Dr. is! Highly recommend My Doc.

Ive been here multiple times and I usually dont have a problem but after my last visit and current issue I will no longer be a patient . I received a Covid test months ago , at the time I called ahead and was told it was $100 for the PPE and $150 for the rapid test because it wasnt covered by insurance. I went and waited 2 hours (it was on a holiday so I knew it would be busy) . I finally get to the front of the line and they tell the person in front of me $100 for rapid since its not covered by insurance . I get up and I dont have insurance so they tell me $200 . I didnt want to be rude but asked the gentleman since its not going through insurance anyway why is mine double ? He shrugged said its the policy and they discount people that have insurance . So I had to pay up front right away to even receive a number to get on the list to get my test. I was pretty mad knowing most places didnt even charge but I needed it right away and they were available . Fast forward 2 months later I get a bill FOR $200 !! I couldnt get the test without paying! I was so confused , i called immediately and the guy that picked up plainly told me he couldnt give me an answer . I called the billing company , the lady was the sweetest and told me that it was ridiculous and I wouldnt be charged . 3 months later Im still getting a bill monthly and no-one can remedy it .

The wait was quick compared to all the other Urgentcare Ive been to. The front desk, nurse samantha and Dr Alvarez was very professional and answered all my concerns. I did receive my covid results within 24 hours as explained. The whole process was very easy and efficient. I went to the front desk to register before getting in line for the covid test. I did like that they do the covid testing in the car to prevent others from being exposed. This place doesnt get the credit it deserves. I would give this place a 10 star ⭐️.

To start off, I went in for a Covid rapid test for traveling with 30 mins results and waited 20mins before I was even acknowledged. She was rude. The lady at the front desk ask what test I wanted, and was told I had a $25 co pay ( My insurance says I have 0 copay for any appointment) Fast forward I get my test done for it to be the wrong test and no one at the front desk knew what they were talking about. Will not be a future patient at this practice, Needs better front desk staffing.

This place can have its moments depending on who is working (front desk or physician) I suggest if you have any issues to speak with one of the managers-Mini she’s definitely been a problem solver when I wasn’t satisfied with any issues there. Also the ME-Noah is really a definite star employee he goes above and beyond to help and he’s extremely polite-which is definitely a rare find lately.As far as physicians go-Dr. Alvarez, is the only Dr. I will see there-he’s the best!-Wait time- they are definitely not like City MD’s 2 -3 hour wait bs.I will say this place is amazing with time management as they get you in in a timely manner. Also Covid testing patients are not lingering in the waiting room to possibly expose/infect others. They are sent to back of the building in their vehicle to be swabbed for testing.

DO NOT GET A COVID TEST HERE. If I could give 0 stars I will. I went in to get a RAPID RT- PCR test , because all over their website they advertise that the results are in by 30 minutes. I get there and the front desk staff a young girl and boy tell me plainly that I will need to pay 160 because they don’t accept my insurance? and then they tell me I can pay 25 to do a regular PCR test and MAYBE have my results in time. I told them that there was no way I could pay 160 and they just shrugged and offered no help or alternative. This place is straight up scamming patients by denying all insurances in order to charge 160+ for covid tests. They are taking advantage during a pandemic. DO NOT GET TESTED HERE !! Go to other urgent cares in the area with friendlier staff and a variety of covid tests.

The worst experience at an urgent care ever. As a registered nurse for over 20 years I know what to expect. The wait times and lack or transparency is horrible. The only reason I returned for A SECOND COVID EXAM MID PANDEMIC was because again prior to my appointment I was assured that it was covered by my insurance.Fast forward 6 MONTH AND A $400 BILL FOR ... Horrible, unorganized, and rude.Made us wait for 1 hour for registration and registered other people who entered after us.If you are of Spanish heritage you skip the line. After making us wait for another 30 min in the back for the test that I had to remind them that we were waiting, they done the wrong test. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. Received a bill for a adjustment from the past 4 months most of it was covid tests which are suppose to be free. The bill clearly does not have a breakdown of anything. I called the billing department and the first lady i talked to even she could not explain. Only a more experienced member could explain. I ended up fighting w her on phone and finally she said shed email mail me a proper breakdown. Why did u not include a breakdown in the first place? The way the billing team dealt with me is highly unprofessional and the service at the facility is average at best.

I went to the Garfield location for a Covid test then back a couple of days later with my kids. The team at this office is amazing. Pleasant, friendly and quick. They were so busy, being asked the same questions by people and pulled in different directions however still pleasant and smiling. Thank you to this team for a great experience during a lousy time.

I had a great experience with My Doc. They have the proper protocols in place from having your temperature taken before going into the building to only letting no more than 5 people inside at a time. The office is very clean and sanitize. The entire staff was extremely welcoming during the entire process. A+ Rating!

Don’t go here they will make you pay upfront if you don’t have insurance and then send you a surprise bill for the same treatment date months later for the same amount they made you pay at the visit, thankfully I paid with my card and have proof that I paid upfront, don’t pay cash here, completely disorganized and unprofessional.

There is no social distancing guidelines being followed, the people just pile up in the lobby. There was even an individual who sat there without a mask. No control over the people who are there for COVID test standing on top of each other. The front desk staff did not care. There were no temp checks either. Would not go here for anything. Stay away if you want to be safe.

Recently, I was feeling some pain on the left side of my torso. As the days progressed, it was getting worse. I had called MY doctor near me, he could not see me for 3 days.I called another doctor friend who does not live near me and he made a diagnosis over the phone that i had a pulled muscle, pinched nerve or a problem with my pancreas. After hearing that i really became worried. My wife suggested I call My Doc Jersey Urgent Care who her friend uses for her whole family and said they are fantastic. As the pain became unbearable I became frightened and I was panicking. I called and spoke to the director a Ms. Julie Marino and explained my problem.She suggested that I do a video visit with their doctor. I was hesitant to go to the ER in Manhattan which is very close to me do to the Covid-19. I wouldve loved to go to My Doc Urgent Care due to all of the things I heard about them, but we dont have our car in the city. A doctor Luis Alvarez called right back with a face time video office visit. Dr. Luis asked me all about my symptoms, where the pain was, the duration of the pain, my age, medical history etc. He was kind, compassionate, patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. To my surprise he said it sounds like you have shingles. He asked me did I have any marks on my torso, and my wife looked on my back and low and behold, there they were! I then made an appointment with my doctor who I originally called, but had to suffer for 3 more days. I did have shingles. I just wish I couldve seen Dr. Luis immediately in his urgent care facility because I wouldve been treated immediately, and had the correct diagnosis from the beginning. My Doc Jersey Urgent Care is an excellent medical facility. Thank you! J.T.

I don’t know other health services but I went there for Covid testing. No appointments needed, no huge lines, kind and practical registration process . The staff was very friendly. You can speak to a representative anytime, they help with all your questions. I recommend this place.

I went because it was the closest clinic open. I was told in order to see a doctor because I had bronchitis symptoms (from experience), I would have to get a rapid test which cost $160 with insurance ($200 without). Took the test in the back of the building. 30 mins later a woman went up to my car to give me the results, asked for my symptoms, and pharmacy desired. That was all done in my car within 5 mins. I left frustrated, paid $160 to clear up my bronchitis.

I went to this amazing establishment on Tuesday for my very first COVID-19 PCR test after being exposed. I was nervous of course and worried about waiting forever because it is a walk in clinic. Well it was quite the opposite, they take you right way you fill out your paperwork and then wait in your car for no more then 15 min tops and then they call you directly and you drive around and get your test immediately. So quick, efficient, friendly and easy. Then I was able to communicate with them while waiting the 3-5 days for my results through Messenger on FB and email, again prompt responses and amazing customer service... so refreshing!! Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

I came in and the receptionists were very welcoming. Although they dont accept my insurance they have reasonable pricing. Dr. Alvarez listen to my concerns and treated me. The nurse was very nice. The staff made me feel comfortable. I did not feel as if I was being rushed out of the office or as if my concerns were not important. Ive read the bad reviews and Im glad that I came in and didnt avoid coming just because of them. My experience was very pleasant. Thank you to all the staff especially during this pandemic

After waiting many days for my Covid results that they had offered to expedite (many people that went after me got their results before I did), I got a rushed result claiming I’m negative. I only got the result because I had been calling and emailing. I feel like they gave me a result just to give it and get rid of me. Yet here I am, with children at home, with many symptoms. I’m going to have to get tested somewhere else and now I’m scared that my children are at risk. Terrible. Unorganized.

I dont know where to start, so Im gonna start from the beginning. I asked Dr Alvarez for taking a look at my boyfriend swollen leg. He had no insurance. Any. Doctor helped him for free and gave some medications, after a few days, my boyfriends leg got back to normal. Dr Alvarez is caring, sweet, trustworthy and I will never forget his kindness. Strongly recommended.

Literally go anywhere else but here for a COVID test! My father got a rapid test done, which is very expensive ($200ish) . You would think that they would be more accurate? Wrong. The results should’ve been back 30 mins. And we got our results 2 hours later. Everyone that got it around the time we did had already left, so they definitely misplaced or forgot about ours. I had to ask for the results and my father got a negative result, which was inaccurate! At a different location he tested positive. I know covid results aren’t always accurate but judging on the price and and irresponsibility of making us wait that long , inexcusable. Plus the guy in the front desk wasn’t even wearing a mask ! So unprofessional. Anywhere else is cheaper! Don’t spend that much here.Edit: I did return to the door, more than three times. The lady told me the results weren’t ready yet after specifically telling her I’ve been waiting more than an hour. My car was parked across from the door and I was there the whole time. Stop making excuses. And clearly this place does not implement wearing masks.Comparing prices from other places, this place is still the Most expensive without using insurance.

My father is having the same issue as other people. The location charged him and my brother for a copay. He went there to get a refund since the insurance covered the cost of the covid test. He was also told that he needs to contact a third party company. They were supposed to call him yesterday and they never did. Also, the owner is really defensive. If you cant take criticism for something that you are doing wrong... Get out of this business.You collected the copay so why I need to reach out to another company?If thats the case. You shouldnt be collecting any copay and let the lab bill the patients for whatever they are responsible.

During the Covid pandemic, this place manages to pack about 25 people in a waiting room that should hold about 6. This is a place that conducts Covid tests, so one would think that most people in the waiting room have the virus, or where exposed to it. My guess, if you were negative walking in, you probably are positive going out. I left after 15 minutes, fearing for my health. Don’t go.——-The response of the owner to my review is a blatant lie. There is no security personnel, and the staff is either overwhelmed or incompetent. Don’t go.

My wife and I went to have the PCR Covid testing done on Saturday, December 19th. We were told we would have the results in approximately 3 days. Now it is December 24th with no results and guests are due to arrive in several hours and we cant tell them our status. I emailed MyDoc and now I am being told that the samples were not picked up until end-of-day Saturday and the lab they use is closed on Sunday. If I had been told that up front my wife and I would have went to another place for testing.

I agree with Carl’s review below. People coming in to see a doctor for a sick visit are sitting right next to people who are there for covid testing . There is no one asking if you have symptoms when/before you come in, there is no one limiting the amount of people inside, it is like a production line they are just taking everyone’s money for the covid tests and in the meantime a sick person there to see a doctor waits two hours while they are processing all the covid test people. I will not be surprised if I get covid after sitting in this place for 2 hours when I just came in for pink eye . And what is the point of sending everyone to drive around back for the test when they have already been in close contact with everyone in the waiting room now your going to segregate them and practice social distancing to actually perform the test? I guess it’s for the employees safety but they certainly don’t care about the patients safety. Will not come back here.

Covid testing - No fever checking prior to entering building, unclear instructions online and no one answering phone calls to resolve these issues. Multiple people wasted 30+ minutes waiting in wrong lines only to be sent to another line. When all was figured out, service was great but not a lot of help to avoid wasting people’s time.

They are running a for-profit covid testing scam taking advantage of people during the pandemic. With my insurance a covid rapid test is performed at no charge not even a copay. They charge my wife and I $100. When I confirmed that my insurance covers the rapid test they claimed it wasnt them who performed the test it was some third party company they contract with. I have my receipts showing it was mydoc that billed my debit card. I have my results that showed it was dr. Hernandez and nurse Alvarez that reviewed my results. It was their staff that conducted the test and now they claim it is somebody else. They refused to provide me with an itemized bill so that I can submit to my insurance for reimbursement. Ive notified The Horizon fraud department and Ive also notified the office of insurance fraud prosecutor at the New Jersey State Attorney Generals office. You can drive 5 minutes to several reputable urgent care centers and get the same test done for absolutely no charge. They make these disingenuous excuses about not being federally funded and using third parties but it is all untrue. No other Urgent Care Center in the area is federally funded. This establishment is either too impatient to wait for healthcare insurance reimbursement or they get more by running your debit card. Completely disappointed as I have been a loyal customer for years. I will never step foot inside this facility again and neither will any member of my family.In your reply below you stated that you explained told me that a third party was charging me. Nobody from your staff said that and I have the bank statement to prove that is untrue. You charged me and Ive provided you the receipts to prove it. Next you said that you offered me an itemized bill. That is also untrue and I have the email to prove it. You offered to send my email to the company that supplies you with test kits. Since you accept my insurance you know perfectly well the type of itemized bill I need which includes the diagnosis codes for the service performed. I asked you to send it to me and you did not and I also asked you for the name and contact information for this third-party you keep referring to and you did not send me that either. I urge anyone whos considering using you for healthcare to read all of the below reviews. I will say it again it is disgraceful to take advantage of people during a worldwide pandemic. I know what youre doing and you know what youre doing. Now the State Attorney General is going to know what youre doing.

My family and I went for covid testing on November 18th, we all had two tests completed.. Rapid and PCR. There was a cost of $100 for the rapid test which I had no issue with and my insurance covered the other. However I had to return on Sunday the 22nd for a second rapid test where I was told the test was now $150 due to the fact they had few tests left. Not a great experience, I don’t believe it’s ethical to raise your price based on your supply of tests left. It’s unfortunate that management made that decision... not my words but the young lady who helped me. The overall experience was very good staff was nice and attentive, facility looked to be clean. Unfortunately we will not return based on management’s decision to rip people off... shame on the owner for allowing this to happen. To the person who responded, there was not a misunderstanding!!!!! Your employee was very clear why you were charging more. YOU ARE A CROOK AND A LIAR. And I will be forwarding your info to the state.

Went here before covid and was treated right but now things are crazy, some one should call the cdc and report them or they should stop by they will be shocked. They ask people waiting to see doctor ( not covid related) to stay inside with patients waiting to get covid tests, Then when they are ready to test that patient they ask him to drive around back and get test from the car. when I said I was not there for covid and wanted to wait outside the lady said we do not come out to get you wait inside.Funny they dont want to walk in or though the waiting room with people waiting for covid testing but they want you too. Plus no one was there checking temperatures or making sure not to many people came in.Before covid most doctors offices had a sick waiting area now with covid What they dont care.Go in for ear pain or neck pain come out with covid. Im sure Governor Murphy and the cdc would not be happy. They need to keep people looking for covid testing and people with no covid symptoms or not require testing separate. Or need to put in an outside PA so people can wait outside where it is covid free. I think the people working there are under staffed and want to stay safe and the people in charge dont have a good plan in place to keep everyone safe , staff and customers.If I come down with covid in the next few days I know where I got it. Maybe thats there plan so you come back for a covid test.

Went today for a rapid covid test for my job. It was a mission to find a test Ive been trying for 2 days and couldnt go back to work until I got my negative result. I tried the City MD in East Hanover near my job then the one in Ramsey closer to where I live I was turned away told they met their limits for the day or to come back in 4 hours. Then a coworker told me about another place MedRite in Passaic but the line was never ending. Then I found this place on Google. I called up the lady who answered the phone assured me if I came there would be enough tests and I wouldnt be turned away and they were opened until 10:00 pm today. This place was the only urgent care that I went to that utilized social distancing. When you wait outside they have you standing by cones, then inside there are spots to stand on the floor and there are seats separated by plexiglass. They do temperature checks. It was a little confusing and I didnt know what to do or where to go - it would be helpful if they put up some signs telling you what to do or had a person that stayed outside directing people what to do.Besides the wait which took forever but you wait anywhere you go. The visit was ok Im just glad I got my test and can go back to work on Monday.

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible customer service. They never answer their phone! I had a regular COVID test done here and was told it takes 3 days for results. In reality it took over 5 days of calling the office like 50 times per day just to get someone to answer the phone. Seriously worse than the DMV. I would not recommend to anyone.

I’m a healthcare worker, I sent someone here today to get a Covid where they were told it would be $170 without insurance. I’ll state again I’m a healthcare worker and ALL COVID TESTING is free so unfortunately I had to notify the CDC that this location is being non compliant. Hopefully they get shut down because it’s a trash place anyway, rude employees, little to no knowledge and it’s not the first time I’ve had a patient of mine complain.

My son went to get the covid test and they asked for his insurance information and he also paid $100 even though he let them know that he was in contact with someone who was positive but I found oit that the urgent care in clifton is free I will file a complaint to the division of consumer affairs for them to investigate. Responding to your reply the gobernor said that copay , deductibles are waved during covid 19, the waived covers emergency room, urgent care and office visits related to COVID-19 testing .

I am very impressed with the staff, the clean environment inside the office and specially Dr. Alvarez knowledge and expertise. I brought my 3 year old son today and he was treated immediately with a superb proactive approach to alleviate my sons condition. I definitely recommend this 5 star Urgent care center.

Came for COVID-19 test again and check up. They didn’t even bother to take temperature ,blood pressure or even check if the symptoms that I have is actually COVID. I been tested negative for COVID 19 before. Didn’t get seen by a doctor or a nurse but then was charged $25 for “nonprofit” something fee. I could have waited to see my primary doctor instead. Waste of time.

I went to this urgent center because my primary care doctor did not have any available appointments and had a horrible experience. First, the HCP must of been practicing social distancing as he maintained 6 feet between us but was quick to prescribe a muscle relaxer and Anti inflammatory. My appointment too three minutes. Two for my blood pressure and temperature and about 1 minute with the HCP. I would never come here again. What a rip off!

Would definitely not waste my time going there. I had to go there to get my ear checked and a covid exam and was told he couldnt check my ear and do the test at the same time. I called my original doctor and she was extremely upset about what he told me. I knew something wasnt right. This is the 2nd time i go and have a bad experience with them.

Went there with suspected fracture of the toe. After X-ray ive been told that everything is fine, but doctor came back in a minute and told me that i actually have a broken toe. Turned out, xray tech looked at the wrong toe on the xray image. Anyways, they told me they will send prescription for anti inflammatory medicine directly to my pharmacy.I called next day to the pharmacy, they said they never received prescription. I called urgent care to follow up, they said, sorry, we will send it right away, It has been 3 days since my visit, and still no prescription received. Never going there again.

I have decided to make My Doc Urgent Care my personal place to go. I have total faith in the Doctors that care for me here. I wont go anywhere else. Great care, personal care, professional care and Im more than satisfied with the minimal time spent in the spacious waiting room. Plenty of room if you are in a wheel chair or use a walker. Plenty of room for your babies stroller.

As soon as I walked in i was greeted by the kind Receptionist and Reception area was nice and clean. The staff seemed so nice and helpful and so was Dr. Alvarez he let me talk and explain what was going on without interrupting me. I am so glad I followed a friends advice and came here for a second opinion. The urgent care near my home closed in December. I found myself sick last week and went to state of art urgent care that I had passed on my way to work. To make a long story short, they gave me no meds and told me to ride out what seemed to be a viral infection. My history of sinusitis and bronchitis did not convince them to be proactive. Instead, over counter meds and a speech about viral infections needing to run their course was given. Today, I went to My Doc for the first time because now my ear was sore too. They were thorough and told me I was developing bronchitis. They were proactive in giving me a breathing treatment as well as similar meds to what my doctors have prescribed in the past. Luis Alvarez was excellent and I am so grateful that he and everyone I met listened and carefully examined me. I plan to do the follow up visit recommended. Im also glad to find an urgent care staff as good as the one I had been going to for several years.

I have been coming here for years - beats going to a primary care. However, they do need to pay closer attention to detail as to the requirements for blood work and what tests are being requested and why. More specifically, to just read the paperwork given. If you are going for pre-operative clearance, no one cares to hear the results of your blood sugar exam. The staff at the front is very nice - Sylvia is awesome and very diligent.

I took my daughter in August for a toe infection. That was a successful experience.Today I was there at 8 AM unable to swallow, in pain, with swollen glands. I waited 20 min, paid my copay, was triaged and waited 20 minutes in the exam room. Then the nurse said the strep culture was negative and the Dr is not on site with no known eta. She said hell call me later to recommend something (without an exam).At 1pm I woke up (still no call!) and drove myself to a different Urgent Care, still coughing puss. The swab was bloody, I was feverish, and of course had strep. Instead of starting antibiotics at 9 AM I started at 3 PM and lost another day of work. What did I pay a copay for? My blood pressure?!?**Response to your response: NO SHE DID NOT. She CLEARLY told me not to feel bad about the *NEGATIVE* results- there are lots of other things that could hurt your throat and maybe the Dr would have a RECOMMENDATION. At 2 PM I got a call from your NP- still not a doctor. Since I couldnt talk and was already at the other Urgent Care, it seemed rather futile to answer.

Me and my wife went to this location on 2/8/2020 at 11:00am and had the worst experience every, They let a white man cut in front of my wife and we were there 45 minutes before him, the man had the same symptoms as my wife. When we asked why they allowed him to cut they said they were sorry and laughed, this is terrible and unacceptable patient care. I also believe the Saturday staff is racist because I’m African American and he was was a white man with no appointment.
