If I had option I would give zero score! She is definitely not a qualified ENT doctor!!!In my first visit she was rushing and impatient, she even forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy. I had to call her to remind. When I asked her the possible reasons for my symptom, she told me just take the pills! In my second visit I asked if she could do a vestibular test for me. She said she just did, while she only LOOKED into my eyes, mouth and ears when I sat in the chair. In the end she told me to keep taking the pills.I followed her suggestions to take the pills but the symptom does not become better at all!!!I went to see another ENT doctor today who explained to me the possible causes and perform a REAL vestibular test! and he tole me no pills needed, just do some practice. This is the worst seeing-doctor experience ever! Waste time and money!!!I only paid one-sixed today for the new doctor than Dr.Shah.Please please help yourself go to see other END doctors!!!

I read reviews on Google about Dr. Shah, but I still made an appointment. After 3 visits, 2 in GC and one in LB for some quick tests, I can categorically say that going there was a complete waste of my time. The second time I saw the Dr. she said nice to meet you! I assume she does not read her notes. On my first ever visit, I explained my shopping cart full of ear/sinus/hearing complaints. One would assume that after three total visits to her practice, she would have at least perused the notes her assistant recorded. The only reason I chose to finally see an ENT again, after seeing one 15+ years ago, was the Balloon Sinuplasty procedure, of which she claims to perform in her office. On this 3rd visit, she advised me that my Eustachian tubes were clogged! Eureka! I would have never figured that out!! (LOL, I figured it out a long long time ago!) So, she advises me to take tons of meds and see her in 6 weeks. On my 1st visit, I explained to her that these meds never worked for me, and my sole reason for seeing her was about the possibility of receiving the Balloon Sinuplasty procedure. She attempts to explain things, but: 1/ you cannot fully hear her through her 2 masks (funny in an ENT office!!) 2/ she doesnt fully tell you names of procedures/tests/ or a full plan for the future. 3/ she in a friendly but condescending way tells you that you are stupid. 4/ she seemed impatient and dare I say it somewhat angry?!A bunch of copays wasted, Hearing problems not solved, Time wasted and arrogance put up with.As my RN wife tells me: The best doctors are in the City. If you desire to skip the multiple visits, skip the lack of a Doctor LISTENING to you (pun intended), and have a Doctor get right to the heart of your problem, then Do not go here!My EYE Doctor is AMAZING. My EAR Doctor, the OPPOSITE!!

Always nice, professional, and very smart. My daughter has had ongoing issues with her throat. Dr. Shah took care of it! My 16 year old loves her as well. We drive a half hour to Long Beach to see her and it’s worth it. Best otolaryngologist we have ever gone to.

I went to see Dr. Shah because of her credentials and good reviews. Perhaps those reviews were written before she put money ahead of her patients. I was on antibiotics and she told me that if they did not work she would prescribe steroids for the inflammation to go down. she gave me a hearing test which she did not discuss or acknowledge the results and the 5 minutes she spent with me she spent them selling me the free samples she receives from the pharmaceutical representatives at 3 times the cost of any pharmacy. I called her 2 days in a row to remind her to prescribe the steroids as i will be leaving on vacation and I was totally ignored. If you need medical help do yourself a favor and go see someone who prioritizes patients above money.
