My wife followed up from urgent care with a severe case of tonsillitis. She was seen by Dr. Colvin at the Gardendale location. They got her in to be seen quickly as well as answered her questions. Further treatment was provided as well as a follow up the next week. Very pleased with Dr. Colvin as well as the staff! Definitely recommend and will use them again!

Worst place I’ve been to by far. They complained the whole time about having to work while we were sitting in the waiting room. When it came down to the ear examination they were far too rough, telling me it wasn’t that bad. The doctor was rude. Yelled at me even. Didn’t listen to anything that I said. No bed side manor either

Drs office filed insurance incorrectly causing about a month delay in processing my insurance for my hearing aides pushing me well past the 30 trial period to know how my insurance was going to pay. This is unacceptable since I know that this is not the first time they have filed insurance for hearing aids. Dropped my review to one star after an office visit and received a bill ONE YEAR LATER, why..... because they cant file insurance correctly and on time and under the guidelines!

Dr. Lindsay Roberts did a thorough hearing examination and prescribed hearing aids that are perfect for my lifestyle. They are easy to use and to take care of. Dr. Roberts has followed up with me to be sure my aids are fitting well and meeting my needs and expectations. Everyone in the Gardendale office is pleasant and professional.

Moving from the mountains of Idaho to Alabama, I quickly developed several allergies. I suffered from severe sinus infections, bronchitis and pneumonia for the first ten months of living in Alabama. The doctors and staff are all very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and have treated my medical issues with much care and concern. I highly recommend this office!

I live in Gardendale and work in an operating room. I have used this group of doctors for 2 of my sons because I have seen how smoothly their surgeries go when I’ve worked with them in the OR. My 3 boys have seen Dr. Black since they were very young. We come from a long line of hereditary allergies and ear infections and Dr. Black has taken great care of us. He always cuts up with the boys and makes them laugh whenever he comes in the exam room and they just think he’s the greatest. The staff in Gardendale is also very nice and take care of their patients so well. We are blessed to have a great ENT option here in Gardendale.

I use Dr. Black at the Gardendale office. What started me at the Gardendale office was the convenience. What has kept me there is the people. In the past few years that I have been seeing Dr. Black, Melanie, Martha, Kandace, Megan, and Kimberly, they have become like family to me. They have walked beside me, in a very difficult time for me and my family. They have encouraged us, cried with me, and laughed with us. They are truly amazing people that I believe were sent into my life by God. I will never reccomend another doctor, or another office. They are absolutely the BEST.

This was our first experience with an ENT. Dr. Lejeune was very thorough with his exam of my dad. We came in because my dad had been dealing with hearing loss and needed to get hearing aides. The audiologist did a complete hearing exam and then Dr. Lejeune followed up. He had concerns of the hearing loss difference from one ear to the other and sent him for a CT scan and MRI. We were thankful because with those tests we found an unrelated problem that was a greater health risk. Without Dr. Lejeune being thorough we wouldnt have found this out. He also followed up by calling after we went to have further testing done on the unrelated problem.The staff was very friendly and we had very little wait time for the appointment.The audiologist, Lindsay, was great with my dad. She was very knowledgeable about the hearing aides and also helped us to save money. When they came in she took time explaining everything.Thankful we found them.

I am a patient of Dr. Colvin whom I greatly like as an ENT physician. I feel more relaxed seeing him at this Gardendale location due to shorter waiting times and a much better parking situation than I have when I go to his Grand View office. Also, the office manager Melanie is an easy and helpful person to work with, as well as all of their office staff.

I have been going to Dr. Colvin at ENT Associates since January of 2018. I had a severe headache and Dr. Colvin worked diligently to find and diagnose the cause. The staff is extremely friendly. Dr. Colvin was very diligent in treatment and in following additional treatments needed. I never have to wait long. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone with any kind of ear, nose, throat or head issues.

I was looking for an ENT close to home and found ENT Associates of Gardendale online. I made an appointment and went for my first visit. I was so happy I made that appointment, Dr. Aland and the associates were wonderful! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for an ENT!

Dr. Colvin, as well as all the doctors and staff at ENT Associates, have been invested in my care now for over 2 years. Chronic sinus infections plagued me until Dr. Colvin performed surgery. After follow up appointments and fine tuning treatment, I am now sinus infection free since April! I have a good sinus management program that works well for me. Highly recommend ENT Associates of Gardendale! A+

Dont bother to question any of the costs they expect you to pay. The billing department is short tempered and between them and the office manager all I got was a runaround of me being wrong and them being right. The staff completely mishandled the situation and did not treat me with the respect that I deserved.

Was in and out in a timely manner and the staff was friendly and the doctor got to the root of my problem.
