Fantastic office! Everyone from the office has been a pleasure talking to, from making the appointment over the phone to checking in and checking out. Everyone is so helpful! The doctors there have shown nothing but great compassion and are hugely knowledgeable. Glad to have heard about this office and will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs a colon and rectal doctor!

Dr. Caliendo and his staff are amazing. Everyone from front desk to exam rooms were very comforting and professional. They answer all your concerns and questions so you fully understand and feel comfortable.

Words can not describe how grateful I am to this office. Im 5.5 months pregnant and had an emergency that lead me to them. Not only were they able to get me into the schedule the same day I called but they were EXTREMELY compassionate from the front desk to the nurse and even Dr. Mala M. Balakumar answering all my questions, reassuring me, bed side manner and gave me the relief I was looking for and desperately needed. They took all the COVID safety measurements and concerns seriously and made me not only comfortable but didnt make me wait in pain unlike my OBGYN office. At first I was hesitant to go since my OBGYN said there wasnt much they could do for me however after speaking to the front desk Im so glad I moved forward with my appointment. Again I can not thank this office enough for not only considering my current medical situation being pregnant and uncomfortable in the first place but for also making my emergency a top priority and taking me in for an appointment so fast and for not making me wait while I was in extreme pain and discomfort. Id highly recommend this office to anyone who needs assistance in this area of medicine!!!

The doctors here are compassionate and thorough and the office is immaculate . They were super comforting and did everything they could to help me feel safe and taken care of , especially in COVID

Staff was so rude to me, especially a woman named Emily, who hung up on me, called back, mocked me when I was upset and going through a crisis, and read results to me which is against HIPA law, because the doctor I guess didnt feel like reading them. I wont even get into the actual bedside manner. If your a patient at a doctors office you dont make fun of someone because they are homosexual, especially at a rectal surgeon.
