The staff at the Garden City Office has been rude and unprofessional when it comes to patient needs.Being put on hold for 15 minutes and then coming back with an attitude is not the way patients should be treated.

I had an 1115 appt and waited in the lobby until 1145 when i got called in. I then waited in an exam room for another 20 minutes with no doctor in sight. I couldnt wait any longer so i notified the nice receptionist who said she would let the doctor know Ive been waiting for 50 minutes. I left, wondering why Dr Oshinsky wouldnt know he had a patient waiting so long.

Greatest service treated well.
