Do not go here for braces. The manager is super rude and they only have a schedule for 1 day to get any work done. You pay them thousands of dollars to be told to call corporate and they can not help you. By far the worst service ever. If I haven’t warned you yet I’m warning you again DO NOT GO HERE for braces ..

The people here are nice. always checked if i was okay and stopped doing whatever they were doing when i was in pain. jennifer brown was the person who helped me remove my braces and she was very nice. gave clear instructions on how to keep my teeth clean.

I went to the Garden Grove location and loved it! The staff is very friendly. Not only did the doctor make me feel comfortable and made sure to answer my questions, but so did her staff. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I WENT TO MY APP. AT FIRST I WAS SCARE BECAUSE OF THE SHOTS TONUMB MY GUMS. THEY DID HURTSOME. BUT I TOOK THE PAIN.THEY TOOK GOOD CARE OF METHEY WERE VERY professional

The staff is friendly, especially the manager. So thats good. Unfortunately, this place is so filthy. Its a nice building and fairly new so the fact that the place looks so dirty is very unprofessional because cleaniness should be a priority, especially right now because of covid-19. The bathroom seems to not be cleaned at all and its very dusty where the patients are seated and the area surrounding. The floor doesnt seemed to be cleaned. I really hope this place fixes this problem especially since they claim to disinfect after each patient.

Worst SERVICE EVER FROM THE CHILD DOCTOR. THAT MADA F....R hurt my child and yelled at him when he told her to stop doing the fillings because it was hurting. Maybe they didnt give him the right dosage of anesthesia and my son could still feel the pain. I waited 2 hrs and 17 min to be call in when I had a 10 am appointment. that asian old lady has Zero kids tolerance. She should retire already.

The office here in garden grove is amazing. The staff is always so friendly and very helpful. Leslie in particular was very attentive and made sure I understood what kind of work needed to be done and made sure everything was taken care of!

I’ve been coming to this dentist for over 2 years and I’ve always experienced great service. Today June R. was the assistant and she did a great job. Overall they have always made sure I leave the office feeling comfortable with all the wiring and bands.

Today I got my braces done and nurse June Rebultan attended me. She was very sweet and careful. She did a great job. I am very satisfied with the results. 100% recommend.

I love the Garden Grove office. Dr. Mai is so nice and a very knowledgeable dentist. Everyone in the office is great. Both Leslies are terrific. I have been getting work done for about 2 months and everyone makes me smile when I’m there. Absolutely no complaints about the work. They have done a great job.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE!IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND WANT TO BE TREATED AS A VALUED PATIENT!Customer service has NO value or meaning to the 2 front desk women. Especially to Gloria the front desk girl with glasses.Where do I begin! My 3 children have been going to this office for many years. As I myself am a former employee of the former Smilewide company that was there previous to the Buyout by Western Dental.Took my 3 children for their 6 months check up in October(Which there was a scheduling issue on that day as well that forced us to be there an hour more than we had to be)My 10 year old daughter had 1 cavity and it was the Dr.s recommendation she see a specialist(pediatric dentist)I gave the Dr. the benefit of the doubt.(She is the Dr. of course)So we scheduled an appointment for 11/15/2017 at 3pm for 1 composite(white) filling.We arrived today at 2:45pm signed in and was told the Dr. was running a bit behind and we would get called in shortly as there were 2 patients ahead of my daughter.I said that was fine as we were early.We sat down and I began to do some stuff for work.It was 3:30pm and still nothing. I have patience!3:50pm came and Gloria just looked at me and smiled.4:05pm came and I went to the front desk and informed Gloria that my daughter and I have been waiting for over an hour with no update or apology by her and the other front desk girl for the wait time.I asked her how much more time do I have to wait and her reply was There are 3 patients ahead of your daughterI was infuriated by that! I informed Gloria when I signed in she had told me there were 2 patients ahead of my daughter.I then advised her I will not wait any longer and would like to cancel the appointment. Her reply to that was Thats great..Perfect!. Which she said with a smile on her face.I have been in the Dental field for over 10 years and never have I encountered such rudeness and unapologetic manners in customer service!There were Parents with children in the waiting room who did not speak English and expressed to me that the hour to 2 hour wait time is normal in that office.Simply wow!!!!!!!I only wish I was able to give a negative star!

This office has changed hands twice since Ive been a patient here. My only good experience was my first visit. Ever since Ive been dissatisfied with the attitudes of the providers. Yes they make you wait for over an hour. My last two visits were in vane. I needed referral to a oral surgeon and never was never given a call back nor email for the authorization. Because of my insurance I had no choice in staying with this office. I need dental care asap but afraid to see the carry over from past experiences if I make another appointment just to get the authorization required. Wish me good luck in selecting a new dentist.

Very bad costumers service, I brought my son i had weit 45 minuts with apoiment, they dont care about your time , unprofessional the ladys work there theyre so unprofessional. Definitely i dont recommend this office

Took my son to this office the experience with front office was awful Juanita was so rude. I am sorry if you dont have any patience with children you dont belong there , you are the first person us parent see once we walk in the office and you made me feel so insecure abut the rest of our office visit, once they called my son to the back everything was different back office is great and the doctor was excellent!!!

Very unsuccessful. 😢 To my first appointment i had it at 2:30 and they made me wait more than 2 hrs on the waiting room . at 4 :48 they told that it was too late so they just did X-ray I told them what happened outside and they did the cleanning to my child. And only because they looked at me so mad 👎.... my second appt. the restroom didnt work so they made me and most of the people go to the gas station that it was near 👎 i asked. If i can switch to another Western D. And they said yes but I have to start again X-ray regular cleaning etc . im very disappointed i dont recommend it .. I came here because i got my braces at W.D that is located on fisrt Blvd and Fairview . and i thought that all W.D were good but they DONT 😢👎👎. So disappointed

I got 4 or 6 teeth removed and got a filling and braces from here and they gave me laughing gas to help calm me when they were pulling my teeth out and numbed i the inside of my mouth. For those dentist who pulled my teeth out here is your 5 star Reveiw.

Very friendly and efficient office staff, unfortunately i was referred to h o spital setting for my procedure because i need anethesia and a more controlled setting because i have seizures and Dr. Wants to play safety first for me.

Really bad customer service Ive experienced. Booked my appointment on a wrong day + waiting hours even though having appointment + never answer my treatment questions. Bad! Bad!!

I was told that my root canal and crown were approved and they called me told me when my appointment was. I got to the office and waited over an hour, then when I was getting ready to go in they said the root canal was covered but I had to pay o we $800 for a crown....It was a trick and a bad one I walked out of that office and will never go back!!!!

I thought this office would be better than Katellas but it turned out worse, I got to my appointment, the doctor told me that treatment would make me feel like they wanted to sell me the more expensive crown, I asked them, that I wanted the other one, the financing person got angry, he didnt do me. contract and after an hour and a half he told me that I would return another day for my treatment and the doctor lends herself to this anti-professional and lack of ethics zero stars

Personally, I did not like to leave you waiting too long in the waiting room and you also wait for an hour in the room where you are treated

It is a very lousy place and the staff does not say it is worse starting with the manaller

If you appreciate your time and money go somewhere else, they want to sell you treatment you dont need and they lose your files, they make 4 or 5 appointments at the same time and you have to wait at least 1 hour for them to attend you
