Pulled up for my 4PM appointment today and the door was locked with a sign that they are closed, and to email for records.Why did I not receive a call that they are closed? There should have been a phone call and someone offering to reschedule me at another facility.I have been calling all day. There isnt even a voice message stating if you have an appointment it is cancelled and you should call....to reschedule.Not happy with this service but I have used Union Eye Care my entire life and we are union.

I just wanted to say thank you for everyone that helped to work with my son to get his contacts today. He was driving me crazy about how uncomfortable glasses were and although hes only 9, Dr. Z. and all of his assistants worked with him to make contacts possible. The time spent just focused on him to teach him what to do was amazing and very much appreciated. We did not feel rushed and the front desk made sure we arrived and left with a smile on our faces. Thank you!!

The dr is knowledgeable & friendly, Mike the optician is extremely helpful & kindLike another reviewer mentioned front desk staff seems very moody like they hate their jobs. I asked the one women a simple question & the look on her face basically said hate my life & get out of here please. Another front desk guy put my contact order through & acted like I was asking him to give me a sample of his blood.

I just got glasses so I can now see! I can follow my ex boyfriend everywhere now! When he goes to church and the gym and to his house I can see everything! Dont worry I stay 500 feet away from him according to the paperwork, so its not creepy! Thank you union eye care!

I stopped going to this office because even though the doctor is TOP NOTCH!! The front desk lady who answers the phone and greets you and has to deal with all of your needs has a bipolar disorder! She is the rudest most unempathetic person EVER! I was pregnant and forgot to order contacts and she ould give me a trial pair until my contact boxes came in . So I ended up going somewhere else that I had never been and they without any issues gave me a trial pair and I also purchased with them! I have never encountered anyone who was so rude!! I miss the doctor though but everytime I think about her issues i dont want to deal with that! My mother has since stopped going as well.

The staff are top notch and provide excellent customer service!

Union eye care is closed. All locations have closed. They abruptly closed in spring of 2019.

Ive been going to Dr Marcellus for at least 5-6 years now and he truly is a very good doctor. He gives as much time as needed - and never rushes through the appointments.

Very friendly professional environment!

Very rude front desk. I will not return again.
