I wanted to take time to write this review. I was recommended by a friend to visit Twin Chiropractor for elbow pain. Luckily the pain went away on its own but I still wanted to keep my appointment. The Dr that saw me was very kind, took X-rays of my elbow and neck.I ended up having an adjustment. I was so nervous and scared. He was so kind and said everything would be fine. Once I got adjusted I felt so much better.Very professional staff, very kind and sweet girls at the front desk.Totally recommend for anyone who needs help. Thankful to have found this place from my friend.

I first came here for shoulder pain and had a consultation. During that consultation they took an x-ray and they said it looked like the tissue around the rotator cuff had diminished (HOW CAN YOU SEE TISSUE IN AN X-RAY) mind you I was desperate and listened to his recommendation which was Trigger Point Therapy. I started same day and paid about $500-$550. After going twice a week for 3 and a half weeks and over 20 needles I had zero improvement. My last session he realized that it was not working and administered a cortisone shot October of 2020. Despite going against my friends advice on not going here and undergoing this treatment (he had done it himself and ended up with further injury) I wanted to try for myself considering everyone is different. I then went to my doctor and got an MRI done and started physical therapy. Although it is helping I came back yesterday 03/08/21 for another cortisone shot in hopes of being able to continue physical therapy pain free or at least with some comfort. I respected her decision not to want to give me one but what I did not respect is her trying to sell me another kind of therapy (PRP) which is shown to help in knees for the most part. She then said the specialist (orthopedic surgeon) I am currently seeing most likely not give me a cortisone shot. Also her attitude was dismissive and I did not feel comfortable really even wanting to explain my situation. I did not know a nurse practitioner knows more about impingement than an actual surgeon. She stuck with trying to sell me the PRP therapy and was incredibly angry because this place all they try to do is sell your treatments that are not guaranteed. When I said I was not interested she recommended lidocaine patches (after telling her I have tried many of them) which was interesting because she said my issue is not surface level it is deep in the shoulder so I am not sure how a patch can help. These people do not care for your health, they care to take your money. I rather continue my physical therapy and take more time then to allow these people to stick me with more needles, take more of my money and not give me any results. The only ONE good thing I can say about this place is Beverly gives the best massages, she is incredibly sweet and knowledgable.Good luck.

I started going to Twins Chiropractic since 2016. My overall experience was great. They have clean facilities and all Chiropractic Doctors are helpful and friendly. Their appointment system is efficient. You check in at your appointed time and are out within a reasonable time. There is not a lot of waiting around. My feedback to those looking for back relief as I did is to stick to their programs as recommended. One or two adjustments will only provide temporary relief. Be patient with the process and you will start noticing sustained results.

I LOVED it. Just went this morning for the first time. I left feeling a lot less tense and the doctor sincerely cared about my issues. I am definitely going to be a regular patient here

Best chiropractor Ive ever been to. Friendly service excellent customer service. Even better is how I feel after my session. This place is amazing.

My wife, three week old son and I were rear ended by a distracted driver about five months ago while stopped behind multiple cars at a red light. Our son began crying much more often and for extended periods of time compared with prior to the accident, two to three hours straight multiple times a day was not uncommon. My wife noticed considerable pain which I am sure was also intensified with holding our son constantly to try and calm his crying. I did not have as much pain, but definitely did notice discomfort when doing light workouts, holding our son for extended periods, or when playing sports. I am 61 185 lbs, and holding our 10 lb baby was not something that bothered me prior to the accident. We met with Dr. Clements and were recommended treatment over a three month period after scans showed signs of whiplash. All the Doctors were great working with our son, very gentle, but also great at explaining what they were adjusting and how he would react. Within about a week the crying noticeably decreased and continued to do so throughout the treatment. My wife also noticed a substantial decrease in pain after the first two adjustments and was able to hold our son for longer periods of time. She did still experience discomfort at times, but felt it was helped by the advised adjustments. I can definitely say my wife and I feel far better overall and plan to continue adjustments a few times a month. Its hard to speak for the baby, but I can tell you parenting seemed to become far easier with each visit. The entire staff at the Placentia location is fantastic, very friendly, and best of all we never had to wait more than a few minutes after checking in to be adjusted!

Twin Chiropractic staff is always welcoming. They send you several reminders of your appt and it is worth it. An alignment after a massage session loosens you up and it prepares me for the week. I sit behind a desk all week and my back always pays for it. Muscles need a break and this place helps that happen.

My first visit and it was AMAZING. Staff is AWESOME here. They informed me of things about my back I didnt know using nerve scans and x-rays. I felt amazing walking out of here. I will definitely be returning to this location again soon. **They give great deals for Kaiser Customers** Definitely check this place out.

I’ve been to chiropractors before but this one is definitely one for the books! They have 4 locations in OC and I go to Garden Grove. This location is spacious, clean, well kept and maintained. Staff are very helpful and professionals, and the chiropractors are such a gem to my aching back! Haha. Highly recommended

This place is legit! I was in tears from neck and back pain, bought a groupon, came in and after two adjustments these guys had me in way better shape. My 2 adjustments came with a massage and I was lucky they put me with a guy named Victor. He hook me up with a deep tissue massage, was super friendly, informative, and worked on my problems like a pro.

Dr. Dan is the best if youre looking for a strong deep adjustment if one of the Twins is at another office. All Docs are goods but I prefer him and highly recommend this practice.

I got rear ended at Vegas visiting my girlfriends family. Came back to California with neck pain,back pain, huge headaches, and so on from the accident. My lawyer told me to choose a chiropractor so we can start getting treated for our injuries. Decided to come here and did not regret it. Everyone from there and their other offices are nice and the adjustments are great. Im still continueing my treatment but would recommend you guys to go with them.

Very happy with treatment/care. Have seen improvement that cannot be attributed to anything other than the trigger point injections and adjustments.

Quality Chiropractic care at a reasonable price and never a long wait to get treated.

This office treated my husband and myself. My husband came here for a personal injury after getting into an auto accident where he was rear ended. The doctor treated my husband for whiplash and my husband has less pain now.We had some issues with the billing once treatment was completed. The practice is only 4 years old so they werent as clear as it could be and there was some miscommunication. The good news is after we raised the issue, the doctor was willing to work with us.I would recommend that you make sure that expectations align and that you and the office are clear on the billing. Other than that, this is a good place to get adjustments.

They are saturated with appointments and do not respect the patients schedule, they are interested in making money and not their patients, they wait a long time to consult, during the consultation you have to wait for the doctor and if they pass you to another area to continue waiting. Today I have to lose 49 dlls of his brilliant Facebook advertising and work time. Lets see if they can solve that problem, hire more doctors or not make as many appointments to attend those who request their service on time.

I like this place because when I come they are very friendly and they also give me a massage and I relax very well I recommend them
