Nice products for your sleep apnea, oxygen need. Just a bit pricey, especially if you dont have insurance.

I had problems with my clap machine. Took it to this company for 6 months have not received it back yet! I am in desperate need of it! Seems like I am getting the run around and I desperately need it back . To rent one was too expensive for a retired person. 6 months is too DAM LONG to take to have something repair.

Traveling with my mother for a serious surgery at CC. After no clue as to where her delivery for oxygen for our stay was, customer service reps told us they had no such order and didnt even work with our home oxygen supply co. Our main company has clarified thats just not the case, the order had been placed and faxed a week in advance, they simply lost the order. Lincares Rep was not only wrong but unhelpful, oxygen is too serious for this nonsense.

Had the experience of working with this company when they were known as American Home Patient. Very unorganized and evasive in answers. I was eligible for a new CPAP machine under insurance, they continually lost the physicians orders until the insurance coverage ran out, hence no machine replacement. They have a unique ability to go out of their way not be helpful. If you have any other option to use another company, do so. I would rather get a double root canal on the same day than to use this company again.

Okay so here goes I was just let go from Lincare today after about 5 weeks of working there. This place is horrible they do not care about their employees let alone their customers. They see customers as dollar signs only they claim they care about the customers but they really dont. When I was interviewed I was never told although she claims I was but I was never told Id have to do long distance driving for training at other centers. With no paid mileage or gas. I had to drive from my house to Sandusky twice so thats an hour drive there and an hour drive back on top of having to take the turnpike there and back. I was pissed then I had to drive to mentor and Medina three more days and both of them are 45 minutes from my house. They claim theyll pay you till 5:30 but you cant leave till 4 p.m. which is not true when I first drove out there they told me you get paid for the driving. Thats a lie. They told me to leave my house at 8 in the morning and then leave the job and enough time to get home by 5 because my hours were 8 to 5. Come to find out thats not even true. Then I had a death in the family on Monday July 23rd. I went home on my lunch break and ask my boss through a text if I can have till Friday and that I would come back Friday but I would need Monday off for the funeral and be back Tuesday. So Tuesday through Thursday would be considered 3 days bereavement but she told me it was okay to come back Tuesday making it 5 days. So thats on her and then today in the office she tells me a funeral is 2 days. No it is not because theyre manual says 3 to 5 days bereavement. Another lie period Then today which is Friday August 3rd. Last night I threw up and this morning twice so I asked if I can go home and get some sleep because I know I wont make it through the day. She asked me to come in the office. And fires me. What kind of company does this. I missed that week because she said it was okay because I had a death in the family and I was sick and throwing up today and she fires me. Goes to show you how much they really care about their employees let alone their customers.on top of that you cant leave a review on the company page.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company I have been trying for 3 MONTHS to get O2 set up for my mom everytime I call they do not even know who she is... And keep telling me they do not have an order which her DR has sent numerous numeroustime to them...Then I have requested a supervisor and funny noone is ever around NOR do they return your call.... NEVER ever dealt with such a sorry excuse for a company let alone a medical supply company... I wish I could leave negative stars and will dif be advising noone i the Ohio area I know to use them....
