I love this gym. They have pretty much everything you need for bodybuilding except and incline bench press. You can take a bench to the squat rack and still achieve it. Theres also no pool or Sauna but thats fine since thats not the purpose of this gym. The hours are good too

All the garbage you never want to deal with when canceling membership. Do everything right, jump through all the hoops, and they will still keep charging your card. Or threaten collections. No employee is empowered to fix anything. Please, please, come after my credit, I have the resources, emails, and certified mail receipts; I will be collecting damages.

Blink! If you want an affordable, friendly, upbeat gym this is the place. So clean, bright, and spacious. During this time you need to reserve your workout time through an app. I like to workout at about 5am so I do not have any problems reserving my time. Staff are very welcoming. Great attitude is always a plus. Lots of cardio, free weights, and strength machines available.

A lot of the treadmills seem to be broken down and not usable. Some of the good ones close to the entrance dont have a functioning web browser/YouTube and need to be updated. Theres a huge inconsistency in the treadmills. It would be nice if the gym eventually upgraded all their treadmills to be like the ones closest to entrance. Other than that, environment is nice, people arent too smelly, and the music is okay.

Ok, so the gym is well equipped with all the necessities to get a great workout in. The staff is friendly and keep the place clean and equipment maintained. Parking is usually easy since it share a large lot with Starbucks, The habitat and 99 Cent Store amongst others! Carefully not too make the illegal left out onto Normandy though, its a trap spot and a big ticket ! All and all I like it and recommend checking it out, well worth the small monthly fee.... I pay $15, I think and can bring a guest TOO WORK OUT , not to be hard sold like at 24..... alright thats all! Cheers 🍻

Showers have very little pressure, but it seems they are hardly used. Very diverse clientele.

Blink Fitness cant find my cancellation and is attempting to bill me for a year an a half that I havent been going to the gym. There hasnt been a single notice sent to my account until they plan to send me to collections. Poor customer service and zero communication.

This gym is very clean. All of the members participate in maintaining its cleanliness. There are multiple machines of the same kind so there is very little waiting. If youre serious about working out, and not standing around on your cell phone than this is the gym for you.

Been coming here since they opened back in 2018 until they closed down for the second time on August last year I believe. Awesome gym, loved it. I been going to another gym close by but I really cant wait until they open. Please open ASAP!.

I really like this gym. Its spacious, clean, and have a variety of different machines that can get you to your goals (if you put in all your effort). However, if they make unvaccinated members wear mask after the mask mandate is lifted on June 15, unfortunately I will have to cancel. It gets really frustrating when wearing a mask. They make it hard to breathe in the oxygen you need when doing intense cardiovascular exercises.P.S. The virus is affecting those with a poor diet or other medical conditions that often have to do with a history of an unhealthy lifestyle. If you have a problem with us natural science individuals who take control of our health without the help of big Pharma, maybe you should stay home and set up your own gym, just saying.I hope this review goes to corporate. The fitness industry needs to stand with us healthy folks.

Awesome coming here was so fun and relaxing. The gym is simple, clean, and well worth your money. It helped me deal with stress. I hope it reopens soon, Im a little bit out of shape.

An awesome gym!! Got a one day free trial, and the gym environment is great. A lot of space, equipment and weights.

The gym does not have any water fountains to drink out of.

Very clean, friendly staff.

Only about 10% of members wipe down machines after use. While staff do what they can to keep the gym safe the community often makes or breaks a gym and not wiping down machines would be troubling even without covid. The gym dies check temp as you enter and you will see staff clean throughout your time, the majority of members are not wearing masks once in the gym or are wearing them incorrectly. Anyone with vulnerable people in their household should definitely keep away for the time being.

I take a special needs client there to work out and staff is understanding of her needs and limitations.

I was a guest for 2 days . That was enough to get my own membership. Great location! Great staff. Machines are well maintained and people are clean. Definitely recommend.

I have been a long time member of CA Fitness. I upgraded my membership so I could begin swimming at the Fillmore Center location. I purchased an initial and then 10 more swimming lessons with TAIKO WONG at the Fillmore location.

Gym is kept really clean an uptight. Machines are really good condition along with the weights. Not too big an not too small of a gym. Perfect size to get what you need to do done in time.

There’s never enough parking and be where your car will probably end up getting scratched by the $.99 shoppers next-door. Carts everywhere and the people here are not courteous they will park right next to you and open the door and immediately hit your car.The gym is clean for the most part the people here are nice but fees are not as described they will go up after three months. The equipment is brand new. And the overall satisfaction is relevant.

Unlike other gyms (24hr fitness) staff and members help to maintain this facility clean and very organized. BLINK has everything you need ...!!! Keep it up ppl.

Turn down your A.C. or adjust the auto on and off. When I was working out on the elliptical, it got very hot. I normally use the machines always under the A.C. so the air hits me but in 1 hr of use the A.C. only came on 1 time. Other then that its a good friendly vibe gym. I like the open concept too.

Travelling on vacation with family and the staff were very accommodating. Such a friendly vibe, great music and with all brand new facilities and machines. The layout is great with plenty of room. Wish this were my gym back home.

Its nice. Early mornings are nice. The showers are clean, and good locker space. Nice variety of equipment for bulking up. They also offer training.

I just stopped by to start a ‘membership’ and saw a woman who’s been at the local Starbucks a lot, a lot lately. She seems to possibly be homeless, which is as but on top of that every time that I see her she starts yelling at me. She claims that I’m “with the government” or “those rapey m—— f——-s”. I don’t know what she’s talking about, and am sure that she has some sort of mental illness, again for which I have sympathy and empathy. The thing is that she was blocking the free weights doing something that looked like a mix between an untrained ballet dancer and a 90s hip/hop styled dance while attempting to keep a very lose wig on while what seemed to be recording herself from a laptop. Since I’ve experienced this lady in public before, I know that I don’t want to cross her path again and feel sorry for those who do (she speaks to people with vile words and is quite aggressive towards them). Just not something that I want to experience when I’m trying to work out. And I definitely wouldn’t feel comfortable asking to get by her to utilize the weights or anything else that she may block in the future.Other than this issue, the gym seemed very cleaned and well maintained. I certainly wasn’t even blinking at (no pun intended) spending $21/month for a membership. But even at only $21/month dealing with someone who has caused me to go to Starbucks completely out of my way to avoid, I just can’t do it. I’ll try back in 6 months and hopefully she’ll have moved on.

The greeters greet me when I come in. Its a nice environment. The only problem I have is with the bathroom maintenance. In the morning when I come in, the showers and shower area look like they havent been cleaned from the day before. Hair in the drains, dirty floors and walls, etc...The shower curtains are old and grungy and only one shower head has proper water pressure. To the manager: Dont get mad. Do your job.

Front desk wasnt going to give any sort of customer service without you prying it out of her with questions. You have to just explore on your own. Do not need help or expect ANYTHING from the staff, including your trainer to be there. My trainer took off. I had to reschedule. I also WISH there was a female trainer there on weekends. I dont know WHY there needs to be the most awful music blasting away either. I guess if you are not an eternal frat rat, good luck putting up with the slime that is blasting from those speakers. Really SUCKS too because I need a clean gym in this area. The cleanliness seemed adequate. So at least we had THAT.

I have been coming to this gym since it opened, its a great gym always clean and they have wipes to clean the equipment as well. The staff is friendly and the restroom are always clean. They have showers but no sauna, its a very compact gym. The dumb bells go up to 95 only. But all in all it a great gym. The only issue now is that there is no parking especially on Mondays. Its best to go around 8 to closing thats when it less pack.

Gardenas best kept secret. This is the best gym Ive been to since moving to LA from New York. The customer service is second to none, Ive never walked into a gym and seen so many employees smile and were happy to see me. They dont get paid enough. I only wish the hours were longer but other than that it would be a 5 star gym. Well done!

Great new facility. I love it’s not crowded and don’t have to wait for a machine to work out. There’s plenty of new equipment and exercise machines and since they just open there are fewer members than the big name GYM. I hope it stays that way.

Nice gym but pay attention to the fees they charge. I signed up before they opened and only had to pay $1 instead of 50, but they will charge you $49 after only 3 months into the membership as their yearly fee. ONLY 3 MONTHS INTO THE MEMBERSHIP! I signed up in November of 2017, they opened mid December and also charged me $8.23 for half a month.

Very unhappy with the pricing, was told upon signing up only had to pay $15 a month, and $10 to start. Now a new year comes and there charging $49 for the whole year plus $15 a month! This was never mentioned to me upon signing up! The staff should make it a top priority to make sure their new members understand the payment policy upon signing up!

No incline bench and the dumbbells only go up to 90 lbs, but they keep the gym clean and well ventilated. Youll sign up for $1 and theyll waive the $49 fee which they will charge you on the third month after signing up, so the sign up fee is only postponed not waived..

Hello! Im super happy to have such a clean gym by my home! The receptionist are always willing to uplift you when you come in and the trainers are all very friendly. Id highly recommend this gym even though Id prefer the gym all to myself lol. Stay lifted yall!

Joined a smaller gym as its not so crowded, I can get in my workout without too much of a wait to use machines or free weights. Staff is friendly and most members wipe down the equipment after use with the wipes that are provided. I like it.

Bad bad bad everything is bad about this gym.. They lie to you about membership, They pull-up Your information and there’s another person on your ID card . Didn’t know how to explain that issue, Didn’t have my information but someone else Horrible gym So be careful with them.I cancel my membership and they wanted to charge me. So there is a law sue I ask them for my printout with another person with my name but different face.. They had nothing to say about it...

Amazing facility, went in to check it out and I was blown away at how spacious it was, also the different assortment of equipment available. For that price point I was expecting just a lot of cardio equipment and a few dumbells and preset barbells, NO, there was so much more. They have 3 full squat racks, multiple benches for barbells and dumbbell work, multiple cable rigs (those always fill up and it’s terrible when there’s just one), slam balls, battle ropes, boxes, a full assortment of functional fitness equipment and what topped it off for me was that they had Olympic lifting plates 😵. I went in there not expecting much and they blew me away. For this price definitely worth it, I am willing to say this is/will be a TOP 5 GYM IN SOUTH BAY!

Great gym, however some of the employees need to work on customer service as in greet the person before you tell them the gym closes at 7pm. Happy New Years to you to.

I like everything about this gym except the hours on the weekend to the point id consider 24 hr fitness instead.

The staff were shady and rude. Came in with my niece, to use the referral program. I signed up and said my niece doesnt qualified because I signed in too quickly?I want them to cancel and re-apply to do it slower and they said it cannot be done. This place is a scam, dont waste your money. I wish they have name tags. It was 8/13/2018 between 7:30 - 8:30pm, Asian man and Latino.Avoid this place and save your money.

I been a blink fitness member in New York for almost 2 years today was my first time in a blink in California well let me tell you this gym is awsome totally brand new is only been open for 2 weeks as December 28 2017 totally love it is the perfect size with plenty of cardio equipment and free weights. Very friendly staff too.

Went there once to check for membership details during the pre-sale. The representative didnt tell the girl in front of me about the $49.99 annual fee until I asked over the girl signing up if they had one. The rep froze with a face of 😨 and after a few sec of tension building the rep was forced to explain the girl that they had one. At this point I already lost so much amount of trust. Especially for my bank account. Yet when things couldnt have possibly gotten worse, the rep said she didnt have any proof of membership contract information AFTER she 1st directed me to a web page that had no information what so ever on contract information. Yet she asked me to pay and sign either way and worst case scenario they would refund me the money. 😂. Yeah right! Check your contracts!
