No discharge papers on 5/20 after being in hosp. From 4//8/21. Called nurse supervisor, cas manager. No one answered calls. Still trying to get discharge papers. Would never recommend this unit to anyone.

Neglect of patients. Do not take your loved ones here if you want them alive! They killed my brother. Lack of communication, left the wrong size tube from tracheotomy for 21 days!! Neglect, neglect, neglect. Please, take your loved ones somewhere else!

Wouldn’t take your loved one here! Lack of communication and proper care! There are some great nurses there but only a few. My father has open bed sores and issues that were never addressed to the family and the lack of care in the staff.

DO NOT take your loved ones if you want them alive. Improper care, and will not let you know or communicate with you. Doesn’t pay attention to what medicines to give patients. If you have a choice do not take them here.

Do not bring anyone to this hospital. Extremely unprofessional and uncaring and inhumane. No one takes care of the elderly. My father died after suffering so much from staying here.
