Me and My wife made an appointment and due to weather we had to post pone. Mrs Rachel messaged me and worked with me to get our appointment scheduled. It was our first time ever and we were tight. Mrs Rachel did my wifes and according to her was outstanding and understanding. I believe Mrs Haley done mine but Im unsure of her name. She worked around my hurt shoulder and turned me into jello. Was great. Anybody looking for a massage would not be unsatisfied here. Reasonable price and amazing hands. I will be a regular.

We made appointments with Hailee for myofascial release massage. My appointment was at 10. I am 69 years old and spent the last 6 weeks staging a house in Gulf Shores, up and down 25 steps carrying art, furniture, decorative accessories etc. at least 40 times a day. I was dragging when I arrived. After an hour with Hailee I felt like a new person. Not only did my body feel great but my whole mood was changed. Having my lymphatic system circulating again gave me so much energy I was able to conquer task at home I was physically and mentally unable to start. With Hailee knowledge of myofascial release I was able to start and complete several task. My husband appointment was at I:00, I was concerned he would not love it as much. He lived in Colorado and was accustomed to being Rolfed in Denver by only graduates of Ida Rolf Institute. When he got home he sang Hailees praises too. We have tried to find someone while living in Nashville and now back in Gardendale with no luck. He had the same pain relief and euphoric feel. We are both signing up for the 10 week myofascial massage. Booking reflexology for us both also.We are both very grateful to find Soothing Palms and to feel so good again.This is also the most relaxing and definitely 100 % sanitary, I have been to. I met Rachael when I was through with massage and she is so personable, felt like I had known her a long time which to me is very important when making the choice of health improvement facilities. I will make an appointment with her before my next out of town trip and have the Kinesiology Taping done.
