The receptionist are very unprofessional, the last two times that I have had an appointment I was sitting in the waiting room and they checked me in as a no show, then the second time they forgot to check me in again, called me as I am sitting in the waiting area and asked if I needed to reschedule?, I said no, I’ve been sitting in your waiting area for 10-15 mins now. Then when I called to schedule my next appointment they said that if I missed another appointment I would be dropped as a patient, which is funny because the last two “no shows” I was sitting in the waiting area, and made my appointments. I love Dr. Keltner as a dentist, but the reception area needs a lot of work, as a business owner I would be very concerned if my staff was costing me money and pushing clients away because they’re too busy on they’re personal phones, an attitude problems, and everything but customer services. I won’t be returning.

My entire family sees and loves Dr Keltner hes always very gentle and does awesome with kids. There is however attitude with some of the girls at the desk almost each time we visit. But it you can get pass there attitudes the experience is a lot nicer.

The day I took my son to do a teeth feeling they hurt him and he told them n they didn’t care when there the ones who told him if it hurts to tell them n he did n they ignore him never again there bad

This office is very unprofessional does not communicate at all with the patients and front office staff was very unprofessional and rude would not at any point recommend this dental office

No communication whatsoever. Went for wisdom tooth pain and they scheduled to have a completely different tooth removed and were surprised when i corrected them. Never had problems there before for teeth cleaning but will never go back.

The are horrible at dealing with people with state insurance. If you have state insurance they dont even treat you like a person. They are rude, unhelpful and just plain lie to your face instead of helping you when your having problems.

Had a root canal done that took 3 hours then new insurance switched me to a different dentist a few months later and they told me it was a terrible job and they had to redo it because my gums were rotting under the crown. 😒 my gums were black when they removed the crown so they had to trim out the dead gums before replacing the crown.

Theyve been great to me until I ran out of insurance and they never fixed my tooth correctly and I ended up getting an infection and they wouldnt cover it even though it was their doing they should of fixed right in the place

Stupid people made me run 30 min in a hurry and for them to tell me the could not get us in... Wont recommend wont come back
