Great doctors, receptionists and staff! Very clean, exceptional service with X-ray on site so didnt have to be referred out to complete a scan. Very reasonable priced especially when you dont have insurance. Also there is an on-site lab and pharmacy which truly makes it a one stop shop! Very convenient

If you want a quick and easy trip to the doctor with phenomenal service from start to end, this is your place. Just an overall great experience, I wouldn’t recommend any other place for a medical visit. To top it all off they referred me to the pharmacy next door Minute script...I was in an out within minutes. I can see where they get the name from!

Ive been going here since I was 11 years old for pretty much everything. The wait time CAN be insanely long, like hours Ive sat in here, but calling before to ask the front desk if theyre busy before going is all that it takes to avoid a long wait. Most of the Drs have been here for 15 years+, are friendly and listen.Overall recommend 🙌🏼

Had a great experience during my visit to the Garden city medical center. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.Dr Ramesh and Dr Sai were very professional, knowledgeable and committed in delivering expert care, always taking the time to listen and explain the treatment options. Went on Sunday as soon as they opened was out in a half hour. Rachel at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Dr.Shah was very personable. checked me out and asked me a lot of questions. Also answered all my questions. Never felt like I was being rushed. I felt like he knew what he was doing. Got my meds on the way home and started feeling better that night. Rachel call me today to see how I was doing. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I started coming to this location because they have convenient hours and are close to my home. I was seen by doctor SAI, who I must say is amazing. She is very knowledgeable about health issues and was able to help me with my problem right away. Dr. SAI is also very humorous which makes new patients like myself feel more comfortable.

They provide great service and charge very cheap cash prices. the doctor took very good care of me and treated me so well! i was so happy with my visit and the treatment!

Recently I went in for what I thought was a sinus infection that wouldnt go away. After waiting approximately 30 minutes, I was seen by the doctor. He told me I had the virus that was going around, (that many people were coming down with). They gave me 2 shots in the butt. The doctor gave me 3 prescriptions that I would take for about 5 days. That did the trick. I find this place to be very competent and provides good service every time I go in.

Made an appointment, and still waited 2.5 hours. The staff was super nice and friendly but the Doctor was very short with me and borderline condescending. She made me feel stupid for wanting to come to the doctor while being sick and coughing up colored grossness. I am never going back there until Asher learns bedside manner.

I was just seen by a dr and her 10 yr old daughter.. I told her my symptoms and she told me I could ask her questions. Ok can you give me some cough medicine I cant stop coughing and Im here for medicine so I can get better.. then she sent her 10 yr old back out to tell me about a cough drop and how to use it.. very poor care. Waste of 2 hours getting a demonstration by a child on how to use a cough drop. Bring Dr. Ramesh back.

This is the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL dr office I have EVER went to in my life. I came in as a new patient on account of my job sending me with accommodation paperwork to be filled out. I first sat in the waiting room from 12pm to almost 2 o’clock before they even gave me a room, once I got in the room the lady took my temps and blood pressure. I gave her my paperwork for the dr she said the dr would see me in a minute I sat there for sooooo long still no dr after a while I could hear them talking about me saying how is she going to bring paperwork like that and she’s a new patient? I could hear the dr saying she refuses to fill out my paperwork or see me unless I’m sick, and they just went on and on so I still sat there listening. I’m appalled that you would talk about a patient right outside the door. after a while the nurse aid comes in and says basically they aren’t going to see me or fill out my paperwork because they’ve never seen me before I explained to them I don’t have a primary care dr and I’ve never been seen for the issues that I was there for they still were unwilling unless I was sick. so I ended up asking for my paperwork back and leaving. I called to make a complaint come to find out the office manager was the one that I heard talking right along with the dr and the aid. Wow! So he gives me this fake apology and says come in tomorrow at 12:30 we will see you And take you straight back and go from there. To make this story shorter I’ve been here since 12 pm it’s now 12:56 and I’m still in the waiting room no one has even spoke to me. The front desk girl is rude, the dr is rude because she never spoke to me or told me anything instead of the dr coming in and telling me why she is refusing to see me she sends the aid. The office manager is unprofessional as to how he is handling things and it’s safe to say I will NEVER be back here again and I am definitely filing a complaint against this office for unprofessionalism there certain ways to do things and handle things and they dropped the ball.

For the ones complaining about wait time : it isnt McDonalds..and Hospitals are not McDonalds either .....just keep that in mind...

Waited 2 hours to be called back into the room. When I called to make the appointment they said can you be here within the hour. For what to wait forever. I have better things to do with my time. Its now going on 2 and half hours here. I havent seen the Dr yet!

Went for BP meds. Not called in. Raising it higher. Twice. Was asked why I traveled so far to see Dr. Chengappa. BC he is my doctor since the 80s. No longer. Willing to travel to be his patient. Called the day before to make sure he would be in. Went before noon. He had already had 24 patients for the day and wouldnt be seeing anymore. Told a months worth of blood pressure meds would be called in. No they were not. Have been told you cant just stop taking this medicine. Its all about the numbers alright. The ones he can count.

Been going here for a while now. Its not one of your best urgent cares around but my PCP is in this office so I go see him here. The doctor that I see is nice enough but the staff/front desk girls are rude and not very helpful. Trying to get a bill situated is like pulling teeth here. There lazy and they dont update there insurance systems so you have to call around to your insurance to get it to go threw cause they wont take the time to get it done. So your best bet is to go to a different urgent care cause the wait is long and they dont like giving out meds that you do need or proscribed for...

Had an appointment and waited an hour (in the lobby). There is a reason people make appointments. The receptionist was more concerned about giggling on the tele with her hubby and was annoyed when I went to the window. Told me I was next.. waited another 15 minutes before I walked out, went home and changed my PCP. I have never had a problem with being seen when I made an appointment before, however, today this really bothered me. The receptionists made that choice easy for me today. VERY unprofessional women.

Very unprofessional, unorganized and messy. The office staff are rude and it seems like anytime a patient has questions it’s is a burden to them to answer anything. Also we called to have a referral sent from their office to another office(gave them plenty of time to handle it or contact us) and when something went wrong on THEIR SIDE they failed to call us and let us know that there would be a delay, we have wasted 2 personal days at work making appointments we can’t go to because they’re having troubles sending patient referrals. Extremely unprofessional and we will be choosing another office that has more compassion for their WORKING patient’s schedules

Terrible service they are my pcp and are not taking any walk ins or appointments for sick people! They should not be a Dr. if they can’t see their patients or should not be accepting patients if they don’t take appointments!

Terrible. The doctor spent all of 90 seconds with me, didnt listen to my symptoms or try to understand. He was short with me, zero bedside manner, and prescribed me random prescriptions without describing what or why. Would give zero stars if possible.

I started going here because i was assigned to it through insurance i had at the time. The only complaints i would have are, because it is a walk in clinic, sometimes there are very long waiting times. Also you sometimes have to hound them for script refills requested via the refill request line on the phone. Other than that i like the doctors and the girls at the front desk are pretty friendly. I have insurance now that i can go to any doctor i wish but i still go there.UPDATE 6/22/13: The service has gone downhill so much. When you call in for refills on their refill line you are lucky if you get them. Then when you go into the office for them, or for anything else, a 5-6 hours wait is common. Do not go here. Check out Urgent Care 1 just down the road on Middlebelt.

I was really sick they were really nice and the doctor listened to me. Less than 24 hours later I feel better.

I went for treatment to the clinic and someone who was not a patient forcibly came in and threatened that I will lost my life. To my greatest dismay the clinic administrator me as a patient and the attacker to leave the clinic putting me at high risk with the attacker.

Worst experience EVER!!! I use to go regularly for Dr Chengapa, however my last visit i arrived at 11am, was guarenteed i would still be able to see my regular doctor. 4 hours later i finally see DR.ASHER. TOTAL DISASTER!!!!. Mind you ive been going to this practice for over 6months. I recieve the same medication every time i go. However, i was made aware that DR. ASHER Doesnt write the precriptions ive been receiving for 6 months. So she takes it upon herself to write me exactly 1/3 of my usual dosage on 1 percription (from 60 to 20) and refused to fill any of my other regular percriptions. Worst example of professionalism ive experienced in a very long time. Needless to say... WONT BE RETURNING HERE AGAIN AND WILL STRONGLY ADVISE THE SAME FOR ANY AND EVERYONE ELSE WHO INQUIRES. OR EVEN IF THEY DONT INQUIRE, ILL BE SURE TO STEER THEM CLEAR OF THIS COMPLETE MESS OF A PRACTICE AS OFTEN AS I CAN!!

I told the doctor I smoked, she responded with a rant about quitting smoking and charged me $40 for it. I never asked for this or consented to this. planning on fighting it.

They are listed as an urgent care so I decided to try them. I have sat waiting for three hours in a room with no communication from staff!! Ive never waited that long at a hospital to be seen by a doctor! Unfriendly staff! They are worried about ordering food but not taking care of patients!
