The wait time was very little, and then the wait time once u got into the inside examining room was also very little.The doctor was great, polite, concerned, interested. Ill definitely go again !

One of the worst doc clinic and never seen such a unprofessional doc as Dr Daly. Why is he even a doc, who even gave him the license to practice. I think he needs to go back to med school and learn how to treat patients. He is the worst doc I have even been to in my life!!!!

Called at 930 today friday 10/15 and the message says they are closed.

Dr. Daly is amazing, kind and caring. He listened to my concerns and decided on an approach tailored to my needs. He is awesome!

Have loved Dr. Daly for years now and today met a new Dr. Neuberger - she wouldnt take no from the insurance company and exhausted every measure she could to make sure my daughter could get a medicine she really needs. Her bedside manner with a teenager was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about the length she (and her nurse) went to to make sure we had the best care possible.

Dr. Singh is amazing. I took my 10 year old in to see her she diagnosed my daughters skin issue. She was very informative.

I usually see PA Ms. Munney, but have also seen Dr. Luo and Dr. Daly. I have always had very positive experiences. I see Ms. Munney for both hair issues and skin issues. She (and the others) are always very detail-oriented and it is easy to discuss concerns with her. Over the years, I have recommended this practice to several people I know, and they have also been very pleased with their experiences.

Make an appointment only if you have hours to spare. The wait to see Dr. Daly is beyond ridiculous. I’ve had to wait OVER AN HOUR for a 5 minute visit with the doctor. Not worth my time.

Did not went there yet.but by seeing and reading 1 from 3 people they got bad experience.seems that place questionable.go or not go but i need to go.i think no.

I’ve been a patient at Garden City Dermatology for several years now. I can honestly say every visit has been a positive experience for me. Ms. Munnie always takes the time to listen to me and address any concerns I have. Recently, I had a visit with Dr. Luo. He also took the time to thoroughly review the issue I was having and to explain the different options available to me to resolve the issue. Like many dermatologists offices, Garden City Dermatology has a display of various skin care products. Unlike other dermatologist offices I’ve been to, they never pressure me to buy anything. I highly recommend Garden City Dermatology.

Great Doctors and staff ..appointments are always scheduled perfectly where there is little to no wait time at all ...I love the fact that they have Saturday office hours ..so happy my sister referred me to help with my conditions ... we both live in Suffolk County but it’s so worth the drive ...I’m so happy I found a dermatologist that I’ve had nothing but success with. I highly recommend Garden City Dermatology!

The front desk lady who answers the phone and signs patients in/charges the copay has a bad attitude. You can tell she been their too long. When you call she is dismissed and short, quick to tell you someone will call you back just to get you off the phone. I never get a call back and Ive had to call multiple times about the same thing. She has charged me more than what my copay is, twice. She need to retire or get a new job. She lacks professionalism and has zero customer service skills. Why have someone like that be the face of your office? I go here only get my face cream prescription once a year or when the refills run out. I dont expect this office to be able to do anything more than that. If I had a serious dermatological issue, I would go somewhere else. Not mainly due to the doctor since he prescribed a cream that was effective at address my concern but the culture in the office mainly from that front desk. Oh, and she picks and chooses who she will be friendly or nice to.

The doctor and nurses was amazing. Called to get my prescription updated and the secretary/ receptionist Melissa was very rude. Yes I had a bad connection and she hung up on me. But when I called back instead of her apologize she went back and forth me and stated she dont care. I will not be retuning there every again. This Melissa woman was disrespectful. She lacks professionalism and has zero customer service skills. Why have someone like that be the face of your office? I never write bad reviews but hey Happy New Year!!

Dr. Tan and nurses are AWESOME. Very professional and explained to me everything in details. But I have to wait 1 hour for my scheduled appointment. My appointment was as 3:50 PM and I end up seeing the doctor at 5:10 PM. Was not treated profesional by the secretary or clerical staff.

Poor experience, they rush you and you feel like they want you out ASAP, I also was seen by a doctor that wasn’t the one I requested for the appointment.Save your time and try another location.

The staff & doctors in this practice are all top providers & also very nice people.... Dr. Daly & his team treats my entire family.. 👍...

The front desk staff are always kind and helpful, the nurses are amazing and Dr. Daley and Dr. Singh have been compassionate and professional in assisting me with issues that I thought could not be treated! I drive from Northport to see them!

I went to see Elizabeth Munnie, RPA and as always had a great experience. She takes the time to listen to you and give you the best course of treatment.

Ive been a patient here for four months now. I am seventy-one and came here suffering with hair loss. I could not be more pleased with the medical staff. Miss Keisha B. was especially pleasant. She was cheerful and knowledgeable, treating me with kindness and professionalism. I was completely at ease.

The nurses in this place need to get their heads out of their behind and pay attention. Came for my 130 pm appointment with Doctor Lotika Singh. I arrived at 1pm I signed the clip board. At 125pm I went up to the counter to ask what’s going on at which point I don’t see my name. It’s a peel-able label that you sign your name on. They act like I didn’t sign my name and everyone is playing stupid. Totally making a fool out of me. Then begin to tell me Dr. Singh is in a different suite. No regard whatsoever for my time. Totally ignoring the fact I signed my name. Three nurses there each acting like no one knows anything. Today is 4/12/19 (1-130pm). Pay attention people!!! Time is valuable. I’m disgusted by these nurses. I really feel like acting out but that’ll only cause me trouble. So let me put my thoughts on google for these disobedient employee of this office.

I had a great experience with Dr. Munny and her staff. However, I had a nightmare with Dr. Singhs office. Administration staff in that office was horrendous. Dr. Munny is the way to go.

Update: Garden City Dermatology office manager reported to my health insurance company that I lied, made the appointment for something else and that my appointment lasted 30 minutes; it was 5. I expect professionalism from a health care office. Dont you?Zero star rating for Garden City Dermatology. They made an appointment for something they do not treat, took my copay, and did not treat me, and now refuse to return the copay. Their staff is rude and dismissive, the office manager does not return calls, and their level of client concern is zero. Their website states their goal is to provide optimal care, both medically and cosmetically. They failed miserably with me. If you want optimal care, I suggest you go someplace else.

I have been going here for years and years. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, and they always fix whatever it is that i might have going on.

Well there went an hour of my life I wont get back. I felt like the old lady on her death bed in the movie Moonstruck. Quanto io devo aspettare? ... How long do I have to wait? Well after an hour I decided not find out. I suggest you bring a book to your appointment... preferably War and Peace.

I had actually already seen 6 dermatologists elsewhere and was getting married in 3 months. I had terrible acne.The Doc and staff helped me out and I was clear for my wedding! They were great. Lots of staff to help take care of you. Lots of samples.No complaints at all!

For our first visit today,we received a nice fast service from the receptionist to the PA .we didnt waited so long to be call.PA Ngyyen was accommodating .

Let me start by saying I was late due to heavy traffic on the Southern State Parkway. When I arrived, no one greeted me. I signed in. I was called to the desk and told I would need to wait as another patient was scheduled. Fine, understand or.As I waited, I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the front desk staff. One woman was practically yelling into the phone trying to get a document faxed to her. The reception dealing with me nearly yelled out that my card was declined when in fact, they charged my account. I confirmed that fact in front of her as I was on the phone with the bank who said that was not the case. Then I was that I could not be seen. When I mentioned that she charged me, she turned to another person and said, Well, now I have another problem.Things happen. I get it, but this organization needs some customer service training.I wish I could give lower than one star.

While the wait can sometimes be long, Ms. Munnie is fantastic! Her skill and level of care make it well worth it.

Always positive experience

Absolutely the best! I was referred by my GP and I am 100% satisfied. Dr. Daly truly knows his field! I went to a couple of other dermatologist in the Long Island area and all they did was look at me and prescribed medicine. I used to live in New Jersey and had a doctor I loved and was proactive about treating all my conditions thoroughly but when I moved to Long Island it took me a couple of tries to find a comparable doctor and I finally did. He doesn’t just prescribe you medication after medication without treating the issue first. He pops, he injects, he scans. You get the jest. He actually takes the time to physically treat your problem areas. After giving birth to 2 babies I experienced severe hair loss and have been coming for alopecia shots and I am extremely happy with my results. Also getting treated for certain skin conditions. Staff is also super kind and friendly. They really make you feel welcome and like they care about you. Thank you Dr. Daly and staff!

I have never written a physician review before because, quite simply, I never before have met a physician like Dr. Theodore Daly. To be sure, Dr. Daly’s remarkable proficiency in the field of dermatology is matched only by the unbelievable warmth of his bedside manner. Good doctors will try very hard to treat a malady and help their patient temporarily. Truly outstanding doctors focus on the patient as a person, thereby healing them permanently. Dr. Daly is without question an outstanding doctor. He consistently and continually goes both above and beyond what other doctors would settle for. The new referrals he gets from his existing clients are as much a testament to his expertise as they are evidence of his results. Commensurately, it is for these reasons and more that, without any degree of reservation, I would highly recommend Dr. Theodore Daly to anyone.

Horrible wait time every single time absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever at least a 40 min wait every single time you go. you can be the only client in the waiting room and still wait 45 mins for a 5 min procedure

This office is no longer the same . The biger it gets the more they suck! I call to speak with someone everytime and all I get is a voice mail and never get a return call to tell me if they fixed the problem or not. I have changed doctors now I go to a place in glen cove.
