I decided to go here because it was cheap. The front desk lady was nice-enough. The masseuse herself was very old and could essentially speak no English (not an issue, just painting a picture for you). The masseuse seemed like a nice person, but the massage was garbage. I have been to some comparably priced massage parlors that gave decent-enough massages, some better than others. However, this massage was the absolute worst I have EVER had. The woman seemed to have no clue what she was doing - even the more enjoyable parts (5 min of neck and shoulder massage) were still not even to the point of mediocrity; the whole massage was basically the woman just aimlessly rubbing hot stones all over my body, which didnt feel good at all. Dont get me wrong, I enjoy hot stones, but she literally spent 45 minutes of the one hour rubbing hot stones on me in a seemingly random pattern and clearly never had any real training as a masseuse. Honestly, I felt worse after the massage than I did going in - something about the choppy, imprecise, and erratic technique actually made me feel physically unwell during the massage. I tried to leave without tipping because it was so terrible, but then she and another person approached me requesting a tip, which I obliged just so I could get out of there without any drama.Summary: You are better off having a friend or significant other aimlessly rub some hot rocks on you - it will save you $36 + tip (mandatory?) and would probably be more relaxing.
The table shower and sauna is a big plus! I am always pleased with the service here.
