Best office ever , staff is super nice and professional, they make your visit welcoming , The dr. Is amazing did not feel any pain at all . I really recommend this office !

From desk staff, tech assistance, and Dr 👩‍⚕️ Hong was friendly calm, Polite , professional. TheIs official Brand new with bright orange color and white, very clean. The office explained in detail forCost and service . This clinic is a woman owned .Please support the business that serves the community over 40 years at same location.

Definitely recommend this office was a little bit a spectacle from previous reviews but I was informed that this is a whole new dental office under new management office is very clean the staff is friendly and they make you feel like family I was looking at other offices around the area and they give the best price Dr.Hong is awesome I didn’t even feel the injection I was a very light hon I’m gonna definitely bring my mom here she scared of dentist

Outstanding service! I was a long-term patient under former management but I have to say that with Dr. Hong this place has really improved! The office has been revamped and is gorgeous and very inviting. The service I received was excellent, from office staff and from the technicians and from Dr. Hong herself. I felt very safe in their hands!

This is the 1st time we come to GFD. Dr.Hong is a professional, she is really nice and very patient with our kid.

I am a current patient and have always received polite and knowledgeable service. I trust Family Dental with my teenage children, myself and other family members, that also continue to use their services. Their hygienist she is always pleasant and gentle but does get the job done. I am always satisfied with the work that is done on our teeth. I have tried other dentist and I’m very dissatisfied. I will continue to refer friends and family to Family Dental as they are knowledgeable and able to fulfill Dental needs.

My kids teeth were treated well. The staff was very kind.

Bad experiences two visits in a row, not with the medical staff, but with office staff.First visit, we arrive to our appointment to find out that they have not cleared our insurance papers & consequently could not be seen. There goes wasted time off work due to their lack of preparation.Second visit, we go in & half way through xrays they realize they have someone elses file pulled out. Lucky they didnt start procedure!Same visit, I have already been numbed for fillings, to find out that I have to dish out $525 out of pocket which was not mentioned in advance & I wasnt prepared for!Same visit, my son was scheduled for cleaning, which he didnt get because their hygienest doesnt arrive til later. This was not mentioned to us either, and when asked the receptionist she tried to lay the blame on us saying we shouldve asked!Again, lack of communication & preparation, not to mention the lack of professionalism when the same receptionist pulls out a pen from her cleavage to hand over to clients & then puts it back in same area! Really??!!

Had a tooth extracted.. answered all my questions.. really made the procedure as easy for me as possible.. great care and service highly recommended

I had a tooth extracted last year here & when my dentist had to refer me out this week I asked if I could come back. I was excited to see that the staff was the same (that says a lot about a place: that they dont have high employee turn-over). This place is fabulous! I am possibly the WORST dental patient ever, but the staff, dentist & assistants all work very hard to help calm you. They explain procedures & Dr. Kim tells you EVERY step of the way what hes doing. Its been 24 hours and all Ive taken is Ibuprofen. The office ladies are SO sweet & when I kept apologizing for being such a baby, they just laughed & said not to worry about it! I highly recommend this office. *Update...Its been almost one week and NO DRY SOCKET!!! My last 2 extractions were the worst experiences ever, but this place is AWESOME! Years ago my pregnancies were very difficult (vomiting every hour the entire 10 months...yes, 10 months) and it demolished my teeth. Worth it, but now Im having to have a lot pulled. This dental office has treated me so well & taken such good care of me! Also, I suggest sipping on cool green tea & letting the tea bag sit loosely on the extraction site (there are a lot of anti-oxidants in it). Eugelnol (clove oil, sold at any pharmacy) is FAR better than Oragel, if you need anything afterward.

Extremely poor experience with Dr. Kim he takes the money and will not hold to his words. I would suggest a different dentist office.
