First of all, the receptionist at the desk was very cordial, so the tone was already set. The office is very clean, warm with comfortable seating. I was called in the office in a timely manner. The nurse(also pleasant) took my vitals and asked my concerns. Then Dr. Schenone listened carefully to my concerns and was very knowledgeable in making recommendations and an assessment. Its always important and means a great deal, when a physician shows concern, reassuring and honest.Lastly, the results of the test taken were sent to my profile expeditiously, and any questions I had were welcomed.
