I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rubin for close to 10 yrs. After a spinal fusion and over the years rotator cuff repairs and a total knee replacement he has kept me at a comfortable level of pain where I can live me life. Dr. Rubin and his staff are all top shelf.

Excellent result from a painless procedure. I was experiencing pain for close to a year that I thought was hip related. Dr Rubin said it was actually from my back and gave me an epidural in L5 S1 area and I have been pain free since.

Yesterday, I had the best experience at Dr Rubin’s office. My 85 year old mother, who never complains about any discomfort, was in terrible pain. I knew this was an urgent situation. Dr Rubin and his staff could not be nicer or more accommodating. They were patient and kind with us. From the front staff that greeted us, and got us through the paperwork with ease to the signing out process we felt cared for. Dr Rubin has a wonderful bedside manner and took the time to explain things to my mom in a way she could understand. I have been a patient of Doctor Rubin for well over a year. He has been such a caring and wonderful Doctor. I had a lamenectmey from my L2-L5 which did take care of my stenosis but left me with numbness in my legs and at times servere pain in my legs. Unfortunately some of my nerves have been damaged. I was referred to Dr Rubin from my Doctor to take care of my pain. I will say he has helped me immensely with my pain. I receive back shots normally every 4 or so months, and have been taking medication for the pain. It has gotten more manageable since I have been seeing him. During covid he was available on FaceTime or Zoom which was wonderful! He takes his time to explain things to you. I always ask so many questions and he’s so patient with me. The nurses are wonderful in the office they always listen and take messages and return your calls very quickly. I am very happy with my care and he is only a call away. After four years of being diagnosed with spinal stenosis and being in pain with an inability to shop clean and enjoy life, dr. Rubin provided an epidural lumbar shot which provided relief and fixed my problem up until now 100%. I am so thankful to him and this procedure. I highly recommend his expertise.

My name is Bill and almost 3 years ago I had an unfortunate work related accident. I underwent 3 procedures and 2 surgeries to my Cervical Spine. Dr. Rubin and his entire team met with me and I was struck with the magnitude of their professionalism and care as how to best manage my chronic pain. They actively and patiently listened to any concerns I had and always clearly articulate instructions regarding medication so as to avoid any confusion. Not too long after recovering from the second Spinal surgery I was diagnosed with Cancer and had part of my left foot amputated and again Dr. Rubin and team made me feel as though I was their top priority and that I could reach out to them with any concerns at anytime. Dr.Rubin is hands down the best pain management practitioner on long island .As a Nurse he is the only provider i trust to care for me or my loved ones.

Two times Dr.Rubin gave me back my life . I can not recommend this man enough . I was in excruciating pain for months and I thought it was hopeless. Dr rubin got rid of my pain . I am sure every case is different . In my case he absolutely got me back to life.

Waste of my time. I went to him 5 times and the first 3 times he gave me a different pill each time. Then the fourth time he gave me the same pill as the first time but a stronger dosage. So I go back a fifth time and he just says hell renew my prescription but for more pills so theyll last longer. No discussion of shots. I called last Friday, September 4th and as of today, September 10th I have not received a call back. Never again will I go to him!

Been a pt here for 6 years, dr. Rubin assisted me with my pain medication management before and after a spine surgery. Being a mother of 2 small children and working full time was finally do able pain free. There have been some bumps in the computer system during Covid but his office manager Cathy very responsive to any issues and trying to fix any internal issues that may affect the patient.

I have been seeing Doctor Rubin for almost 10 years now. I have had some very serious medical issues after a surgeon on Long Island, Doctor Sonstein, from Rockville Centre, New York, performed lower back surgery on me and left me debilitated beyond belief. I not only was left in a pain level of a 10, twenty-four seven, but, the surgeon who operated on me also left me fecal incontinuant. This is very hard for me to express to the public, however, I wanted patients and future patients who are reading this now, to know, that this doctor, Doctor Edward Rubin, saved my life. He not only has a calm way about him, he is also extremely intelligent and knows his medications. He is very easy to talk to with and is a doctor that I feel is truly concerned about you as a patient and yourself as just a regular person in need of help.
